The present invention relates to an aerosol product for cloth or leather that can prevent discoloration of the product (clothing, etc.) made of cloth or leather in an aerosol product that injects a composition containing ethanol. About.
Conventionally, an aerosol product that contains an antibacterial or deodorant composition containing an alcohol such as ethanol as a content and can inject the content is known (see
In such conventional aerosol products, if alcohol is blended in the composition of the contents at a high concentration, discoloration is likely to occur when sprayed onto cloth products such as clothing and sofas and applied to leather products. There was a problem of becoming. On the other hand, in order to reduce the risk of discoloration, if the alcohol concentration is lowered and the water concentration is increased, it becomes difficult to add a high amount of ingredients (fragrances, etc.) that are difficult to dissolve in water, and the volatility decreases. There are problems such as difficulty in drying after application.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and is an aerosol product that injects a composition containing ethanol, for products made of cloth or leather (clothing, sofa, etc.). It can prevent discoloration of the product when sprayed, and can provide a highly blended component (fragrance, etc.) that is difficult to dissolve in water, and provides an aerosol product for cloth or leather that is easy to dry after application. is there.
The present invention comprises a container main body that contains the contents, and an injection button that is attached to and presses the upper part of the container main body to inject the contents from the injection port, and injects the contents onto cloth or leather. An aerosol product,
The content includes a composition containing ethanol and a propellant, and the concentration of the ethanol in 100% by weight of the composition is 30% by weight or more ,
The spray button includes a button body that pushes down the stem by pressing, and a spray nozzle that is attached to the button body and has the nozzle.
The injection nozzle is divided into two parts, and at the time of injection of the contents, the injection nozzle rotates around an axis extending in a front horizontal direction or a front obliquely upward direction,
The angle (α) formed in front of the two-divided spray nozzles is:
An aerosol product for cloth or leather having a relationship of 90 ° <α ≦ 180 ° .
Preferably, the injection button includes a button main body that pushes down the stem by being pressed, and an injection nozzle that is attached to the button main body and has the injection port, and the injection nozzle is configured to inject the contents. It is characterized by rotating.
Preferably, the spray nozzle rotates about an axis extending in a front horizontal direction or a front obliquely upward direction.
Preferably, the content of the propellant in 100% by weight of the content is 30 to 90% by weight.
According to the present invention, since the nozzle hole moves at the time of injecting the contents, the contents including ethanol can be accurately and widely diffused and injected while aiming at the object. Therefore, when a cloth or leather product such as clothes or sofa is sprayed as an object, the degree of wetting can be reduced while the object is reliably wetted. As a result, it is possible to prevent discoloration of the product while reliably exhibiting the effects of the contents (for example, deodorization, antibacterial, and flavoring). Moreover, since the composition whose ethanol concentration is 30 weight% or more is included, it becomes easy to dry after application | coating. In addition, there is an advantage that a high deodorizing and antibacterial effect can be obtained depending on the use, and a component (fragrance, etc.) that is difficult to dissolve in water can be highly blended.
The spray button includes a button body that pushes down the stem when pressed, and a spray nozzle that is attached to the button body and has the nozzle, and the spray nozzle rotates when the contents are ejected. In this case, since the injection nozzle rotates during the injection of the contents, the contents can be uniformly diffused and injected over a wide range. Therefore, when spraying on cloth or leather products such as clothes and sofas, the degree of wetting can be suppressed to a lesser extent, and color fading of the product can be more reliably prevented.
When the injection nozzle rotates about an axis extending in the front horizontal direction or the front obliquely upward direction, the injection nozzle rotates about the axis extending in the front horizontal direction or the front obliquely upward direction. Makes it difficult to hit the fingers and the container body that press the injection button. Therefore, it can be used more safely, and it is also possible to increase the rotation radius of the injection nozzle and to diffuse the contents over a wide range.
When the content of the propellant in 100% by weight of the content is 30 to 90% by weight, a particularly good injection state is obtained, so that the effect of the present invention is more effectively exhibited. When the content of the composition containing ethanol is too large (the amount of the propellant is too small), since the fine mist is not ejected, the effect of suppressing discoloration may be reduced. When the content of the composition is too small (the amount of the propellant is too large), the ejected droplets become too fine and volatilize before the composition reaches the object, resulting in the object. It may become difficult to adhere.

