Description

The present invention relates to a glazing machine provided with a grading body composed of a slope grading section for grading the slope of a ridge and an upper surface grading section for grading the upper surface of the ridge.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a trimming body of a glaze coater, a slope trimming section constructed in a substantially conical shape by connecting a plurality of sectoral blades in the circumferential direction in order to trim the slope of a kite In addition, in order to adjust the upper surface of the ridge, there is known a trimming body having an upper surface trimming portion which is attached to the top of the slope trimming portion and is configured in a substantially columnar shape.

And, since the upper surface trimming part receives excessive reaction from the upper surface of the collar in the glazing operation, it is necessary to be firmly fixed to the top of the slope trimming part, and through a plurality of thick bolts. Then, it is fixed to the top of the slope trimming part.

Here, in the actual wrinkle painting work, the width of the wrinkles may vary depending on the field.Prepare a plurality of upper surface trimming sections in advance, check the width of the wrinkles, and In addition, a method of connecting and attaching the upper surface trimming part is employed (Patent Document 1).

For this reason, in the configuration (Patent Document 1) where it is necessary to connect a plurality of upper surface trimming parts using a plurality of thick bolts, after appropriately setting the upper surface trimming part suitable for the width of the collar, Using a tool or the like, a plurality of upper surface trimming portions are connected in the axial direction.

On the other hand, in order to cope with different forms of ridges depending on the field, the upper surface adjustment section is provided with an attaching / detaching mechanism including a cam lever or the like, and each time the cam lever or the like is operated by simple operation with respect to the slope adjustment section. There is also known a configuration in which the upper surface adjusting portion is removed and an upper surface adjusting portion suitable for the shape of the ridge is attached to the slope adjusting portion (Patent Document 2).

特開2007−6826号公報JP 2007-6826 A 特開2011−125303号公報JP 2011-125303 A

However, in the configuration in which a plurality of upper surface trimming portions are connected in the axial direction using a plurality of thick bolts (Patent Document 1), a tool is required for attaching and detaching the bolts, and the operation becomes complicated. Since the tap (hole part) which attaches a bolt to the side surface of the upper surface trimming part is applied, there is a problem that soil adheres to the tap and causes tightening failure of the bolt.

In addition, in the configuration (Patent Document 2) in which the upper surface trimming part is provided with an attaching / detaching mechanism including a cam lever or the like, it is necessary to provide a mechanism corresponding to the attaching / detaching mechanism at the top of the slope trimming part. In addition, since the attachment / detachment mechanism including the cam lever and the like is complicated, there is a problem in that the cost of parts and the like is increased.
Furthermore, there was a problem that it was fragile due to the complexity of the mechanism.

Therefore, the present invention does not require a new tool when connecting a plurality of upper surface trimming parts corresponding to the width of the ridge, and simplifies the configuration related to the connection, and performs the attaching / detaching operation easily and quickly. An object of the present invention is to provide a trimming body for a lacquering machine that can be used.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the trimming body according to the present invention will be described.
Here, first, an overall outline of a coater pulled by a traveling machine body will be described with reference to FIG. 1 (partial plan view) and FIG. 2 (side view). Reference is also made to FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the hull coater 1 is connected to a three-point link connecting mechanism 91 provided at the rear portion of the traveling machine body 90, and performs the smearing operation according to the forward and backward movement of the traveling machine body 90. Is what you do. This wrinkle coater 1 is mounted on a traveling machine body 90 and includes an attachment part 5 having an input shaft 8a to which power from the traveling machine body 90 is input, and provided in the attachment part 5 and rotated in the left-right direction with respect to the traveling direction. The offset mechanism unit 10 is movably supported, and the working unit 60 is disposed on the tip side of the offset mechanism unit 10 so as to be pivotable and works by power transmitted from the input shaft 8a.

The mounting portion 5 includes a hitch frame 6 extending in the vehicle body width direction, and a connection frame 9 provided in front of the hitch frame 6 and connected to a three-point link connection mechanism 91 provided in the rear portion of the traveling vehicle body 90. Composed. A gear box 8 is provided at the center lower portion of the hitch frame 6 in the width direction, and the above-described input shaft 8 a is provided in the gear box 8.

The offset mechanism portion 10 has a base end side rotatably connected to the hitch frame 6 and extends rearward, and an offset frame 11 is juxtaposed along one side in the width direction of the offset frame 11, and the base end side is hitch. A link member 13 rotatably connected to one end of the frame 6, and a rotation support arm 15 rotatably connected between the front end side of the offset frame 11 and the front end side of the link member 13. It is configured.

