また、一実施例において、上記軟質MBS樹脂の組成物は、さらに、可塑剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤の中から選択された少なくとも1つ以上の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする。
本発明に係る軟質MBS樹脂は、MBS樹脂と、TPEE樹脂と、植物性オイルによる所定の配合比のものを射出機のホッパーに投入させ、200°〜230°の加熱状態でスクリューを用いて均一に200〜230rpmの速度で撹拌混合して得られるが、その具体的な材料、配合比、加熱温度、撹拌速度、混合順序、撹拌時間等は、以下に説明するようにさまざまである。
Claims (10)
- メチルメタクリレートブタジエンスチレン(methyl methacrylate butadiene styrene、MBS)樹脂100重量部に対し、植物性オイル20〜130重量部、熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマー(thermoplastic polyester elastomer、TPEE)樹脂3〜150重量部、及びグリコール変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PETG)樹脂30〜600重量部を含有させて成ることを特徴とする、環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物。
- 上記メチルメタクリレートブタジエンスチレン樹脂は、ゴムの含有量が60〜85重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物。
- 上記植物性オイルは、パームオイル、ココナッツ・オイル、ひまし油、グレープシード・オイル、ホホバ・オイル、紅花油、マカデミアナッツ・オイル、オリーブ・オイルの中から選択された少なくとも1つ以上のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物。
- 上記の熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマー樹脂はショア(Shore)硬度が35〜50Dであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物。
- 上記軟質MBS樹脂の組成物は、その組成物100重量部に対して、さらに、カルシウムカーボネート(CaCO3)、シリカ(silica)、または両者の混合物の中から選択された充填剤を10〜30重量部含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物。
- 上記軟質MBS樹脂の組成物は、さらに、ジンク・オキサイド(ZnO)、ジンクボレート(ZnBO3)、Ca−Mo、トリストリアジン、デカブロモジフェニルエタン(decabromodiphenyl ethane)、オクタブロモジフェニル・オキサイド(octabromodiphenyl oxide)、三酸化アンチモン、五酸化アンチモン、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、ポリリン酸塩の中から選択された少なくとも1つ以上の難燃剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物。

- 上記軟質MBS樹脂の組成物は、さらに、可塑剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤の中から選択された少なくとも1つ以上の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物。
- メチルメタクリレートブタジエンスチレン樹脂と植物性オイルを混合するステップと、
上記ステップで得た混合物に熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマー樹脂を混合するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の環境にやさしい軟質MBS樹脂の組成物を用いたことを特徴とする、環境にやさしいビニールレザー。
