The structure and the assembly method of the loudspeaker realize good insulation effect between the bonding pad and the frame, thereby avoiding the problem of short circuit in the use process; the firmness of the connection between the bracket and the basin frame is improved, so that the structural stability of the loudspeaker is improved; the drop reliability of the loudspeaker is improved.

In the prior art, in order to increase the structural strength of the speaker, a metal frame is required. In the structure, the flexible circuit board is used for connecting the voice coil lead wire and an external electric signal, and is attached to the metal basin frame, the flexible circuit board in the structure is easy to conduct heat, and the circuit connection structure on the metal basin frame is unstable, so that the loudspeaker structure is unstable and easy to damage. In addition, when welding, the flexible circuit board is not sheltered from, easily leads to the flexible circuit board short circuit, causes the speaker damage.
Therefore, there is a need for a new speaker.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a speaker, which includes: a basin stand 1; a vibrating diaphragm 2 arranged below the basin stand 1; and a bracket 3 fixed on the basin frame 1.
Specifically, the frame 1 is provided with a side wall 12 protruding to one side far away from the diaphragm 2, wherein the side wall 12 is arc-shaped, and the frame 1 is made of metal so as to ensure the structural strength of the loudspeaker; the basin stand 1 comprises two mounting cavities 11 arranged at the corners of the basin stand 1, in the embodiment, the number of the mounting cavities 11 on the basin stand 1 is two, the mounting cavities are symmetrically arranged at the two corners of the basin stand 1, and the inner part of each mounting cavity 11 is communicated along the direction from the upper surface of the basin stand 1 to the lower surface of the basin stand 1.
The bracket 3 is provided with a first step part 31 matched with the shape of the mounting cavity 11, the bracket 3 is fixed in the mounting cavity 11 of the basin frame 1, the bracket 3 is made of an insulating material, and specifically, the bracket 3 is made of plastic. The holder 3 further has a second step portion 32 having a height higher than the first solder portion 41 of the pad 4, and the second step portion 32 is adjacent to the side wall 12. In the present embodiment, the second step 32 matches the shape of the side wall 12. In this structure, the second step portion 32 and the side wall 12 are both arc-shaped, so that the side wall 12 has more positioning directions for the bracket 3 during the assembling process, thereby facilitating the positioning of the bracket 3.
Further, the support 3 comprises pads 4, and the pads 4 are injection molded on the support 3. In addition, the bracket 3 further comprises a fixing piece 5 made of metal, and a distance is reserved between the fixing piece 5 and the bonding pad 4, and the fixing piece 5 and the bonding pad are mutually insulated. In the present embodiment, the fixing member 5 is formed by bending a stainless steel sheet, the fixing member 5 includes a bent portion 51 located in the bracket 3 and a third welding portion 52 connected to the bent portion 51 and welded to the frame 1, wherein the bent portion 51 is formed in the bracket 3 by injection molding, for example, and the third welding portion 52 is fixed to the frame 1 by welding such as laser welding, so that the bracket 3 can be stably disposed on the frame 1, and therefore, the structure of the speaker is more stable, and the drop reliability of the speaker is improved. In addition, the bent portion 51 further improves the connection strength between the fixing member 5 and the bracket 3, whereby the bracket 3 can be more firmly fixed to the frame 1. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited thereto, and the fixing member 5 may also be integrally injection-molded in the holder 3.
In addition, in the present embodiment, one holder 3 corresponds to two fixing pieces 5, and the two fixing pieces 5 are respectively located on both sides of the holder 3, specifically, on two intersecting sides of the corners of the tub frame (in the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the tub frame is rectangular).
In the present embodiment, since the first step portion 31 of the bracket 3 matches the shape of the mounting cavity 11, a part of the structure on the first step portion 31 is embedded in the mounting cavity 11, and the other part of the structure abuts against the side portion of the mounting cavity 11. Above-mentioned structure has realized having the pre-positioning effect between support 3 and basin frame 1 in the assembling process, has guaranteed from this that the assembling process between support 3 and the basin frame 1 is comparatively smooth and easy, consequently, the connection effect between support 3 and the basin frame 1 is better. In addition, the pad 4 is formed on the bracket 3 by injection molding, and the bent part 51 of the fixing member 5 is formed on the fixing member 5 by injection molding, so that the bracket 3 can be firmly fixed on the basin stand 1.
In addition, the second step part 32 is arranged on the support 3, so that the relative position relation between the support 3 and the basin stand 1 is more stable, and the support 3 and the basin stand 1 have a better prepositioning effect in the assembling process. On the other hand, the first welding portion 41 of the pad 4 is located on one side of the bracket 3, and the welding operation needs to be performed on the first welding portion 41, and the second step portion 32 is provided, so that the first welding portion 41 on the pad 4 and the side wall 12 of the frame 1 have a better isolation effect, and the problem of short circuit generated in the using process is prevented.