That is, the content is not particularly limited, but preferably contains a component selected from the group consisting of a cooling agent, a fragrance, and a bactericidal agent. The concentration (content) of the above-mentioned components (components selected from the group consisting of cooling agents, fragrances, and bactericides) in the above composition is 0.1-15 with respect to 100% by weight of the total composition. % By weight, preferably 0.3 to 10% by weight. In particular, the concentration of a component selected from the group consisting of a fragrance, menthol, a menthol derivative (particularly menthyl glyceryl ether), isopropylmethylphenol, and triclosan preferably satisfies the above range.
The propellant is not particularly limited. For example, liquefied petroleum gas (such as liquefied petroleum gas composed of low-boiling hydrocarbons having 4 or less carbon atoms such as propane and butane), isobutane, dimethyl ether, air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide gas And nitrous oxide. Among these, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG: Liquid Petroleum Gas) and dimethyl ether (DME: Dimethyl ether) are preferable.
Although content of the said composition in the said content is not specifically limited, 5 to 80 weight% is preferable with respect to 100 weight% of the said content, More preferably, it is 10 to 70 weight%. Further, the content of the propellant in the content is not particularly limited, but is preferably 20 to 95% by weight, more preferably 30 to 90% by weight with respect to 100% by weight of the content. By setting it as the said range, since it becomes a more favorable injection state, the effect of this invention is exhibited more effectively. When the content of the composition is too large (the amount of the propellant is too small), since the fine mist is not ejected, the effect of suppressing color fading may be reduced. When the content of the composition is too small (the amount of the propellant is too large), the ejected droplets become too fine and volatilize before the composition reaches the object, resulting in the object. It may become difficult to adhere.
(Jet button)
The injection button (2) includes a button main body (5) attached to a stem (3) provided in the container main body (1), and an injection nozzle (6) attached to the button main body (5). . The button body (5) has a hole (4) extending from the vicinity of the upper end of the hole (4) in the front horizontal direction or the front diagonally upward direction (more preferably, the front diagonally upward direction as shown in the figure). A passage (7) is formed, and the injection nozzle (6) is attached to the passage (7).
In the present invention, the side of the injection button (2) where the injection nozzle (6) is attached (left side in FIG. 3) is referred to as the front side, and the side where the injection nozzle (6) is not attached (in FIG. 3). The right side) is called the rear.
The injection nozzle (6) has an injection port (8) for injecting the contents.
The nozzle (8) moves by the injection force when the contents are injected. Here, “move by injection force” means movement by receiving the force generated by the injection of the contents, and movement by human force (movement (down) accompanying the operation of pushing down the injection button (2) with a finger) ) Is not included.
The mode of movement is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include rotational movement and reciprocating movement (for example, reciprocating movement in the left-right direction and up-down direction). In the present invention, rotational movement can be particularly preferably employed. Therefore, in the following description, what the nozzle hole (8) rotates at the time of the injection of the contents will be described.
The injection nozzle (6) extends in a bifurcated manner from the substantially cylindrical base (6a) fitted into the passage (7) formed in the button body (5), and the tip of the base (6a). And an extending portion (6b).
A nozzle hole (8) is formed at the tip of each of the two extending portions (6b). In addition, although an injection hole (8) may be formed only in any one of two extending parts (6b), in order to rotate an injection nozzle (6) smoothly, forming in both is preferable. Three or more extending portions (6b) may be formed, that is, the tip of the base portion (6a) may be branched into three or more forks. Moreover, you may form only one extended part (6b).
The base part (6a) and the extending part (6b) are formed with an internal passage for guiding the contents of the container body (1) rising from the stem (3) through the hole (4). The contents guided through the internal passage are jetted from the two nozzles (8).
The two nozzle holes (8) are opened in different directions. Specifically, one of the nozzle holes (8) opens toward the front right and the other nozzle hole (8) opens toward the left front of the diagonal. That is, in the case of illustration, the direction (namely, injection direction) of the nozzle (8) is different from the pressing direction (vertical direction) of the injection button (2).
Of the two extending portions (6b), an injection nozzle (of the angle formed by the central axis (L1) of the internal passage of one extending portion and the central axis (L2) of the internal passage of the other extending portion) The size of the angle (α) in front of 6) is not particularly limited, but is preferably set to 90 ° <α ≦ 180 °, and more preferably set to 120 ° <α <180 °.
