Description
The present invention relates to an amplifier device for a vehicle window that includes an amplifier that is electrically connected to an antenna provided in the vehicle window, amplifies a signal received by the antenna, and a bracket that installs and fixes the amplifier to the vehicle window.
As this type of amplifier device, for example, there is Patent Document 1 below. In Patent Document 1, an amplifier is installed on a glass vehicle window. Specifically, the glass window amplifier includes a metal terminal, a bracket that is integrally attached to the metal terminal, and a main body that is attached to the bracket and receives a signal received by the antenna from the metal terminal. The metal terminal has a conductive plate whose center is bent in a direction away from the antenna to form a bridge portion, and a contact convex portion that is provided in a semicircular shape on the bottom surface of the conductive plate and contacts the antenna. In addition, the bracket is installed and fixed to the glass window by soldering the contact convex portion and the antenna.
However, in recent years, transparent resin windows have also been developed from the viewpoint of vehicle weight reduction and the like. In this case, when the antenna and the metal terminal are soldered on the resin window, there is a problem that the resin window is melted by the heat. Therefore, in the resin window, the bracket cannot be installed and fixed by soldering the metal terminal and the antenna.
However, if the metal terminal of the amplifier and the antenna cannot be stably connected and fixed, the amplifier will play more loosely than the conventional glass window, and the amplifier will be rattled. When the energized state becomes unstable, noise is easily generated in the electric signal.
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-described problems, and can stably install and fix the amplifier without soldering, and can suppress the generation of noise due to vibration. An object is to provide an apparatus.
For this purpose, the present invention provides a vehicle window having an amplifier that is electrically connected to an antenna provided in the vehicle window, amplifies a signal received by the antenna, and a bracket that installs and fixes the amplifier to the vehicle window. The vehicle window is made of synthetic resin, and has elasticity after curing between the vehicle window and the bracket in a state where the vehicle window and the bracket are previously installed in a mold. A thermoplastic polymer material is injected to join the vehicle window and the bracket by outsert molding. At this time, a through hole is formed in the base portion of the bracket, and the polymer material forms a protrusion in a state of overflowing from the through hole of the base portion during the outsert molding. The amplifier is always pressed and urged by the protrusion when mounted on the bracket, and the metal terminal extending from the amplifier and the antenna are not soldered.
Thus, since the vehicle window and the bracket are joined by outsert formation and the amplifier is only attached to the bracket, the amplifier can be installed and fixed without melting the resin vehicle window. At this time, since the amplifier is always pressed and urged by the protrusion, the amplifier can be stably fixed. In addition, since the protrusion has elasticity, the protrusion absorbs rattling of the amplifier due to vibrations when the vehicle is running. Thereby, it is possible to maintain a stable contact state without soldering the metal terminal and the antenna, and thus it is possible to suppress the generation of noise due to vibration. Moreover, the installation stability of the bracket is also improved by the holding force due to the thermal contraction of the protrusion.
The term “elasticity” in the present invention means that the amplifier has a degree of deformability (flexibility) that can absorb the backlash of the amplifier due to vibration, and has a high elasticity generally called an “elastic body”. It is not necessary that the material has a modulus (elastic modulus). As the polymer material having such elasticity, a soft resin or a thermoplastic elastomer can be used.
The bracket has at least two engaging pieces standing upright from the base portion, and the amplifier is engaged between the two engaging pieces. Therefore, it is necessary to form the through hole and the protrusion at least inside the two engagement pieces.
According to the present invention, it is possible to stably install and fix the amplifier without soldering, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of noise of the electric signal due to vibration.
Hereinafter, representative embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings as appropriate. As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The
The
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the
The bonding agent S forms a protrusion St in a state of overflowing from the back surface to the surface of the
Next, an installation method of the
