Description

The present invention relates to a front panel and a suction grill of an integrated air conditioner.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the integrated air conditioner of Conventional Example 1 divides the base 101 in the main body 100 into an outdoor heat exchanger chamber 110 and an indoor heat exchanger chamber 120 by a partition plate 102. To do.
In the outdoor heat exchanger chamber 110, an outdoor heat exchanger 111, a compressor 112, a propeller fan 113, and a fan motor 114 that drives the propeller fan 113 and a sirocco fan 123 described later are disposed.
In the indoor heat exchanger chamber 120, an indoor heat exchanger 121 facing one side of the front surface, a sirocco fan 123 facing the indoor heat exchanger 121, and a sirocco fan 123 are housed and sucked. The internal unit 103 provided with the air guide path 125 that guides the air to the indoor air outlet 124 on the other side of the front surface of the main body 100 is accommodated in the outer body 104 so as to be freely inserted and removed.
A front panel 130 having an indoor suction port 122 is attached to the front surface of the outer body 104, and a filter 131 is provided on the back surface of the front panel 130.
As a result, the air sucked from the indoor suction port 122 is dust-removed by the filter 131, heat exchanged with the refrigerant by the indoor heat exchanger 121, circulated through the air guide path 125 by the sirocco fan 123, The wind direction is deflected by the wind direction plate 126 provided at the outlet 124 and blown out from the indoor outlet 124 to the air-conditioned room. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

Further, in the other conventional example 2 of the integrated air conditioner shown in FIG. 9, the configuration of the internal unit is substantially the same as that of the internal unit 103 of the conventional example 1, but the front panel 200 has a frame shape and a frame portion. A suction grill 210 and an air outlet 220 are provided in the inside of the main body. A wind direction plate 221 is provided in the air outlet 220 in parallel in the vertical direction. The suction grill 210 is detachably attached with a gap 211 around the front panel 200 while the front panel 200 is lowered one step. When the suction grill 210 is removed, a finger is inserted into the gap 211 and the suction grill 210 is pulled out.

However, since the suction grill 210 is flush with the front panel, it is also close to the fan of the internal unit (not shown). Therefore, the speed of the wind passing through the suction grill 210 increases, and noise such as wind noise is likely to be generated. Further, if the height of the gap 211 between the front panel 200 and the suction grille 210 is sufficiently large to allow a finger to be inserted sufficiently, the height of the suction grille 210 will be shortened accordingly, and the suction amount will be reduced. The gap 211 becomes thin and it is difficult to put a finger on it, and if the gap 211 is provided on the front surface, dust tends to accumulate and the aesthetic appearance is impaired.
Further, the wind direction plate 221 is deflected when the wind is blown in the left-right direction. However, since the depth width of the wind direction plate 221 itself is narrow, the wind is difficult to be deflected, and the wind direction plate 221a disposed near the suction grill 210 and the air Due to the proximity of the road wall surface 222, the wind blown forward through the air passage wall surface 222 becomes an obstacle to the wind that tends to deflect in the left-right direction by the wind direction plate 221a. (For example, see Patent Document 2)

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail as examples based on the attached drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the integrated air conditioner 1 according to the present invention has an internal unit 11 mounted in a box-shaped cylindrical outer body 10 whose front and rear surfaces are opened. The internal unit 11 is divided into an outdoor heat exchange chamber 2 and an indoor heat exchange chamber 3 by a partition plate 12. A front panel 4 is detachably attached to the opened front surface of the outer trunk 10.
The integrated air conditioner 1 is installed so that only the front panel 4 protrudes from the air-conditioned room 90, the outer body 10 is mounted in the wall surface 91, and the outdoor heat exchange chamber 2 side is exposed to the outdoors 92. .

The outdoor heat exchange chamber 2 includes an outdoor heat exchanger 20, a compressor 21, a propeller fan 22, a fan motor 23 that drives the propeller fan 22 and a sirocco fan 31 to be described later, and the top surface of the outer trunk 10. The air sucked by the propeller fan 22 from the outdoor suction port 24 provided on the side surface is heat-exchanged by the outdoor heat exchanger 20 and blown out from the outdoor air outlet 25 on the rear surface opened from the side surface of the outer body 10. .

The indoor heat exchange chamber 3 includes an indoor heat exchanger 30, a sirocco fan 31 that is pivotally supported by the fan motor 23 between the indoor heat exchanger 30 and the partition plate 12, and an air guide path that surrounds the sirocco fan 31. And an electrical component unit 33 below the duct 32. An operation panel 36 is provided on the front side of the electrical component unit 33, and a knob 36a for manual operation is disposed on the operation panel 36.
The front surface of the indoor heat exchanger 30 is an indoor suction port 34, and the opening on the front surface of the duct 32 is a vertically long and rectangular indoor air outlet 35.

A plurality of vertical wind direction plates 37 that are pivotally supported on both side walls of the duct 32 and can be manually deflected in the vertical direction are arranged at the indoor side air outlet 35. In addition, an air outlet frame 38 that surrounds the entire opening of the duct 32 is disposed on the operation panel 36 on the front surface side of the vertical wind direction plate 37. A plurality of left and right wind direction plates 39 having a vertically long strip shape are arranged in the left and right parallel to the air outlet frame 38, and are pivotally supported on the upper surface and the lower surface of the air outlet frame 38.