The offset frame 11 is a box-shaped member formed in a hollow shape, and is offset by expansion and contraction of a swing cylinder 17 connected between the front end side of the offset frame 11 and one end portion of the hitch frame 6. The frame 11 can swing in the left-right direction with respect to the traveling direction. In addition, a power transmission mechanism (not shown) is provided on the upper portion of the offset frame 11, and the power transmitted from the traveling machine body 90 to the input shaft 8 a is rotatably arranged on the front end side of the offset frame 11 by this power transmission mechanism. It can be transmitted to the driven shaft 12 provided.

The distal end portion of the link member 13 is pivotally attached to one end of a pivot support arm 15 that is pivotally provided at the distal end portion of the offset frame 11.
3A, the rotation support arm 15 includes a parallel link frame portion 15a extending in the left-right direction with respect to the traveling direction, and a proximal end side end of the parallel link frame portion 15a. A link arm portion 15b extending from the portion toward the mounting portion 5 is provided, and the base end side of the link arm portion 15b is rotatably attached to the lower end of the distal end side of the offset frame 11.
As shown in FIG. 1, the offset mechanism unit 10 configured in this way forms a parallel link mechanism by the offset frame 11, the link member 13, the hitch frame 6, and the rotation support arm 15.

The swing cylinder 17 is an electric hydraulic cylinder, and expands and contracts in response to a control signal from a control device (not shown).

Further, as shown in FIG. 4 (partially enlarged schematic side view), a power transmission shaft 14 is arranged coaxially with the driven shaft 12 below the driven shaft 12 provided at the tip of the offset frame 11 and is positioned below. The power transmission shaft 14 rotates as the driven shaft 12 rotates. A cylindrical connecting portion 18 disposed coaxially with the power transmission shaft 14 is attached to the lower end of the offset frame 11 so as to be rotatable with respect to the offset frame 11. The connecting portion 18 is not coupled to the power transmission shaft 14 and is rotatable about the power transmission shaft 14 as a rotation center. A base end portion of a transmission support case 61 that is a part of the working unit 60 is connected to the lower part of the connecting unit 18, and a transmission support frame 65 that is a part of the working unit 60 is connected to the upper part of the connecting unit 18. . For this reason, the working unit 60 can rotate with the central axis of the power transmission shaft 14 provided in the offset mechanism unit 10 as a rotation fulcrum O.

In the present embodiment, the structure of the coater is a part that can be rotated around the rotation fulcrum O as the rotation center axis, and includes the transmission support case 61 and the transmission support frame 65. The configuration of the heaven field processing unit 62, the preprocessing unit 64, and the trimming body 66 disposed on the tip side is defined as the working unit 60 and will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 (a), FIG. 3 (b), the transmission support case 61 has a top field process that cuts off the upper part of the old paddle formed along the periphery of the field. And a pre-processing unit 64 for depositing the cut soil, and a trimming body 66 for applying the piled soil on the cut old iron is disposed on the base end side of the transmission support case 61. Has been. A power transmission mechanism (not shown) is built in the transmission support case 61. This power transmission mechanism receives power from the driven shaft 12 and transmits power to the heaven processing unit 62, the preprocessing unit 64, and the adjusting body 66. It is configured to be possible.

The heaven processing unit 62 includes a rotatable heaven processing rotor 62a (see FIG. 3B). The celestial processing rotor 62a is connected to the front end portion of the preprocessing portion 64 connected to the transmission support case 61 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction via the celestial power transmission case 63, and via the transmission support frame 65. It is supported. A power transmission mechanism (not shown) is built in the heaven power transmission case 63 so that the power transmitted to the power transmission mechanism of the transmission support case 61 via this power transmission mechanism is transmitted to the heaven processing rotor 62a. It has become.

The pre-processing unit 64 includes a rotatable tillage claw 64a (see FIG. 2). Power is transmitted to the tilling claw 64 a via a power transmission mechanism in the transmission support case 61, and the pretreatment unit 64 is connected to the transmission support case 61 and supported via a transmission support frame 65.

