Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to spray compositions. More specifically, the present invention relates to a spraying composition that can be sprayed with a uniform composition and that is difficult for the user to chew.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a spray composition containing a benzoic acid ester as an insecticide, a pest repellent, an aromatic, a deodorant, etc. has been developed. However, benzoic acid ester has a larger specific gravity than water, and when separated, it precipitates in the container. Therefore, it is difficult to spray such a spraying composition with a uniform composition. Therefore, Patent Document 1 proposes a metered-spray type aerosol agent in which ethanol and a small amount of water are mixed and homogenized with a surfactant.
However, when the aerosol agent described in Patent Document 1 contains a large amount of water, the benzoic acid ester hardly dissolves and easily precipitates. The aerosol agent described in Patent Document 1 is easy to separate the contents particularly under low temperature conditions. Therefore, it is difficult to spray the aerosol agent described in Patent Document 1 with a uniform composition. Furthermore, particles sprayed with a non-uniform composition are likely to cause a concentration difference in the contained active ingredients. In this case, the user or the like easily inhales the inhaled sprayed particles.
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a spraying composition that can be sprayed with a uniform composition and that is difficult for the user to chew.
The present invention for solving the above problems mainly includes the following configurations.
(1) A spraying composition containing a benzoic acid ester, a nonionic surfactant, an alcohol, and water to form a uniform phase.
According to such a configuration, the spraying composition forms a uniform phase that can be filled in a pump container for pump injection, or filled with a compressed gas in an aerosol container for aerosol injection. It has a uniform composition and is easily sprayed. At this time, the composition for spraying is unlikely to cause the user to suffer.
(2) The composition for spraying according to (1), which has a transmittance at 20° C. of 50% or more.
According to such a configuration, the spray composition has high permeability, high stability against temperature change, and a more uniform uniform phase is formed. Therefore, the spraying composition is likely to be sprayed with a more uniform composition.
(3) The composition for spraying according to (1) or (2), wherein the specific gravity of the benzoic acid ester is higher than the specific gravity of water.
According to such a configuration, in the ejected particles (hereinafter, referred to as an ejected substance), the benzoic acid ester is separated in the ejected substance by vaporizing the volatile alcohol. In this case, since the separated benzoic acid ester has a specific gravity larger than that of water, it tends to move to the lower layer. As a result, benzoate easily penetrates into rugs such as carpets, tatami mats, and futons, and objects such as sofas and chairs, curtains, and cloth products such as clothes. ..
(4) The composition for spraying according to any of (1) to (3), wherein the nonionic surfactant has an HLB of 7 to 18.
According to such a configuration, in the spraying composition, the benzoic acid ester, the alcohol and the water easily form a uniform phase. Therefore, the spraying composition is likely to be sprayed with a more uniform composition.
(5) The spray according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein the content (% by mass) of the nonionic surfactant is at least twice the content (% by mass) of the benzoic acid ester. Composition.
According to such a configuration, the composition for spraying easily solubilizes the benzoic acid ester and easily forms a uniform phase.
(6) The spray composition according to any one of (1) to (5), wherein the content of the alcohol is 0.1 to 40 mass% in the spray composition.
According to such a configuration, the spraying composition can form a homogeneous phase even if the content of alcohol is low, and the flammability is low. Therefore, the composition for spraying has excellent safety against fire.
(7) The spray composition according to any one of (1) to (6), wherein the content of water is 50 to 99.5 mass% in the spray composition.
With such a configuration, the spray composition has low flammability. Therefore, the composition for spraying has excellent safety against fire.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a spray composition that can be sprayed with a uniform composition and that is difficult for the user to chew.

The benzoic acid ester is not particularly limited. As an example, benzoic acid esters include benzyl benzoate (specific gravity: 1.12), amyl benzoate (specific gravity: 0.99), isoamyl benzoate (specific gravity: 0.99), hexyl benzoate (specific gravity: 0). .98), cyclohexyl benzoate (specific gravity: 1.04), and 3-hexenyl benzoate (specific gravity: 1.00). Among these, as the benzoic acid ester, those having a specific gravity larger than that of water are preferably used, and benzyl benzoate is particularly preferable. The benzoic acid ester may be used in combination. When a benzoic acid ester having a specific gravity larger than that of water is used, in the sprayed particles (hereinafter referred to as a sprayed product), the benzoic acid ester is separated in the sprayed product by vaporization of the volatile alcohol. In this case, since the separated benzoic acid ester has a specific gravity larger than that of water, it tends to move to the lower layer. As a result, benzoate easily penetrates into rugs such as carpets, tatami mats, and futons, and objects such as sofas and chairs, curtains, and cloth products such as clothes. ..
