Description
中間部材5は、アクリル系ホットメルト粘着剤であり、厚みは50μmである。アクリル系ホットメルトは、アクリルポリマー(例えば、株式会社クラレ製のLA2250)と、粘着付与剤(例えば、荒川化学工業株式会社製のSE−A−115)とを混合してなる。
中間部材5及び基材2は、比較例と同じである。
中間部材5は、アクリル系粘着テープであり、厚みは100μmである。このテープは、日東電工株式会社製の品番No.5000NSである。
中間部材5は、アクリル系ホットメルト粘着剤に窒化ホウ素(熱伝導性フィラー)を混合したものであり、厚みは50μmである。窒化ホウ素は、ESK CERAMICS株式会社製のものであり、平均粒径は2μmである。また、窒化ホウ素の添加量は、10重量%である。
中間部材5は、アクリル系ホットメルト粘着剤に近赤外線吸収剤を混合したものであり、厚みは50μmである。近赤外線吸収剤は、昭和電工株式会社製のIR−13Fである。また、近赤外線吸収剤の添加量は、0.5重量%である。
中間部材5は、スチレン系エラストマーホットメルト粘着剤に近赤外線吸収剤を混合したものを含んでいる。具体的には、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンエラストマー(JSR株式会社製 TR−2601)50部と、粘着付与剤(ヤスハラケミカル株式会社製 TO−115)50部と、赤外線吸収剤(日本化薬株式会社製 カヤソープIGR−068)0.5部とをトルエンに溶解し、固形分40%の溶液を得て、この溶液を厚さ25μmのPETフィルムの両面に100μmの厚さで塗布し、両面に粘着性を有する両面粘着材を作製した。これが中間部材5である。尚、レーザー光の照射条件は実施例4等と同様である。
中間部材5は、スチレン系エラストマーホットメルト粘着剤に近赤外線吸収剤を混合したものを含んでいる。具体的には、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンエラストマー(JSR株式会社製 5200P)50部と、粘着付与剤(ヤスハラケミカル株式会社製 P−115)50部と、赤外線吸収剤(日本化薬株式会社製 カヤソーブIGR−068)0.5部とをトルエンに溶解し、固形分40%の溶液を得て、この溶液を厚さ25μmのPETフィルムの両面に100μmの厚さで塗布し、両面に粘着性を有する両面粘着材を作製した。これが中間部材5である。尚、レーザー光の照射条件は実施例4等と同様である。

Claims (7)
- 透光性を有する第1部材と、第2部材とをレーザー光を用いて接合する接合方法において、
上記第1部材はレーザー光透過性を有する材料で構成し、
上記第1部材における上記第2部材側の面に、該第1部材の表側に意匠が現れるようにレーザー光非透過性の意匠層を設け、
上記第1及び第2部材を接合するためのホットメルト材からなるレーザー接合用中間部材を、該第1部材と第2部材との間に、上記意匠層に隣接して設け、
上記第1部材側から上記意匠層へ向けて該意匠層の溶融温度を越えない所定温度となるまで該意匠層を加熱するためのレーザー光を照射し、該意匠層の熱によって上記中間部材を加熱して上記第1及び第2部材を接合することを特徴とする接合方法。 - 請求項1に記載の接合方法において、
中間部材は、第1部材及び第2部材に粘着する粘着性を有していることを特徴とする接合方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の接合方法において、
中間部材は、意匠層の熱により溶融するホットメルト材であることを特徴とする接合方法。 - 請求項3に記載の接合方法において、
ホットメルト材は、熱可塑性エラストマーであることを特徴とする接合方法。 - 請求項3に記載の接合方法において、
ホットメルト材は、アクリル系のものであることを特徴とする接合方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の接合方法において、
中間部材は、熱伝導性フィラーを有していることを特徴とする接合方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の接合方法において、
中間部材は、意匠層に対し、レーザー光の照射方向と反対側に隣接するように配置され、
上記中間部材には、レーザー光を吸収するレーザー光吸収剤が混合されていることを特徴とする接合方法。