The trimming body 66 has a substantially cone-shaped slope trimming section 20 that is rotatably supported by the transmission support case 61, and a top trimming section 30 that is attached to the top of the slope trimming section 20 and extends in the bowl direction. And an extended upper surface trimming portion 40 connected to the tip portion of the upper surface trimming portion 30. The trimming body 66 is configured to transmit rotational power via a power transmission mechanism in the transmission support case 61 and is supported by the transmission support case 61. For this reason, the working unit 60 can turn about the rotation fulcrum O about the central axis of the power transmission shaft 14 (see FIG. 4) provided on the distal end side of the offset mechanism unit 10 via the connecting portion 18.

Next, the slope trimming unit 20 and the slope blade 21 constituting the slope trimming unit 20 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the slope trimming portion 20 is formed in a substantially conical shape as a whole by connecting a plurality of fan-shaped slope blades 21 with each other in a radial linear portion. In addition, a fixing portion 24 for fixing the upper surface trimming portion 30 is disposed on the top portion, which serves as a positioning reference when connecting the plurality of slope blades 21.

Each of the slope blades 21 has an overhanging portion 22 projecting toward the downstream side in the rotational direction (arrow V in the figure) of the slope trimming portion 20, and an overlap extending toward the upstream side in the rotational direction. Part 23.
The plurality of slope blades 21 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction are spaced apart from each other at the boundary portion of the downstream slope blades 21b located downstream in the rotational direction of the slope trimming unit 20. The overlapping portion 23 is connected to the back side of the overhang portion 22 of the upstream slope blade 21a located on the upstream side.

More specifically, the upstream-side slope blade 21a and the downstream-side slope blade 21b adjacent to each other hold the fixing portion 24 between the upstream-side slope blade 21a and the downstream-side slope blade 21b. It is supported by sandwiching the portion 24a, and is joined to each other by welding or the like in a state where a vertical interval is formed between the upstream-side slope blade 21a and the downstream-side slope blade 21b.

Thus, by providing the vertical spacing, when the slope adjusting section 20 rotates toward the arrow V in the drawing and the dressing is performed, the surface and the surface of each slope blade 21 are adjusted. Since the distance between the slope and the slope is gradually decreased from the upstream side to the downstream side in the rotational direction, the force that presses the slope of the ridge by each slope blade 21 is applied from the upstream side to the downstream side. The soil surface becomes gradually larger and can effectively compact the soil surface.

The fixing portion 24 is provided with a hole 24c that allows a bolt or the like to pass therethrough in order to fix the upper surface trimming portion 30.

Next, detailed configurations of the upper surface trimming unit 30 and the extended upper surface trimming unit 40 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) and FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b).
Here, FIG. 6A and FIG. 7A show a cross-sectional configuration that shows the main configuration in an easy-to-understand manner for the sake of convenience of description of the configuration of the upper surface adjusting unit 30 and the extended upper surface adjusting unit 40, respectively. Is.

なお、図6(a)は図6(b)におけるA−A断面を示し、図7(a)は図7(b)におけるB−B断面を示すものである。
6 (b) and FIG. 7 (b) show the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface adjusting portion 30 (the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40) for each configuration shown in FIG. 6 (a) and FIG. 7 (a). An actual appearance is shown as seen from the top surface 41) to the slope trimming section 20.
6A shows the AA cross section in FIG. 6B, and FIG. 7A shows the BB cross section in FIG. 7B.

As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, in the present embodiment, the upper surface adjusting unit 30 is disposed on the fixed unit 24 side of the slope adjusting unit 20.
More specifically, the fixing portion 24 of the slope adjusting portion 20 is sandwiched between the drum boss 71 that transmits the power from the drum spacer 70 and the power transmission shaft 72 to the adjusting body 66, and the upper surface adjusting portion 30. However, the plurality of bolts 7 are fixed by passing through the through holes 24 d of the drum spacer 70 and the holes 24 c of the fixing portion 24 and screwing the tips of the bolts 7 into the screw holes 24 b of the drum boss 71. .

Here, the top wall surface 31 of the top surface trimming section 30 will be described with reference to FIG. 6A which is a cross-sectional configuration diagram and FIG. 6B which is an external view. Bolt fastening holes 7a are provided.
A notch 32 and a fitting hole 35 which are characteristic features of the present invention are provided, and an engaging edge 38 is provided at the edge of the notch 32.

Next, the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 attached to the upper surface adjusting portion 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7A and 7B showing a cross-sectional configuration diagram of the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 and the like.

Here, as shown in FIG. 7A, a buffer member 48 is provided on the inner side surface of the base end portion of the side surface 43 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 in the circumferential direction. In a state where 40 is fitted to the tip of the upper surface trimming section 30, the buffer member 48 is fitted to the stepped peripheral surface 27 of the upper surface trimming section 30.

