- 第1の液体水素貯留槽から発生するボイルオフガスの再液化方法であって、
前記ボイルオフガスを、第2の液体水素貯留槽に貯留されている、液体水素の飽和温度より低温の液体水素中に導入して、前記ボイルオフガスの少なくとも一部を前記液体水素の冷熱により液化させ、
液化しなかったボイルオフガスと、前記第2の液体水素貯留槽内で生じた気化水素とを、循環する水素を冷媒とする冷凍サイクル部と水素ガスから液体水素を生成する液体水素生成部とを有する液体水素製造装置の該液体水素生成部に供給し、
