Description
The present invention relates to a clothes drying apparatus.
A drying apparatus described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-321689 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 1) as a clothes drying apparatus that determines a condition for ending the drying process and ends the drying process based on the determined condition. And a clothes dryer described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-245297 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 2).
The drying apparatus described in
After the drying process is started, the control circuit measures the exhaust temperature and the water temperature after dehumidification using the exhaust sensor and the water temperature sensor. The control circuit determines whether or not the temperature difference between the water temperature detected by the water temperature sensor and the temperature detected by the exhaust sensor has reached a predetermined value. When the control circuit determines that the temperature difference reaches a predetermined value, the control circuit determines the remaining time until the drying is finished by calculation. The remaining time until the drying is completed corresponds to the amount of laundry as the object to be dried (referred to as dry capacity). The control circuit ends energization of the drying heater when the determined remaining time elapses.
Thus, the drying apparatus described in
On the other hand, the clothes dryer described in
When the operation of the clothes dryer is started, the microcomputer turns on the heater and the motor, checks the operation time, and determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed. When the operation time exceeds the predetermined time, the microcomputer calculates the cloth amount value based on the temperature change rate per unit time and the humidity value.
The microcomputer calculates a temperature change rate per unit time of the temperature of the air discharged from the drum detected by the temperature sensing unit. Further, the microcomputer adds the humidity detected by the humidity sensing unit to the temperature change rate, and further calculates half of the absolute value of the added value. The above half of the absolute value of the added values is calculated as a cloth amount value representing the cloth amount accommodated in the drum. The clothes dryer described in
As described above, in the clothes dryer described in
However, according to the clothes drying apparatus that finishes drying the object to be dried based on the remaining time or the predetermined time determined in the initial stage of drying, the state of the clothes drying apparatus changes during the drying process. In such a case, a situation may occur in which the clothes drying apparatus terminates the operation when the object to be dried is insufficiently dried or excessively dried. An example of a change in the state of the clothes drying apparatus in the drying process is, for example, that the temperature in the drum decreases when the operation is stopped halfway.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a clothes drying apparatus capable of terminating a drying operation so that an object to be dried does not become insufficiently dried or excessively dried.
The clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention includes a drying chamber, a heating device, a duct, and a control unit. The drying chamber stores an object to be dried. The heating device heats the air supplied to the drying chamber. The duct has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is arranged between the drying chamber and the heating device so that air used for drying the object to be dried flows in the drying chamber toward the heating device. The second portion is disposed between the heating device and the drying chamber so that air heated in the heating device is supplied to the drying chamber.
In the clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention, the control unit includes a timer, a first temperature detection unit, a second temperature detection unit, a humidity detection unit, a calculation unit, a determination unit, and a heating control unit. including. The first temperature detection unit detects the temperature of the first portion of the duct. The second temperature detection unit detects the temperature of the second portion of the duct. The humidity detection unit detects the humidity of the duct. The computing unit detects the first temperature detected by the first temperature detecting unit and the second temperature detecting unit during the first predetermined time after the drying of the object to be dried is started. The amount of change per unit time with the temperature of 2 is calculated. The determination unit determines the first determination value and the second determination value based on the amount of change calculated by the calculation unit.
The heating control unit controls the heating device. Further, the heating control unit is configured such that a difference between the second temperature and the first temperature is smaller than the first determination value, and the humidity detected by the humidity detection unit is smaller than the second determination value. When any one of these is determined, the heating device is controlled to stop heating the air.
In the clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention, the first determination used for stopping the heating of the air supplied to the drying chamber for a predetermined time after the drying of the object to be dried is started. A value and a second determination value are determined. Therefore, in the clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention, the temperature difference that changes during the drying operation is compared with the first determination value, or the detected humidity and the second determination value are compared. Based on the comparison, heating of the air supplied to the drying chamber can be stopped.