Furthermore, the U-shaped gripping member 44, which is a feature of the present invention, is held by penetrating from the top surface 41 to the bottom surface 84 with the two end portions 44a facing the top surface adjusting portion 30 ( (Partial display in FIG. 7A).
In particular, the bottom surface 84 is provided with spring members 44b (described later) at end portions 44a (two places), and the end portion 44a of the gripping member 44 is always urged and held toward the upper surface trimming portion 30. .

Here, the configuration and the like of the end portion 44a of the gripping member 44 and the spring member 44b will be described with reference to FIGS.
As a detailed configuration, as shown in FIG. 8A, the spring member 44 b is held through the bottom surface 84 together with the two end portions 44 a of the gripping member 44, and one end of the spring member 44 b is connected to the bottom surface 84. The other end is locked to the outer spring locking portion 46b fixed to the end portion 44a outside the bottom surface 84, and is locked to the inner spring locking portion 46a fixed to the bottom surface 84. , Both ends are held.

When the user pulls out the operation portion 44c of the gripping member 44 to the outside of the top surface 41 (see FIG. 8B), the end portion 44a slides so as to approach the bottom surface 84, and a spring member. 44b does not move the end locked to the inner spring locking portion 46a, and the end locked to the outer spring locking portion 46b shrinks toward the bottom surface 84 along with the movement of the end 44a. It will be.

In other words, the user pulls out the operation portion 44c of the gripping member 44 to the outside against the biasing force of the spring member 44b biasing toward the inside of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 on the top surface 41. Thus, the end portion 44a slides.

Here, referring to FIGS. 7A and 7B, when the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface trimming portion 30 on the bottom surface 84 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40, the bottom surface 84 thereof. A hook member 42 is provided which extends toward the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming section 30 and fixes the axial positional relationship between the bottom surface 84 and the top wall surface 31.

The configuration of the hook member 42, which is a feature of the present invention, will be described with reference to FIG. 9 which is an enlarged view. The hook member 42 has a base end fixed to the bottom surface 84, and the left side of the drawing (FIG. 9) is curved. It has the front-end | tip protrusion part 42a made into a shape, and the recessed part 42b.

Here, a state in which the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B is fitted into the tip of the upper surface trimming portion 30 shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B. Will be described with reference to FIG. 10, which is a cross-sectional configuration diagram showing the main configuration in an easy-to-understand manner.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is fitted into the tip of the upper surface adjusting portion 30, the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 and the upper surface adjusting portion 30 are connected in the axial direction Become.

In the present embodiment, a stepped peripheral surface 27 is provided around the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface adjusting portion 30 in the circumferential direction, and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface adjusting portion 30. In this case, the buffer member 48 provided at the base end portion of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the stepped peripheral surface 27.
For this reason, the position of the end in the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 can be reliably fixed, and the axis alignment of the upper surface trimming portion 30 and the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 can be easily performed.

Here, the structure which concerns on attachment / detachment of the extended upper surface trimming part 40 to the upper surface trimming part 30 is demonstrated.

Yes.

Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the hook member 42 has entered the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming portion 30 in a state where the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the distal end portion of the upper surface trimming portion 30. A notch 32 is provided.

Further, in the cutout portion 32, the user rotates the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 with respect to the upper surface trimming portion 30 while the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted in the upper surface trimming portion 30. In this case, an engagement edge portion 38 with which the hook member 42 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is engaged is provided.

That is, in this embodiment, the hook member 42 is engaged with the engaging edge 38, so that the positional relationship in the axial direction of the upper surface adjusting portion 30 and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is fixed. Become.

And about these hook members 42, notch 32, and engagement edge 38 which constitute the axial direction locking mechanism which fixes the positional relationship in the axial direction of this upper surface trimming part 30 and extended upper surface trimming part 40, As long as the mutual positional relationship in at least the axial direction is fixed, the size, the position where the hook member 42 and the engagement edge 38 are engaged, and the like are not limited.

As described above with reference to FIG. 9, the hook member 42 according to the present embodiment has a tip protruding portion 42 a that is a tip portion having a curved shape, and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface adjusting portion 30. At this time, even when the tip protruding portion 42 a having the curved shape comes into contact with the edge of the notch 32, the hook member 42 is guided so as to smoothly enter the notch 32.

