[Key points of the present invention]
In the core of such a multilayer heat sink, the present invention, the width W of the
This shows that, as a result of measuring the equivalent heat transfer coefficient when W / S is changed, a peak value exists in the measurement curve, and the value in the vicinity of the peak value is W / S = 0.4. It was found to be -1.0.
Hereinafter, experimental results will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, FIG. 5 shows various types of plates 4 in which the width S (channel interval) of the
Here, the equivalent heat transfer coefficient ratio on the vertical axis is the equivalent heat transfer coefficient when 5 L / min shown in FIG. 6, the core height is 6 mm, the slit width is 1.2 mm, and the ratio between the longitudinal rib width and the slit width is 1.0. The relative ratio with respect to 100 (%) is shown.
The equivalent heat transfer coefficient h is the surface temperature at the cooling water side interface of the top plate and the water temperature, where Q is the amount of heat input to the heat generator and A (m 2 ) is the area of the top plate to which the heat generator is attached. And ΔT W (K). Then, the formula of Q = h · A · ΔT W is represented.
This equation is modified so that h = Q / (A · ΔT W ) is referred to as an equivalent heat transfer coefficient.
The flow rate of the refrigerant means a flow rate per 200 mm of core width (manifold length).
As a result of the experiment of FIG.
When the interval between the
Further, in more detail, as the slit width S gradually increases from 0.5 mm, the peak value tends to decrease in the value of W / S.
Next, the experimental results when the core height is 6 mm under the same conditions are as shown in FIG.
Further, FIG. 7 shows a core height of 8 mm under the same conditions, and FIG. 8 shows a core height of 10 mm.
5 to 8, the peak of the equivalent heat transfer coefficient ratio becomes smoother as the core height increases. At the same time, the higher the core height, the higher the W / S values at the peak positions of the curves. In any case, it can be seen that the W / S in the range of 0.4 to 1.0 has the highest equivalent heat transfer coefficient ratio and good heat exchange performance.
Next, FIGS. 9 to 12 show experimental results when the flow rate of the refrigerant is 10 L / min and the core height is 4 mm to 10 mm.
Both the experiment of FIG. 5 and the experiment of FIG. 9 differ in only the flow rate of the refrigerant at the core height of 4 mm.
Of course, the equivalent heat transfer coefficient ratio is higher at a flow rate of 10 L / min than at a flow rate of 5 L / min. This is the same even when the core height is 6 mm to 10 mm.
Even at a flow rate of 10 L / min, it can be seen that W / S has the highest equivalent heat transfer coefficient ratio in the range of 0.4 to 1.0 and good heat exchange performance.
Next, FIGS. 13 to 16 show experimental results when the flow rate of the refrigerant is set to 15 L / min and the others are the same as the above-described experiment. Then, the equivalent heat transfer coefficient ratio further increases. Thus, even when the flow rate of the refrigerant is 15 L / min, it can be seen that the equivalent heat transfer coefficient ratio is the highest in the range of W / S of 0.4 to 1.0, and the heat exchange performance is good.