If the angle (α) is 90 ° or less, it may be difficult to smoothly rotate the spray nozzle (6). If the angle (α) is greater than 180 °, the spray nozzle (6) may push the button body (5). The container body (1) is likely to hit and the operability may be lowered.
According to the injection button (2) having the above configuration, when the stem (3) is lowered by pushing down the button body (5) with fingers, the contents of the container body (1) are removed from the hole (4 ) Through the passage (7), and further through the internal passages of the base portion (6a) and the extension portion (6b), and injected from the two injection holes (8). Then, the injection nozzle (6) rotates about the central axis of the passage (7) due to the reaction of the injection force, and the injection port (8) rotates accordingly. The contents are ejected from the rotating nozzle (8) while drawing an annular locus in a direction (obliquely forward) different from the pressing direction (vertical direction) of the ejection button (2).
In this specification, an axis that is the center of rotation of the injection nozzle (6) may be referred to as a “rotating axis”. Although not particularly limited, the rotation axis is generally a straight line that passes through the center of a circle that is a locus of rotation of the nozzle hole (8) and is perpendicular to the plane on which the circle exists. From the viewpoint of handleability, the rotating shaft is preferably different from the pressing direction of the injection button (2). The angle formed by the rotating shaft and the pressing direction of the injection button (2) is not particularly limited, but is preferably 55 to 90 °, more preferably 60 to 80 °. The angle formed by the rotation axis and the horizontal axis is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0 to 35 °, more preferably 15 to 35 °.
Thus, since the nozzle (8) moves when the contents are ejected, the contents can be diffused and ejected over a wide range of objects such as clothes and sofas. Therefore, when spraying on cloth or leather products such as clothes and sofas, it is possible to reduce the degree of wetting while reliably wetting the products. Thereby, it becomes possible to prevent discoloration of a product while injecting a composition containing ethanol at a high concentration.
In addition, since the injection nozzle (6) is attached to the passage (7) extending in the front horizontal direction or the front obliquely upward direction, the axis extending in the front horizontal direction or the front obliquely upward direction (the central axis of the passage (7)) Rotate around. Thereby, it becomes difficult for the rotating injection nozzle (6) to hit the finger or the container main body that presses the button main body (5). Therefore, the operability and safety at the time of use can be further enhanced, and it is possible to increase the rotation radius of the injection nozzle (6) as needed and to inject the contents in a wide range.
4-6 is a figure which shows the principal part of another embodiment (2nd embodiment) of the aerosol product based on this invention, Comprising: FIG. 4 is a perspective view, FIG. 5 is a top view, FIG. It is a BB sectional view taken on the line.
7 to 9 are views showing the main part of still another embodiment (third embodiment) of the aerosol product according to the present invention, wherein FIG. 7 is a perspective view, FIG. 8 is a plan view, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC of FIG.
Since the aerosol products of the second and third embodiments have the same basic configuration as the embodiment (first embodiment) shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 described above, the same reference numerals are given to the common configurations. Thus, the description will be omitted, and only different configurations will be described.
The aerosol product of 2nd and 3rd embodiment differs in the attachment angle with respect to the button main body (5) of an injection nozzle (6) from the aerosol product of 1st embodiment.
In the aerosol product of the first embodiment, the angle (β) between the central axis of the passage (7) into which the base (6a) of the injection nozzle (6) is inserted and the horizontal axis is set to 15 °. On the other hand, in the aerosol product of the second embodiment, the angle (β) is set to 25 °, and in the aerosol product of the third embodiment, the angle (β) is set to 35 °.
In the present invention, although not particularly limited, the angle (β) is preferably set in a range of 15 ° ≦ β ≦ 35 °. If the angle (β) is less than 15 °, the content ejected from the nozzle (8) may easily hit the container body (1). If the angle (β) exceeds 35 °, the spray nozzle (6) will become the button body (5). It may be easy to hit a finger that presses.
If the angle (β) is too small, the distance (d) between the lower end of the extending portion (6b) and the upper end of the container body (1) will be shortened, and will be extended when the injection button (2) is pushed down. There may be a problem that the installation portion (6b) is likely to hit the container body (1). Although this problem can be solved by shortening the length of the extending portion (6b), in that case, the diffusion performance at the time of content injection may be lowered.
