Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係るシリンジ10を有する塗布具12の全体構成を概略的に示す斜視図である。以降の説明では、この塗布具12を例示して本発明に係るシリンジを詳述するが、本発明はこれに限られるものではなく、例えば、一般的に知られる注射器等にも適用可能なことは勿論である。
図6Aは、第2実施形態に係るシリンジ10Aのストッパ部材150を示す斜視図、図6Bは、第2実施形態に係るシリンジ10Aのストッパ部材150を示す正面図であり、図6Cは、図6BのVIC−VIC線断面図である。また、図7Aは、図6Aのストッパ部材150及びその周辺部を拡大して示す一部拡大断面図であり、図7Bは、図7Aに対応する正面断面図であり、図7Cは、図7Bのストッパ部材150のフックが離間した状態を示す正面断面図である。なお、以降の第2及び第3実施形態の説明において、第1実施形態に係るシリンジ10と同一の構成又は同一の機能を有する構成には、同一の符号を付し詳細な説明については省略する。
図8Aは、第3実施形態に係るシリンジ10Bを示す一部平面図であり、図8Bは、図8Aに対応する正面断面図であり、図8Cは、図8Bのストッパ部材200のフック210が離間した状態を示す正面断面図である。
Claims (3)
- 液体が流通する流通口(26)を先端に有する外筒(14、16)と、前記外筒(14、16)の基端側から該外筒(14、16)内に挿入される押し子(22、152)と、を備え、前記押し子(22、152)の先端方向への移動によって前記外筒(14、16)内の液体を前記流通口(26)から押し出すシリンジ(10、10A)であって、
前記押し子(22、152)は、該押し子(22、152)の移動方向に沿って設けられる歯部(90、154)を有し、
前記外筒(14、16)には、可撓性を有するストッパ部材(24、150)が装着され、
前記ストッパ部材(24、150)は、
前記外筒(14、16)の外周面を囲う装着部(92、156)と、
前記装着部(92、156)の外周面から外径方向に離間するように延出する一組の操作片(94、160)と、
前記装着部(92、156)の内周面に一体形成された係止部(98、158)と、
前記装着部(92、156)の前記係止部(98、158)の形成位置と反対側の箇所が外径方向に移動することを抑止する支持部(96、162)と、を備え、
且つ前記装着部(92、156)を前記外筒(14、16)に装着した状態で、前記係止部(98、158)を所定の係止位置に配置して、前記歯部(90、154)を係止して前記押し子(22、152)の基端方向への移動を防止する構成であり、
前記係止部(98、158)は、係止解除操作において前記一組の操作片(94、160)の狭持作用下に外径方向に移動して前記係止位置から退避し、前記係止解除操作後に自動的に前記係止位置へ復帰することを特徴とするシリンジ(10、10A)。 - 請求項1記載のシリンジ(10)において、
前記外筒(14、16)は、軸方向が平行となるように複数並んで設けられ、
前記支持部(96)は、前記ストッパ部材(24)が装着される外筒(14)とは別の外筒(16)に向かって延出し該別の外筒(16)に当接する当接部(96c)を有することを特徴とするシリンジ(10)。 - 請求項1記載のシリンジ(10、10A)において、
前記外筒(14、16)の基端寄りには、外径方向に延出するフランジ(34)が形成され、
前記フランジ(34)は、所定箇所に孔部(34a、35)が穿設されており、
前記支持部(96、162)は、前記孔部(34a、35)に挿入される突出部(100、164)を有することを特徴とするシリンジ(10、10A)。