That is, in the clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention, after a predetermined time has elapsed since the start of the drying operation, the first determination value and the second determination value for ending the drying are determined, and these first determination values are determined. The drying operation is terminated based on the determination value of 1 and the second determination value. As described above, in the clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention, the drying operation is finished so as not to cause a situation in which the clothes drying apparatus terminates the operation when the object to be dried is insufficiently dried or excessively dried. can do.
By doing in this way, the clothing drying apparatus which can complete | finish a drying operation so that drying to the to-be-dried object may not be insufficiently dried or excessive drying can be provided.
In the clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention, the first determination value determined when any one of the first temperature and the second temperature is lower than a predetermined lower limit temperature is preferably the first And the second temperature are lower than the first determination value determined when the temperature is equal to or higher than a predetermined lower limit temperature.
The duct temperature detected in the initial stage of drying, such as immediately after the heating device is started, depends on the environment in which the clothing drying device is installed. When the clothes drying apparatus is installed in an environment where the temperature is relatively low, the temperature difference between the second temperature and the first temperature at the initial stage of drying is not clearly shown. On the other hand, according to the configuration of the present invention, the first determination value can be corrected according to the first temperature or the second temperature detected in the initial stage of drying such as immediately after the heating device is started. Thus, even when the clothes drying apparatus is installed in an environment where the temperature is relatively low, it is possible to appropriately determine the end point of the drying operation by stopping the heating of the air.
In the clothes drying apparatus according to the present invention, the heating control unit is preferably configured such that the second predetermined time longer than the first predetermined time has elapsed after the drying of the object to be dried has started. One of the difference between the second temperature and the first temperature is smaller than the first determination value, and the humidity detected by the humidity detection unit is smaller than the second determination value. Control the heating device to stop heating the air when it is done.
In a certain period after the drying operation is started, the air reciprocating between the duct and the drying chamber is not yet sufficiently warmed, and the relative humidity of the air reciprocating between the duct and the drying chamber is constantly increased. When the drying operation is terminated during such a period, the object to be dried is insufficiently dried. On the other hand, according to the configuration of the present invention, the drying operation is not completed until the second predetermined time after the drying operation has started. Thus, according to this configuration, it is possible to appropriately determine the end point of the drying operation.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a clothes drying apparatus that can finish a drying operation so that an object to be dried is not insufficiently dried or excessively dried.

As shown in FIG. 1, the drum type washing and drying

The
The
As will be described later, the
Further, the
記憶部94は、ROM(Read Only Memory)とRAM(Random Access Memory)とを含む構成を有している。
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the drum type washing and drying
The detection unit 91 (see FIG. 2) is electronically or electrically connected to the
Subsequently, in the following, regarding the operation of each member that heats the air supplied to the drying
When the drying process program is started, the

During a predetermined time T 10 (T 10 > 0) after drying of the laundry 5 (see FIG. 1) is started (in other words, after the drying operation is started), the temperature is detected by the
It should be noted that the time of starting the drying process or the time of starting the drying operation may be the time when the program of the drying process is started or the time when the
FIG. 4 is a graph showing a change in temperature difference between the second temperature T2 and the first temperature T1 with respect to time. As shown in FIG. 4, the temperature difference between the second temperature T2 and the first temperature T1 greatly increases in the initial stage of drying. Thereafter, the temperature difference gradually decreases after reaching a peak.
FIG. 5 is a graph showing changes in humidity detected by the
In the drum-type washing / drying machine 100 (see FIG. 1), the difference (temperature difference (T2−T1)) between the detected second temperature T2 and the first temperature T1 is determined as the first determination value. The predetermined temperature difference Tp (see FIG. 4) is smaller and the detected relative humidity is smaller than the predetermined relative humidity Hp (see FIG. 5) determined as the second determination value. When either one is determined, the
Specifically, the
The time point when the air heating is stopped may be, for example, the time point when the
As described later, when a drying cycle is initiated a predetermined time T 12 elapses after, whether the temperature difference (T2-T1) is less than the predetermined temperature difference Tp, or the relative humidity of the predetermined It is determined whether or not the relative humidity Hp is smaller. That is, when the predetermined time T12 longer than the predetermined time T 11 after the drying of the
FIG. 6 shows a predetermined temperature difference as a first determination value determined based on the amount of change per unit time when the first temperature T1 and the second temperature T2 are equal to or higher than a predetermined lower limit temperature. It is a numerical example of Tp and the predetermined relative humidity difference Hp as the second determination value. When the amount of change calculated by the calculation unit 92 (see FIG. 2) is medium (that is, the range of change is B), the predetermined temperature difference Tp is determined to be 10 deg (° C.), and The predetermined relative humidity Hp is determined to be 20% Rh. The range of the change amount of B is, for example, 10 to 15 deg / min.