The content of benzoic acid ester is not particularly limited. As an example, the content of the benzoic acid ester is preferably 0.01% by mass or more, and more preferably 0.05% by mass or more in the composition for spraying. Further, the content of the benzoic acid ester in the composition for spraying is preferably 5% by mass or less, more preferably 3% by mass or less. When the content of the benzoic acid ester is within the above range, the composition for spraying easily forms a uniform phase, and the effect of the benzoic acid ester is easily obtained.
When a benzoic acid ester having a specific gravity larger than that of water (specific gravity of about 1.001 to 1.3 at 20° C.) is used, the benzoic acid ester is separated when the composition for spraying is filled in a container, Easy to settle at the bottom of the container. By the way, the container may be provided with a tube for taking the spraying composition into a pump valve or an aerosol valve. In such a tube, an opening at the tip is generally arranged on the inner bottom surface of the container, and the spraying composition is taken in from this opening. Therefore, when the benzoic acid ester is separated and settles on the bottom of the container, the non-uniform spraying composition containing a large amount of the benzoic acid ester is likely to be taken in from the tube. On the other hand, the spray composition of this embodiment forms a uniform phase. As a result, the spray composition tends to be sprayed with a uniform composition.
(Nonionic surfactant)
The nonionic surfactant is added to solubilize an oil agent such as benzoic acid ester or a fragrance in the composition for spraying to form a uniform phase.
The nonionic surfactant is not particularly limited. As an example, the nonionic surfactant is POE (30) hydrogenated castor oil, POE (40) hydrogenated castor oil, POE (60) hydrogenated castor oil, POE (80) hydrogenated castor oil, POE (100) hydrogenated castor oil. Polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil such as oil, monococonut oil fatty acid POE sorbitan, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester such as POE sorbitan monostearate, POE glyceryl monostearate, polyoxyethylene glyceryl fatty acid ester such as POE glyceryl monooleate, etc. Ether ester type; polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester such as POE monolaurate, POE monostearate, POE monooleate, hexaglyceryl monolaurate, hexaglyceryl monomyristate, decaglyceryl monolaurate, decaglyceryl monomyristate, monostearic acid It is an ester type such as polyglycerin fatty acid ester such as decaglyceryl, decaglyceryl monoisostearate and decaglyceryl monolinoleate. Among these, the nonionic surfactant is preferably an ether/ester type, particularly from the viewpoint of easily solubilizing the benzoic acid ester in the composition for spraying and forming a uniform phase, and particularly polyoxyethylene curing It is preferably castor oil. The nonionic surfactant may be used in combination.
HLB of the nonionic surfactant is not particularly limited. As an example, HLB of the nonionic surfactant is preferably 7 or more, and more preferably 8 or more. The HLB of the nonionic surfactant is preferably 18 or less, more preferably 17 or less. When the HLB of the nonionic surfactant is within the above range, the spray composition can easily solubilize the benzoic acid ester in the spray composition and easily form a uniform phase. Therefore, the spraying composition is likely to be sprayed with a more uniform composition.
The content of the nonionic surfactant is not particularly limited. As an example, the content of the nonionic surfactant in the composition for spraying is preferably 0.05% by mass or more, and more preferably 0.1% by mass or more. Further, the content of the nonionic surfactant in the composition for spraying is preferably 15% by mass or less, and more preferably 10% by mass or less. When the content of the nonionic surfactant is within the above range, the spraying composition is likely to form a more uniform composition. In particular, the content (% by mass) of the nonionic surfactant is preferably contained so as to be twice or more the content (% by mass) of the benzoic acid ester, and is contained so as to be 2.3 or more times. Is more preferable. By adopting such a content, the spraying composition can easily solubilize the benzoic acid ester even when the alcohol content is 40% by mass or less, preferably 35% by mass or less. .. Therefore, the obtained spray composition has higher safety against fire.

As shown in Table 1 or Table 2, the spray composition of the present invention is uniform not only at 20° C. but also at 5° C. and 45° C., changes with temperature are small, and most of them are transparent and stable. Met. Therefore, the aerosol product filled with such a spraying composition can spray the spraying composition with a uniform composition, which the tester was not obliged to do.
On the other hand, among the nonionic surfactants, the spraying compositions of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 using polyoxyethylene cetyl ether described in Patent Document 1 were translucent at 20° C., but at 5° C. Became cloudy. Further, the spray compositions of Comparative Examples 3, 4, 6, and 7 became cloudy at all evaluation temperatures of 20°C, 5°C, and 45°C. The spraying composition of Comparative Example 5 containing no alcohol was non-uniform because oil droplets settled on the bottom of the container at all evaluation temperatures. Therefore, the aerosol product filled with the spray composition of Comparative Examples 3 and 4 which becomes cloudy at 20° C. and the non-uniform spray composition of Comparative Example 5 may spray the spray composition as a uniform composition. It was not possible, and it was easy for the tester to put it immediately after the start of injection.
