Description
即ち、本発明は、以下の態様を含む。
[2](B)が、p−トルエンスルホン酸またはp−トルエンスルホン酸ナトリウムである上記[1]に記載の化粧料。
[3](A)の濃度が、化粧料の全重量に対して0.01〜40重量%である上記[1]または[2]に記載の化粧料。
[4](A)の重量/(B)の重量が、1/1〜1000/1である上記[1]から[3]の何れかに記載の化粧料。
[5]化粧料のSPF値が15以上である上記[1]から[4]の何れかに記載の化粧料。
[6]酸化チタン(A)が含まれる化粧料の調製方法であって、該化粧料にトルエンスルホン酸またはその塩(B)を、(A)の重量/(B)の重量が1/1〜1000/1となるよう添加する工程を含み、当該工程により、酸化チタンの凝集を抑制する、方法。
[7](B)が、p−トルエンスルホン酸またはp−トルエンスルホン酸ナトリウムである上記[6]に記載の方法。
[8](A)の濃度が、化粧料の全重量に対して0.01〜40重量%である上記[6]または[7]に記載の方法。
酸化チタンは、チタンの酸化物で、TiO2の化学式で表される。二酸化チタン、およびチタニアとも呼ばれる。
トルエンスルホン酸としては、o−トルエンスルホン酸、m−トルエンスルホン酸、およびp−トルエンスルホン酸が挙げられる。p−トルエンスルホン酸が好ましい。塩としては、特に限定されないが、リチウム塩、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩などのアルカリ金属塩;カルシウム塩、マグネシウム塩などのアルカリ土類金属塩;アルカノールアミン塩等のアンモニウム塩;および塩基性有機物塩などが挙げられる。これらのうち、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩またはアンモニウム塩が好ましく、ナトリウム塩またはカリウム塩がより好ましく、ナトリウム塩が更に好ましい。
表1および表2に示す重量で、酸化チタンと、p−トルエンスルホン酸一水和物またはケラチンをミルサー(岩谷産業社製)に入れ、一分間ドライブレンドを行った後、得られた混合物の0.05gを1%塩化ナトリウム水溶液5gに分散させ、分散液を偏光顕微鏡(ニコン社製、ECLIPSE LV100POL)で観察し、ランダムで選んだ10画面中に存在する最大幅が50μmを超える凝集体の数を計数し、以下のように評価した。
◎ 凝集体の数が、5個未満。
○ 凝集体の数が、5個以上10個未満。
△ 凝集体の数が、10個以上15個未満。
× 凝集体の数が、15個以上。
表1に示す重量で上記と同様にして得られた水溶液を25℃に保たれた室内において、1週間直射日光下に放置し、色安定性を目視により以下のように評価した。
◎ 着色が見られない
○ 着色がわずかに見られる
△ 着色が見られる
× 着色が強く見られる
下記表3に示すIの成分を乳鉢に入れ混合し、これとは別にIIの成分を80℃のオイルバスを用いて加熱溶解し、両者を混合し10分間攪拌を行った。24時間、室温25℃の部屋で放冷することにより化粧料を調製、得られた化粧料のSPFをSPF ANALYZER(三洋貿易社製、SPF 290S Plus)用いて測定し、紫外線遮蔽性を以下のように評価した。
◎ SPF値が、20以上。
○ SPF値が、15以上20未満。
△ SPF値が、10以上15未満。
× SPF値が、10未満。

- (A)酸化チタン、および(B)トルエンスルホン酸またはその塩を含有する皮膚化粧料であって、(A)の重量/(B)の重量が、1/1〜1000/1である、皮膚化粧料。
- (B)が、p−トルエンスルホン酸またはp−トルエンスルホン酸ナトリウムである、請求項1に記載の皮膚化粧料。
- (A)の濃度が、皮膚化粧料の全重量に対して0.01〜40重量%である、請求項1または2に記載の皮膚化粧料。
- 皮膚化粧料のSPF値が15以上である、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の皮膚化粧料。
- 酸化チタン(A)が含まれる皮膚化粧料の調製方法であって、該化粧料にトルエンスルホン酸またはその塩(B)を、(A)の重量/(B)の重量が1/1〜1000/1となるよう添加する工程を含み、当該工程により、酸化チタンの凝集を抑制する、方法。
- (B)が、p−トルエンスルホン酸またはp−トルエンスルホン酸ナトリウムである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- (A)の濃度が、皮膚化粧料の全重量に対して0.01〜40重量%である、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