When the calculated change range is A (that is, when the calculated change range is larger than the B change range), the predetermined temperature difference Tp is determined to be 13 deg. The predetermined relative humidity Hp is determined to be 24% Rh. Furthermore, when the calculated change amount range is C (that is, when the calculated change amount range is smaller than the B change amount range), the predetermined temperature difference Tp is determined to be 7 deg. The predetermined relative humidity Hp is determined to be 16% Rh.
Next, FIG. 7 shows the first determined based on the amount of change per unit time when one of the first temperature T1 and the second temperature T2 is lower than a predetermined lower limit temperature. It is a numerical example of the predetermined temperature difference Tp as the determination value and the predetermined relative humidity difference Hp as the second determination value. In the numerical example shown in FIG. 7, when the calculated amount of change is medium (that is, the range of change is B), the predetermined temperature difference Tp is determined to be 7 deg.
Further, when the calculated change amount range is A (that is, when the calculated change amount range is larger than the B change amount range), the predetermined temperature difference Tp is determined to be 9 deg. . Further, when the calculated change amount range is C (that is, when the calculated change amount range is smaller than the B change amount range), the predetermined temperature difference Tp is determined to be 5 deg. .
As described above, the predetermined temperature difference Tp determined when any one of the detected first temperature T1 and second temperature T2 is lower than the predetermined lower limit temperature is the first temperature T1. It is smaller than a predetermined temperature difference Tp determined when the second temperature T2 is equal to or higher than a predetermined lower limit temperature. The predetermined lower limit temperature is, for example, 15 ° C.
As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, a predetermined relative value determined when one of the detected first temperature T1 and second temperature T2 is lower than a predetermined lower limit temperature. A predetermined relative humidity Hp (that is, a case where the first temperature T1 and the second temperature T2 are equal to or higher than a predetermined lower limit temperature) (that is, a numerical example of the relative humidity shown in FIG. 7) and a predetermined relative humidity Hp (that is, This is the same as the numerical example of the relative humidity shown in FIG.

Subsequently, in step S2, temperature T1 or temperature T2 is detected. After step S2, step S3 is repeated until a predetermined time T 10 (see FIG. 3) elapses.
If it is detected in step S3 that the predetermined time T 10 (see FIG. 3) has elapsed, the temperature T1 or the temperature T2 is detected again in step S4. Subsequently, in step S5, the amount of change per unit time of the second temperature T2 is calculated as described above, and the magnitude of the calculated amount of change is further determined.
Subsequent to step S5, in step S6, it is determined whether or not a mask time (in other words, a predetermined time T 12 (see FIG. 4)) has elapsed. In step S6, when it determines with YES, it progresses to step S7, and when it determines with NO, it returns to step S6.
In step S7 and step S8, it is determined whether or not heating of the drying air is stopped using a determination value based on the magnitude of the change determined in step S5. In step S7, it is determined whether or not the temperature difference (T2-T1) is smaller than a predetermined temperature difference Tp. The predetermined temperature difference Tp is determined as in the numerical example shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 7 based on the magnitude of the change determined in step S5.
If it is determined as YES in step S7, the routine shown in FIG. 8 is terminated, and if it is determined NO, the process proceeds to step S8.
In step S8, it is determined whether or not the detected relative humidity is lower than a predetermined relative humidity Hp. The predetermined relative humidity Hp is determined as in the numerical example shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 7 based on the magnitude of the change determined in step S5. After the routine shown in FIG. 8, the drive of the