Here, the U-shaped gripping member 44 (partial display in FIG. 10) is held on the top surface 41 of the extended upper surface trimming section 40 as described above with reference to FIGS. In addition, the two end portions 44 a are directed to the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming unit 30 so as to penetrate from the top surface 41 to the bottom surface 84 and are held.

And in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the spring member 44b is provided in the edge part 44a (two places) of the holding member 44 exposed toward the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming part 30 from the bottom face 84. The end 44a of the gripping member 44 is always in the direction toward the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming portion 30, in other words, from the appearance of the top surface 41 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40, the extended upper surface trimming portion 40. It is biased toward the direction of sinking inside.

Further, the extended upper surface trimming unit 40 is placed on the top wall 31 of the upper surface trimming unit 30 while the extended upper surface trimming unit 40 is fitted in the upper surface trimming unit 30. A fitting hole 35 into which the end portion 44a of the gripping member 44 is fitted is provided.

That is, in the present embodiment, the end portion 44a is fitted into the fitting hole 35 by the biasing force of the spring member 44b, so that the positional relationship in the rotational direction of the upper surface trimming portion 30 and the extended upper surface trimming portion 40. Will be fixed.

The spring member 44b, the end portion 44a (the gripping member 44), and the fitting that constitute the rotation direction locking mechanism that fixes the positional relationship in the rotation direction between the upper surface trimming portion 30 and the extended upper surface trimming portion 40. As long as at least the mutual positional relationship in the rotation direction is fixed, the size and the position where the end 44a and the fitting hole 35 are fitted are not limited.

Next, while maintaining the state where the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the tip of the upper surface trimming portion 30, the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is rotated and attached to the upper surface trimming portion 30, or A method of removing will be described with reference to FIGS.

Here, FIGS. 11 (a), 12 (a), and 13 (a) illustrate the state in which the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface trimming portion 30 as in the state shown in FIG. For the sake of convenience, a cross-sectional configuration showing the main configuration in an easy-to-understand manner is shown.

11 (b), FIG. 12 (b), and FIG. 13 (b) show the extended upper surface trimming portion in each state shown in FIG. 11 (a), FIG. 12 (a), and FIG. 13 (a). The external appearance for description which looked at the direction of the upper surface trimming part 30 from 40 top surfaces 41 is shown.

14 (a) and 15 (a), as in the state shown in FIG. 10, the state in which the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface trimming portion 30 has a main configuration for convenience of explanation. FIG. 14B and FIG. 15B show the cross-sectional configuration shown in an easy-to-understand manner. FIG. 14B and FIG. 15B show the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 in each state shown in FIG. 14A and FIG. The external appearance for description which looked at the direction of the upper surface trimming part 30 from the top surface 41 is shown.

First, as shown in FIG. 11A, when the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface trimming portion 30, the hook member 42 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is notched in the upper surface trimming portion 30. The end portion 44 a of the gripping member 44 comes into contact with the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming portion 30.

Here, after the hook member 42 has entered the notch 32 as shown in FIG. 11 (a) for mounting and locking the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 to the upper surface trimming portion 30, it is thereafter The extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is configured to be engaged with the engagement edge portion 38 at the edge of the notch 32 by rotating the extended upper surface trimming portion 40, and the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted to the upper surface trimming portion 30. It is necessary to make it enter into the notch 32 at the stage of being inserted.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11B, which is an appearance of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 as viewed from the top surface 41 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40, two hook members 42 (solid line display) are provided. Two locations are also provided for the notch portion 32 (dotted line display) of the upper surface trimming portion 30 into which the hook member 42 enters.

Further, as described above, the buffer member 48 is provided on the inner side surface of the base end portion of the side surface 43 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 in the circumferential direction, and the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is connected to the upper surface trimming portion. When fitted to the top 30, the stepped peripheral surface 27 provided around the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming section 30 is fitted.

For this reason, since the axis alignment of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 and the upper surface trimming portion 30 is easily performed without the user being aware of it, the user can adjust the position of the hook member 42 and the notch portion 32. The hook member 42 has only to be inserted into the cutout portion 32 without being aware of the radial position adjustment at all, and only with respect to the circumferential position alignment, and is excellent in operability.

Here, FIG. 12A shows a state in which the user further pushes the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 toward the upper surface adjusting portion 30 from the state shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 12A, when the user pushes the top surface 41 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 in the direction of the arrow T in the figure, the spring member 44b is contracted, and the tip of the hook member 42 is moved. It will further enter the notch 32 of the upper surface trimming section 30.

