Claims (14)
- 加工装置(1)によるワークの加工時に発生する加工生成物を吸引する装置であって、
二重壁の吸引フード(2)を備え、該吸引フード(2)は、第1の内側のハウジング部分(2a)と、該第1の内側のハウジング部分(2a)から間隔を置いた第2の外側のハウジング部分(2b)とを有し、両ハウジング部分(2a,2b)は、両ハウジング部分(2a,2b)間に空気通路(7)が形成されるように互いに同軸的にかつ部分的に入れ子に配置されており、前記空気通路(7)は、ワークに向けることが可能な前側の端部(7a)と、該前側の端部(7a)とは反対側に位置する後側の端部(7b)とを有し、前記空気通路(7)内に、前記前側の端部(7a)から前記後側の端部(7b)に向けられた流動(8)が形成可能であり、かつ
前記吸引フード(2)の前記内側のハウジング部分(2a)は、前記加工装置(1)の少なくとも一部を収容するように形成されており、該加工装置(1)の少なくとも一部に結合可能であり、前記外側のハウジング部分(2b)の全体が、又は前記外側のハウジング部分(2b)の単数又は複数の部分ピース(2b′,11,12a,12b)が前記吸引フード(2)から分離可能に形成されており、前記外側のハウジング部分(2b)の分離可能な部分は、前記吸引フード(2)の閉鎖された状態を形成する位置と、前記吸引フード(2)の開放された状態を形成する位置との間で可逆に移動可能であり、前記分離可能な部分(12a,12b)は、それぞれ、前記吸引フード(2)の長手方向軸線に対して垂直(A,B)に位置する軸を中心に旋回可能であることを特徴とする、加工装置によるワークの加工時に発生する加工生成物を吸引する装置。 - 前記内側のハウジング部分(2a)の前側の端部と、前記外側のハウジング部分(2b)の前側の端部との間に、前記加工装置(1)の前側の端部区分(1b,1c)を収容する空間(6)が設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記内側のハウジング部分(2a)は、領域(2a″)を有し、該領域(2a″)の内径は、前記加工装置(1)のこの領域における外径より僅かに大きく、前記内側のハウジング部分(2a)は、この領域において、前記加工装置(1)の少なくとも一部を正確に嵌合した状態に収容するように形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記外側のハウジング部分(2b)は、円錐形に先細りした前側のエンドピース(2b′)を有し、該前側のエンドピース(2b′)は、前記加工装置(1)のこの領域における輪郭に適合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記空気通路(7)に接続されているか、又は該空気通路(7)に接続可能な流動変向チャンバ(2d)を備える、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記外側のハウジング部分(2b,11)の分離可能な部分(2b′)を前記吸引フード(2)の長手方向軸線に対して平行に前後進可能にする駆動手段(9,10)を備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記分離可能な部分(12a,12b)は、前記吸引フード(2)の長手方向軸線から離間運動可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記外側のハウジング部分(2b)の前側の端部には、ブラシアタッチメント(2c)が設けられており、該ブラシアタッチメント(2c)は、分割可能(2c′,2c″)である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記外側のハウジング部分(2b)及び/又は前記内側のハウジング部分(2a)は、前記吸引フード(2)の長手方向軸線に関して回転対称に形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ワークを加工する装置であって、
駆動ユニット(1a)と、工具受容装置(1b)と、該工具受容装置(1b)内に装入可能な工具(1c)とを有するワーク加工装置(1)と、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の、ワークの加工時に発生する加工生成物を吸引する装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする、ワークを加工する装置。 - 前記駆動ユニット(1a)は、前記工具(1c)の回転運動を発生させるように形成されている、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記工具(1c)として切削工具を備える、請求項10又は11記載の装置。
- 前記工具(1c)と、前記工具受容装置(1b)の一部とは、内側のハウジング部分(2a)の前側の端部と、外側のハウジング部分(2b)の前側の端部との間に設けられた空間(6)内に配置されている、請求項10から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記駆動ユニット(1a)は、略気密に前記内側のハウジング部分(2a)のシリンダピース(2a″)に結合されている、請求項10から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