As shown in FIG. 3, the front panel 4 attached to the front surface of the outer body 10 includes a frame-shaped frame portion 40, a partition portion 41 that partitions the frame portion 40 in the left-right direction, and an indoor side partitioned by the partition portion 41. The blowout opening 42 is provided on the surface facing the blowout port 35, and the suction opening 43 is provided on the surface facing the indoor suction port 34.

The blowout opening 42 fits the operation panel 36 and the blowout outlet frame 38 of the front panel 4 in a large frame shape.

The suction opening 43 is provided with a guard portion 44 made of a thin grid-like bar serving as a presser for the filter 5 described later on the main body side. Two locking holes 45a and 46a are provided on the upper side of the suction opening 43, and two locking holes 45b and 46b are provided on the lower side of the suction opening 42, respectively.

A filter 5 is attached to the suction opening 43 of the front panel 4. In the filter 5, a net 51 is welded to a resin frame 50, and there are two locking claws 52 at the upper and lower ends of the frame 50. The locking claws 52 are locked in the locking holes 45 a and 45 b of the front panel 4. It is installed by doing.
A suction grill 6 is detachably attached to the front surface of the filter 5 in the suction opening 42 of the front panel 4.

With the above configuration, in the indoor heat exchange chamber 3, the sirocco fan 31 passes through the suction grille 6 of the front panel 4, removes dust with the filter 5, and the air sucked into the indoor suction port 34 is used for outdoor heat exchange. After heat exchange with the refrigerant sent from the vessel 20 by the indoor heat exchanger 30, the refrigerant is guided to the duct 32 and blown out from the indoor outlet 35 to the air-conditioned room 90.

The suction grill 6 is composed of a crosspiece 60 provided in parallel in the vertical direction, a suction portion 61 between the crosspiece 60 and the crosspiece 60, and a side wall 62 surrounding the circumference. Have.
When attaching, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower end of the suction grill 6 is tilted away from the front panel 4, the upper end locking claw 63 is inserted into the locking hole 46 a, and then the lower end of the suction grill 6 is lowered. The locking claw 63 at the lower end is locked in the locking hole 46b. When removing, the suction grill 6 is slightly lifted to remove the lower-end locking claw 63 from the locking hole 46b, the lower end of the suction grill 6 is separated from the front panel 4, and the upper-end locking claw 63 is removed from the locking hole 46a. It can be removed by removing it.
Even without removing the suction grille 6, the filter 5 can be removed from a gap formed by tilting the lower end forward with the locking claw 63 at the upper end as a rotation axis. Similarly, the filter 5 can be removed from a gap formed by tilting the upper end forward with the lower end engaging claw 63 as a rotation axis.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the suction grill 6 protrudes forward from the front panel 4 by a predetermined depth dimension X where a finger is put on the suction grill 6 and has a top surface 6 a and a bottom surface 6 b that are flat. 64 is formed. The protrusion 64 gradually becomes higher than the front panel 4 from the left end where the front panel 4 and the suction grill 6 are flush with each other, and is highest at the center.

As a result, when attaching and detaching the suction grille 6, it becomes possible to hang a finger on the upper end or the lower end of the projecting portion 64, and unlike the case of providing the gap 211 on the front side as in the conventional example, the finger hangs. It becomes easy and can be removed easily.
However, although dust tends to collect somewhat in the protruding portion 64 at the upper end, it is not visually recognized because of the upper end, and the appearance is not impaired.
Further, by projecting the central portion where the suction amount is large, the crosspiece 60 of the suction grill 6 can be further away from the sirocco fan 31 than the conventional example, so that the speed of the wind passing through the suction grill 6 is reduced accordingly. Noise such as wind noise is less likely to occur.

The bottom surface 6b of the protruding portion 64 is provided with a concave portion 65 for a finger hook guide. By placing a finger on the concave portion 65 and the edge portion 66 formed between the concave portion 65 and the front side of the suction grill 6, the suction grill 6 can be further easily pulled out. In addition, since the finger-hanging guide is formed in a concave shape, it is not visually recognized from the front, so that the design is not affected.
In addition, although the recessed part 65 was provided in the bottom face 6b of the protrusion part 64, it is not restricted to this but can also be provided in the upper surface 6a .

As shown in FIG. 7, the partition portion 41 of the front panel 4 includes an inclined surface 41 a from the air outlet opening 42 toward the front surface of the protruding portion 64 of the suction grill 6. The inclined surface 41a has an angle close to the angle when the left and right wind direction plates 39 are turned to the inclined surface side.
Thus, when the left and right wind direction plates 39 are directed to the inclined surface side, the left and right wind direction plates 39 and the inclined surface 41a are formed in a continuous shape. The road will be extended, and the wind will reach the left and right direction efficiently.

With the above configuration, in the embodiment of the present invention, the suction grill 6 can be easily detached from the front panel by the protrusion 64 of the suction grill 6 and the recess 65 of the finger hook guide provided on the protrusion 64. Since the crosspiece 60 can be more distant from the sirocco fan 31 than the conventional example, the speed of the wind passing through the suction grille 6 is reduced by that amount, noise such as wind noise is suppressed, and further, the wind is generated in the left-right direction.