In this case, when the user actually pushes the top surface 41 in the direction of the arrow T in the drawing, the buffer member 48 is compressed, and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 slightly moves toward the upper surface adjusting portion 30. Will be.

The tip projecting portion 42 a of the hook member 42 extends to the back side of the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming portion 30, and the concave portion 42 b of the hook member 42 is located on the top wall surface in the axial direction of the upper surface trimming portion 30. At the position 31, it has moved to the same depth position as the engagement edge 38.

Here, FIG.12 (b) has shown the state pushed in the direction of arrow T in the figure by the user in the state shown to Fig.12 (a), and a user shows after that in Fig.12 (a). The extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is attached to the upper surface trimming portion 30 by rotating in the direction indicated by the arrow R in FIG. And can be locked (the state shown in FIG. 13A), the details of which will be described next.

As described above, in the state illustrated in FIG. 12A, the state in which the recess 42 b of the hook member 42 is moved to the same position as the top wall surface 31 in the axial direction of the upper surface trimming unit 30 is maintained.

Then, while maintaining that state, by rotating the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 in the direction of the arrow R in the drawing shown in FIG. 12B, first, in the recess 42b of the hook member 42, The engagement edge portion 38 enters the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming portion 30.

Thereafter, by further rotating the extended upper surface trimming portion 40, as shown in FIG. 13A, the recess 42b comes into contact with the engaging edge portion 38, and the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is rotated. At this point, the hook member 42 is engaged with the engagement edge 38.

Here, the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is rotated in the direction of the arrow R in FIG. 12B so that the end 44 a of the gripping member 44 is fitted to the upper surface trimming portion 30. The end 44a gradually slips into the fitting hole 35 from the state close to the hole 35 and further close to the fitting hole 35, and finally, the recess 42b of the hook member 42 abuts on the engaging edge 38. At that time, the end 44 a itself falls into the fitting hole 35, so that it is fitted into the fitting hole 35.

That is, at substantially the same time as the hook member 42 is engaged with the engagement edge 38, the end 44a of the gripping member 44 is fitted into the fitting hole 35 of the upper surface trimming portion 30 by the biasing force of the spring member 44b. Accordingly, the position of the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 with respect to the upper surface adjusting portion 30 is fixed, and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is attached and locked to the upper surface adjusting portion 30.

Further, as shown in FIG. 13B, the plurality of hook members 42 (shown by solid lines) are engaged with the engaging edge portion 38 (shown by dotted lines) of the upper surface trimming portion 30, and The end portions 44a (two places) are in a state of being fitted into the fitting holes 35 of the upper surface adjusting portion 30, and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is moved in the direction of the arrow R in the drawing shown in FIG. It does not move any more and cannot move in the direction opposite to the arrow R in the figure.

In summary, when the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is mounted on the upper surface adjusting portion 30, the user holds the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 and rotates while further pushing the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40. The extension upper surface trimming portion 40 can be attached and locked to the upper surface trimming portion 30 only by being operated, and the ease of operation and quickness are satisfied.

Next, a method for removing the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 from the upper surface trimming portion 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 and 15.
Here, FIG. 14A shows a state in which the end 44a of the gripping member 44 has been removed from the fitting hole 35 by the user's operation from the state shown in FIG. 13A. FIG. 14 shows an actual appearance of the extended upper surface trimming section 40 viewed from the top surface 41 toward the upper surface trimming section 30 in the state shown in FIG.

FIG. 15A shows a state in which the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is rotated by a user operation while the end portion 44a of the gripping member 44 is removed from the fitting hole 35. FIG. 15B shows an actual appearance of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 as viewed from the top surface 41 toward the upper surface trimming portion 30 in the state shown in FIG. 15A.

Here, in order to remove the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 from the state in which the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is attached and locked to the upper surface trimming portion 30 (the state shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B), FIG. As shown in FIG. 14 (a), by the operation of the user, first, the operation portion 44c of the gripping member 44 is moved in the direction opposite to the direction in which the urging force of the spring member 44b acts, and in the direction of the arrow U in the figure. The operation of pulling out and pulling out the end 44 a of the gripping member 44 from the fitting hole 35 of the upper surface trimming unit 30 is performed.

Here, FIG. 14 (b) shows an external view of the upper surface trimming portion 40 as viewed from the top surface 41 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 in FIG. 14 (a), and is shown in FIG. 14 (a). Since the state is a state in which the operation unit 44c is merely pulled out in the direction of the arrow U in the drawing, there is no change in appearance from the state shown in FIG. 13B.