In addition, the insulating bracket 3 is arranged, so that on the one hand, a good insulating effect is achieved between the bonding pad 4 and the frame 1 on the premise that the metal frame 1 is used for ensuring the structural strength of the loudspeaker. On the other hand, the pad 4 is less likely to cause a short circuit phenomenon during soldering, and is less likely to conduct heat between the first solder portion 41 and the second solder portion 42. In addition, the space occupied by the bracket 3 in the loudspeaker and the weight proportion are small, thereby ensuring the compact structure and the relatively light weight of the loudspeaker.
Compared with the prior art, the structure of the loudspeaker realizes a good insulation effect between the bonding pad and the frame, thereby avoiding the short circuit problem generated in the use process; the firmness of the connection between the bracket and the basin frame is improved, so that the structural stability of the loudspeaker is improved; the drop reliability of the loudspeaker is improved.
Other embodiments
The difference from the first embodiment is that in the second embodiment the fixing member 5 is fixed to the frame 1 by glue.
In addition, the difference between the first and second embodiments is that in the third embodiment, the holder 3 is fixed to the frame 1 directly by glue, without the fixing member 5 in the holder 3.
Example 2
The present invention also provides an assembling method for the speaker of embodiment 1, the assembling method including:
firstly, a bonding pad is injected on a bracket, and the bracket is fixed in an installation cavity in a bonding mode such as glue;
the fixing piece and the welding pad are injected on the bracket together, and the fixing piece is electrically welded on the basin stand;
the loudspeaker to be assembled comprises a metal basin frame, and the basin frame comprises mounting cavities arranged at the corners of the basin frame; the bracket is made of insulating materials and fixed on the basin frame, the bracket comprises a welding disc and a fixing piece spaced from the welding disc, the welding disc comprises a first welding part, a connecting part extending from the first welding part and a second welding part connected with the connecting part, and the first welding part and the second welding part are respectively positioned on two sides of the bracket and exposed out of the bracket;
the fixing piece comprises a bending part positioned in the support and a third welding part which is connected with the bending part and welded on the basin frame.
Compared with the prior art, the assembling method has the advantages that the good insulating effect between the bonding pad and the basin frame is achieved, the support can be firmly fixed on the basin frame, the firmness of connection between the support and the basin frame is improved, and the falling reliability of the loudspeaker is improved.

Claims (9)
1. A loudspeaker, characterized in that it comprises: the basin stand is made of metal and comprises mounting cavities arranged at corners of the basin stand; the vibrating diaphragm is positioned below the basin stand; the bracket is made of insulating materials and is fixed on the basin frame; the bracket comprises a welding disc and a fixing piece spaced from the welding disc, the welding disc comprises a first welding part, a connecting part extending from the first welding part and a second welding part connected with the connecting part, and the first welding part and the second welding part are respectively positioned on two sides of the bracket and exposed out of the bracket; the bracket comprises a first step part matched with the shape of the installation cavity, and the first step part is fixed in the installation cavity.
2. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the pads are injection molded onto the carrier.
3. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the fixing member is made of metal and is fixed to the frame by welding.
4. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the fixing member comprises a bent portion in the bracket and a third welding portion connected to the bent portion and welded to the frame.
5. The loudspeaker of claim 1, wherein the frame has a sidewall protruding to a side away from the diaphragm, and the support has a second step portion higher than the first soldering portion of the bonding pad, the second step portion being adjacent to the sidewall.
6. The speaker of claim 5, wherein said side wall is arc-shaped and said second step matches the shape of said side wall.
7. A method of assembly for a loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the method of assembly comprising:
firstly, a bonding pad is injected on a bracket, and the bracket is fixed in an installation cavity in a bonding mode;
the loudspeaker comprises a basin frame made of metal, and the basin frame comprises mounting cavities positioned at corners; the material is insulating material's support, the support is fixed on the basin frame, the support includes pad and the mounting that separates with this pad, the pad includes first welding part, the connecting portion that extends from this first welding part and the second welding part that links to each other with this connecting portion, first welding part with the second welding part is located the both sides of support respectively and exposes in the support.
8. The assembling method for a speaker according to claim 7, wherein the fixing member is injection-molded to the bracket together with the pad; the fixing piece is fixed on the basin frame through electric welding.
9. The assembling method for a speaker according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the fixing member includes a bent portion in the bracket and a third welding portion connected to the bent portion and welded to the frame.