Whatever the size of the angle (β) is set, the tip of the extending portion (6b) does not reach the center of the button body (5) in plan view, that is, the distance (D) (see FIG. 2, 5, and 8) are preferably formed. That is, it is preferable that the interval (D) satisfies D> 0. Thereby, sufficient space for placing a finger on the upper surface of the button body (5) is ensured, and the spray nozzle (6) is less likely to hit the finger pressing the button body (5). Therefore, operability and safety during use are further improved.
10-15 is a figure which shows the principal part of further another embodiment (4th embodiment) of the aerosol product based on this invention, Comprising: FIG. 10 is a front perspective view, FIG. 11 is a back perspective view, FIG. Is a plan view, FIG. 13 is a front view, FIG. 14 is a right side view, and FIG. 15 is a rear view.
The aerosol product of the fourth embodiment also has the same basic configuration as the above-described embodiment (first embodiment) shown in FIGS. Omitted and only different configurations will be described.
The upper surface of the button body (5) has a downward inclined surface (9) on the opposite side (rear side) to the injection nozzle (6), and when the inclined surface (9) is pressed downward with a finger, the injection nozzle side Tilt with the injection nozzle (6) with the lower surface of the (front side) as a fulcrum (see FIG. 16) Thereby, a stem (3) is pushed down and the contents are injected from the nozzle (8) of the injection nozzle (6).
According to the aerosol product of the fourth embodiment, since the downward inclined surface (9) formed on the opposite side (rear side) to the injection nozzle (6) can be pushed with fingers, the injection nozzle (6) is injected. It becomes difficult to hit the finger pressing the button (2), and the operability and safety are further improved. Further, when the inclined surface (9) is pressed downward with fingers, the spray button (2) tilts together with the spray nozzle (6) with the bottom surface of the spray nozzle side (front side) as a fulcrum, and thus the above-described interval (d) is long. It becomes difficult for the injection nozzle (6) to hit the container body (1). Therefore, the rotation radius of the injection nozzle can be increased as necessary, and the contents can be diffused and injected over a wide range.
The aerosol product according to the present invention is a fabric or leather aerosol product used for fabric or leather. Since cloth and leather generally tend to lose color when alcohol such as ethanol is applied, the present invention can prevent the object from being discolored despite spraying a composition containing a high concentration of ethanol. The effect of the aerosol product can be sufficiently exhibited. The type (raw material, production method, etc.) of the cloth is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include woven cloth and non-woven cloth made of cotton, silk, hemp, wool, cashmere, rayon, nylon, polyurethane, polyester, and the like. The type of leather (raw material, production method, etc.) is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include natural leather such as cow leather and crocodile leather, artificial leather, and synthetic leather. Furthermore, the specific object is not particularly limited, but for example, cloth or leather clothing (jacket, shirt, coat, jeans, skirt, dress, dress, hat, scarf, muffler, tie, gloves, belt, etc. ), Sofas, towels, curtains, futons, pillows, mats, bags, wallets, footwear (shoes, boots, etc.).
The aerosol product according to the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably a hand-held aerosol product that is used by hand. The aerosol product according to the present invention can be sprayed reliably and over a wide range of objects made of cloth or leather in a stationary product form such as a product used for space deodorization or insect control. In some cases, sufficient effects cannot be exhibited.
The aerosol product according to the present invention is preferable because the composition containing a high concentration of ethanol is sprayed and applied, so that the composition is highly volatile and easily dried after application. In addition, it is preferable because the composition can exhibit a high deodorizing and antibacterial effect and an effect of highly blending poorly water-soluble components such as perfumes. On the other hand, when a composition containing high-concentration ethanol as described above is applied to an object made of cloth or leather, generally, the object tends to lose color. However, since the aerosol product according to the present invention has the above-described specific injection button, the contents can be diffused and sprayed over a wide range of the object, so that the surface of the object is reliably wetted. In addition, the degree of wetting can be suppressed to a low level, and color fading can be prevented while reliably exhibiting effects such as deodorization, antibacterial properties, and flavoring.
Hereinafter, the effect of the present invention will be made clearer by showing examples of the present invention.