The user maintains the pulled-out state of the operation unit 44c in the direction of the arrow U shown in FIG. 14A, and moves the operation unit 44c of the gripping member 44 to the arrow N shown in FIG. 14B. The extended upper surface trimming portion 40 can be released from the state of being attached and locked to the upper surface trimming portion 30 (the state shown in FIG. 15A). Next, a description will be given.

As described above, in the state shown in FIG. 14A, the end 44a of the gripping member 44 is pulled out by the user's operation by pulling out the operating portion 44c against the urging force of the spring member 44b. 15 (a) when the user further rotates in the direction of the arrow N in the drawing shown in FIG. 14 (b) in this state. As described above, the end 44 a of the gripping member 44 moves to the surface of the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface trimming unit 30.

Then, as shown in FIG. 15A, simultaneously with the movement of the end portion 44a to the surface of the top wall surface 31, the engagement state between the recess 42b of the hook member 42 and the engagement edge portion 38 is released, and the hook member 42 moves in the notch 32.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15B, the plurality of hook members 42 (indicated by solid lines) are separated from the engaging edge portion 38 of the notch 32 (indicated by dotted lines) of the upper surface trimming portion 30, that is, engaged. Is released, and the end portions 44a (two places) of the gripping member 44 are in a state of being removed from the fitting holes 35 of the upper surface adjusting portion 30, so that the user can adjust the upper surface adjusting portion 30. The extended upper surface trimming section 40 can be removed from

In summary, when removing the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 from the upper surface adjusting portion 30, the user simply pulls out the operation portion 44c of the gripping member 44 and rotates the operation portion 44c. The state in which the collar portion 40 is attached and locked to the upper surface trimming portion 30 can be released, and the ease of operation and quickness are satisfied.

Next, with respect to the configuration that enables the user to recognize how much the upper surface trimming unit 40 should be pivoted when the extended upper surface trimming unit 40 is pivoted, FIG. This will be described with reference to b).

In this embodiment, the user only needs to be able to recognize how much the extended upper surface trimming unit 40 has been rotated with respect to the upper surface trimming unit 30 fixed to the slope trimming unit 20. Is configured to recognize the positional relationship in the direction of the rotation operation between the fixed upper surface adjusting portion 30 and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 16A and 16B, the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted to the tip of the upper surface trimming portion 30 at a specific position on the outer surface of the upper surface trimming portion 30. A rotation start mark (mark A in the figure) indicating a stage is provided, and further, the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is pivoted to be attached and locked to the upper surface trimming section 30, and the position as the rotation end position is set. A first index (mark B in the figure) is provided.

First, when the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface trimming portion 30, the second index (mark C in the figure) provided on the outer surface of the side surface 43 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is the upper surface trimming portion. The extended upper surface trimming portion 40 may be fitted into the upper surface trimming portion 30 so as to match the rotation start mark (mark A in the drawing) at 30.

Then, after the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted to the upper surface trimming portion 30, the second index (mark C in the figure) provided on the side surface 43 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is the second index in the upper surface trimming portion 30. When the user rotates the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 so as to match one index (mark B in the drawing), the user can mount and lock the extended upper surface trimming portion 40.

That is, in the present embodiment, the first index (marked in the drawing) is provided on the outer surface of the upper surface trimming section 30 as the rotation end position when the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is pivoted with respect to the upper surface trimming section 30. B), and further, the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is moved to the vicinity of the first index (mark B in the figure) when the rotation operation is performed (mark in the figure). C) is provided.

Next, the pin member that fixes the position where the operation portion 44c of the gripping member 44 moves in the axial direction of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 will be described with reference to FIG. To do.

Here, FIG. 17A shows a state in which the end 44a of the gripping member 44 is engaged with the fitting hole 35, and the gripping member 44 is moved toward the upper surface trimming portion 30 by the biasing force of the spring member 44b. FIG. 17B shows a state where the user has moved the gripping member 44 in a direction opposite to the upper surface trimming unit 30 against the urging force of the spring member 44b. Thus, the end 44a is shown in a state where it is removed from the fitting hole 35.

As shown in FIG. 17A, by inserting the pin member 50 into the mounting lock hole 44d of the gripping member 44, when the end portion 44a of the gripping member 44 is engaged with the fitting hole 35, the end portion The amount of movement of 44a in the axial direction can be limited to a predetermined range.

