Claims (4)
- 所定の検出対象を発生させる発生部と、
前記発生部により発生した前記検出対象を検出する検出部と、
前記発生部及び前記検出部が設けられる基板と、
円筒状の筐体を備え、
前記基板は、前記発生部が設けられる第1部分と、前記検出部が設けられる第2部分と、前記第1部分と前記第2部分とを接続する接続部と、前記発生部及び前記検出部に接続される配線を含むハーネス部を備え、一端側から他端側に向かって、前記第1部分又は前記第2部分の一方、前記接続部、前記第1部分又は前記第2部分の他方、前記ハーネス部の順で配置される一体の基板であって、かつ、前記第1部分と前記接続部との境目及び前記第2部分と前記接続部との境目で折れ曲がって前記第1部分の前記発生部が設けられた面と前記第2部分の前記検出部が設けられた面とが対向するコの字形状を取るフレキシブル基板であり、
前記第1部分において発生部を含む電子部品が設けられる面及び前記第2部分において検出部を含む電子部品が設けられる面の少なくとも一方の面の裏側の面に、電子部品が設けられる面を平面に保つ板状の支持部材が取り付けられており、
前記ハーネス部を除く前記基板及び前記発生部と前記検出部との間に存する回転体を収納する前記筐体は、前記回転体を動作可能に支持する第1筐体と、前記基板の一部分が固定される第2筐体とを有し、
前記他方は、前記第2筐体に固定され、
前記第2筐体は、前記他方を挟んで対向するように設けられた2つの支持部を有し、
前記2つの支持部は、前記他方が有する円状の外周縁と当接する円弧状の内周部と、前記第1筐体の円筒状の内周面に沿う円弧状の外周部とを有する
センサ。 - 前記支持部材は、前記第1部分及び前記第2部分の少なくとも一方に設けられる集積回路のパッケージであり、
前記パッケージが取り付けられた前記第1部分及び前記第2部分の少なくとも一方に設けられる一つ以上の電子部品は、前記基板を挟んだ裏側に前記パッケージが存する位置に設けられる
請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記支持部材は、前記第1部分又は前記第2部分の形状に合わせて形成された絶縁性を有する板状部材である
請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサは、ロータリエンコーダである
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。
