Claims (5)
- 基材の凸曲状に形成された外面に取り付けられる制振材であって、
前記外面に接着される取付面に複数の切込が交差して形成されて複数のブロックに分けられ、各前記ブロックの前記取付面と相反する表面側が連結して形成された曲げ変形可能な粘弾性体からなる制振部材を有し、
前記制振部材は、前記切込により複数のブロックに分断され、各前記ブロックの前記取付面に相反する表面側が、前記外面の凸曲形状に沿うように曲げ変形可能なシート部材を介して連結して形成されていることを特徴とする制振材。 - 前記制振部材は、前記切込が前記取付面側に向かって漸次広がるV溝状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制振材。
- 前記制振部材は、前記取付面が前記切込により多角形状のブロックに分けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制振材。
- 基材の凸曲状に形成された外面に制振材を取り付ける制振材取付方法であって、
前記基材の前記外面に接着される制振部材の取付面に切込を形成して複数のブロックに分断し、かつ各前記ブロックの前記取付面と相反する表面側にシート部材を設けて各前記ブロックを連結した制振材を形成し、前記制振部材の前記取付面を前記基材の前記外面に接着することを特徴とする制振材取付方法。 - 前記制振部材における前記切込を前記取付面側に向かって漸次広がるV溝状に形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の制振材取付方法。