Further, when removing the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 from the upper surface trimming portion 30, the user himself pulls out the operation portion 44c of the gripping member 44 against the urging force of the spring member 44b. After the operation portion 44c is pulled out, the user's hand can be protected by inserting the pin member 50 into the release lock hole 44e in the gripping member 44 as shown in FIG.

Specifically, the user first pulls out the operating portion 44c of the gripping member 44 in the direction of the arrow U in the figure, then inserts the pin member 50 into the release lock hole 44e, and then repels the urging force of the spring member 44b. It is only necessary to rotate the operation part 44c without worrying about the above, and it is excellent in operability and safety.

As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, when extending the upper surface trimming portion 30, the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 can be easily and easily attached to the tip of the existing upper surface trimming portion 30 without using a tool or the like. Since it can be quickly installed, the work can be performed in a short time.

Furthermore, by providing both the axial direction locking mechanism and the rotation direction locking mechanism, after the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is fitted into the upper surface adjusting portion 30, the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is only rotated in one direction. Thus, the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is locked and held with respect to the existing upper surface trimming portion 30, and when removed, the lock is released by rotating the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 in the other direction. It is easy to operate and can be quickly attached and detached.

In addition, the first index (B) is provided on the outer surface of the upper surface trimming portion 30 as a rotation end position when the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is pivoted with respect to the upper surface trimming portion 30, and the extended upper surface trimming portion 30 is also provided. By providing a second index (C) that moves to the vicinity of the first index when the rotation operation is performed on the outer surface of the collar part 40, the user can set the second index to the first index. It is possible to recognize the degree of the rotation operation while checking how close to one index is.

In the present embodiment, although the description has been given using the configuration in which the substantially columnar upper surface adjusting portion 30 is mounted on the substantially columnar upper surface adjusting portion 30, the upper surface adjusting portion 30 and the extended upper surface adjusting portion 30 are also described. For the heel part 40, in order to effectively press the soil against the upper surface of the heel, the upper surface blade plate made of a flexible member such as resin is directed from the upstream end to the downstream end in the rotational direction. It may be applied as a configuration in which the diameter is gradually increased while maintaining elasticity.

Note that the user prepares for removing the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 according to the width of the heel or not attaching the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 to the upper surface trimming portion 30 as shown in FIG. In addition, a storage holding mechanism 80 for storing (holding and holding) the extended upper surface trimming section 40 may be provided in the basket coater 1.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 18B, the extended upper surface adjusting portion 40 is attached to the upper surface adjusting portion 30 by making the storage and holding mechanism 80 substantially the same shape as the top wall surface 31 of the upper surface adjusting portion 30. In the same manner, it can be easily and quickly attached to the storage holding mechanism 80, and can be smoothly removed from the storage holding mechanism 80 when the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is required. .

More specifically, in the storage and holding mechanism 80, the storage notch 82 corresponds to the notch 32 in the top wall 31, and the storage engagement edge 88 corresponds to the engagement edge 38 in the top wall 31. The storage fitting hole 85 corresponds to the fitting hole 35 in the top wall surface 31.

For this reason, when the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is stored in the storage and holding mechanism 80, the base end portion of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is fitted into the storage and holding mechanism 80, and the top surface 41 of the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is further fitted. The hook member 42 of the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is rotated by rotating in the same direction as the arrow R in the drawing shown in FIG. 12 while maintaining the state of pushing in toward the storage holding mechanism 80. The end 44a is engaged with the storage engagement hole 85 while engaging with the storage engagement edge 88. As a result, the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is fixed and stored and held.

When the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is removed from the storage and holding mechanism 80, the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is rotated while the gripping member 44 of the extended upper surface trimming section 40 is pulled out. Thus, the engagement state between the hook member 42 and the storage engagement edge portion 88 is released and the end portion 44a is removed from the storage engagement hole 85, and the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 can be removed from the storage holding mechanism 80. .

Further, in the present embodiment, the reinforcing member 87 is connected to the storage and holding mechanism 80 in consideration of the fact that a load is applied to the fixing portion between the storage and holding mechanism 80 and the mounting shaft 86 when the extended upper surface trimming portion 40 is pushed. It is provided between the mounting shaft 86 to maintain the strength.

Further, with respect to the arrangement positions of the storage and holding mechanism 80 and the mounting shaft 86, the position shown in FIG. 18A (one end portion of the hitch frame 6) is an example, and the heaven processing unit 62, the preprocessing unit 64, and the adjusting unit are arranged. As long as it does not hinder the work in the casing 66, it may be at any position of the basket coater 1.
