Claims (2)
- タンクの中に伸び、液体のレベルに応じて静電容量が変化する静電容量性センサーと、
上記容量性センサーから離れた位置に配置され、ダイオード接続された4つのトランジスタを含む検出回路を有し、上記静電容量性センサーの上記静電容量を検出することによって上記液体のレベルを表す信号を供給する電子回路と、
上記静電容量性センサーを上記電子回路に電気的に結合するケーブルと
を具え、
上記4つのトランジスタの内の2つのトランジスタは、コンデサと組み合わせて利用される電圧ダブラであって、残りの2つのトランジスタは上記検出回路の出力信号を温度に対して安定させることを特徴とする液体レベル測定プローブ。 - 上記静電容量性センサーが、直接には接続されていない2つの同心円金属チューブを有し、上記電子回路がウェーブ信号を一方の上記同心円金属チューブに送り、他方の上記同心円金属チューブから信号を受け取ることで、上記液体レベルを表す上記信号を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体レベル測定プローブ。
