Claims (14)
- 繊維部材に樹脂部材を含浸させて、前記樹脂部材を少なくとも半硬化させてシート状部材を作製する作製段階と、
前記シート状部材の面に形成された突起を除去する除去段階と
を備え、
前記除去段階では、前記シート状部材を搬送方向に搬送しつつ、前記シート状部材の一方の面側に配置され前記搬送方向と直交する方向の前記シート状部材の幅の全体を覆う刃部材によって、前記突起を切削し、
前記除去段階では、前記シート状部材の他方の面側の突起を弾性部材の弾性変形によって受け入れる樹脂シートの製造方法。 - 前記除去段階では、前記搬送方向における前記刃部材の上流側であって、前記シート状部材の前記一方の面側に配置されたガイド部材によって、前記シート状部材の面の法線方向の前記シート状部材の動きを規制しつつ、前記刃部材によって前記突起を除去する
請求項1に記載の樹脂シートの製造方法。 - 前記除去段階では、
前記シート状部材の他方の面側に配置された他のガイド部材によって、前記シート状部材の面の法線方向の前記シート状部材の動きを規制しつつ、
前記搬送方向における前記他のガイド部材の下流側であって、前記シート状部材の他方の面側に配置された他の刃部材によって、前記他方の面側に形成された前記突起を切削して除去する
請求項2に記載の樹脂シートの製造方法。 - 前記刃部材は、鋭角の刃部、及び、前記刃部の下流側に形成された前記シート状部材が摺動する摺動面を有し、
前記ガイド部材は、前記シート状部材が摺動するガイド面を有し、
前記摺動面及び前記ガイド面は、同一平面上に配置されている
請求項2または3に記載の樹脂シートの製造方法。 - 前記刃部材は、前記搬送方向に対して直交する刃部を有する
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂シートの製造方法。 - 前記刃部材は、前記搬送方向の直交する方向から傾斜する刃部を有する
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂シートの製造方法。 - シート状部材を搬送方向に搬送する搬送部と、
搬送される前記シート状部材の一方の面側に配置されて、前記シート状部材の一方の面に形成された突起を切削して除去する刃部材と、
前記シート状部材の他方の面側に配置され、前記シート状部材の他方の面の突起を弾性変形により受け入れる弾性部材と
を備え、
前記刃部材は、前記搬送方向と直交する方向の前記シート状部材の幅の全体を覆う突起削除装置。 - 前記搬送方向における前記刃部材の上流側であって、前記シート状部材の前記一方の面側に配置され、前記シート状部材の面の法線方向の前記シート状部材の動きを規制するガイド部材
を更に備える請求項7に記載の突起削除装置。 - 前記シート状部材の他方の面側に配置され、前記シート状部材の面の法線方向の前記シート状部材の動きを規制する他のガイド部材と、
前記搬送方向における前記他のガイド部材の下流側であって、前記シート状部材の他方の面側に配置され、前記他方の面側に形成された前記突起を切削して除去する他の刃部材と
を更に備える請求項8に記載の突起削除装置。 - 前記刃部材は、前記シート状部材が摺動する摺動面を有し、
前記ガイド部材は、前記シート状部材が摺動するガイド面を有し、
前記摺動面及び前記ガイド面は、同一平面上に配置されている
請求項8または9に記載の突起削除装置。 - 前記刃部材に向けて前記シート状部材を押圧する押圧部材を更に備える
請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の突起削除装置。 - 前記刃部材は、前記シート状部材を挟み、一対設けられ、
一方の刃部材の上流側の面の角のうち、前記シート状部材と接する角は、他方の刃部材の上流側の面の角のうち、前記シート状部材と接する角と全長にわたって同じ位置に配置されている
請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の突起削除装置。 - 前記一方の刃部材の上流側の面と、前記他方の刃部材の上流側の面は、同じ向きで平行に配置された状態で同時に研磨される
請求項12に記載の突起削除装置。 - 前記刃部材の前記シート状部材と対向する面は、前記シート状部材と平行に配される
