C)分子量が60〜250である、B以外の少なくとも1つのグリコールと、
D)分子量が60〜250であり、公称官能基数が少なくとも3である、少なくとも1つのグリコールと
の反応生成物を含み、
A、B、CおよびDは、前記反応物中に、重量パーセントベースで、A)が20〜60重量パーセント、B)が20〜60重量パーセント、C)が5〜20重量パーセント、D)が5〜20重量パーセントで存在する、第1のポリオールと、
官能基数が2〜8であり、分子量が100〜2,000であるポリエーテルポリオールである、第2のポリオールとを含み、
前記第1から第2のポリオールは、ポリオール混合物の重量パーセントで、第1のポリオールが20〜90重量パーセント、第2のポリオールが10〜80重量パーセントで存在する、ポリオール混合物との反応生成物を含む、硬質フォーム製品と、
iii)上部外装と
を含む、複合エレメント。
[4]B)は数平均分子量が500未満である、[3]に記載の複合エレメント。
[5]前記芳香族成分および前記ポリエチレングリコールは、それぞれ、ポリエステルポリオールに35〜45重量パーセントの量で添加される、[3]または[4]に記載の複合エレメント。
[6]イソシアネートインデックスが80〜200、優先的には100〜150である、[5]に記載の複合エレメント。
[7]前記硬質フォームの密度が16〜64kg/m 3 である、[5]または[6]に記載の複合エレメント。
[8](i)および(iii)に付着する前記硬質フォーム(ii)を、前記イソシアネートおよびポリオール混合物を25℃〜50℃の温度で反応させることによって、(i)と(iii)との間に調製する、[3]から[8]のいずれか一項に記載の複合エレメントを調製する方法。
Claims (8)
- A)テレフタル酸を80モルパーセント以上含む芳香族成分と、
B)公称官能基数が2であり、分子量が150〜1000であり、ポリオキシエチレン含有量がポリエーテルポリオールの少なくとも70重量%である、少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)分子量が60〜250である、B以外の少なくとも1つのポリエチレングリコールと、
D)グリセリンと
の反応生成物から本質的になり、
A、B、CおよびDは、前記反応物中に、重量パーセントベースで、A)が20〜60重量パーセント、B)が20〜60重量パーセント、C)が5〜20重量パーセント、D)が5〜20重量パーセントで存在する、芳香族ポリエステルポリオール。 - 硬質フォームの製造のためのポリオール混合物であって、
ポリエステルポリオールである第1のポリオールであって、
A)テレフタル酸を80モルパーセント以上含む芳香族成分と、
B)公称官能基数が2であり、分子量が150〜1000であり、ポリオキシエチレン含有量がポリエーテルポリオールの少なくとも70重量%である、少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)分子量が60〜250である、B以外の少なくとも1つのポリエチレングリコールと、
D)グリセリンと
の反応生成物から本質的になり、
A、B、CおよびDは、前記反応物中に、重量パーセントベースで、A)が20〜60重量パーセント、B)が20〜60重量パーセント、C)が5〜20重量パーセント、D)が5〜20重量パーセントで存在する、第1のポリオールと、
2)官能基数が2〜8であり、分子量が100〜2,000であるポリエーテルポリオールである、第2のポリオールとを含み、
前記第1から第2のポリオールは、ポリオール混合物の重量パーセントで、第1のポリオールが20〜90重量パーセント、第2のポリオールが10〜80重量パーセントで存在する、ポリオール混合物。 - 複合エレメントであって、
i)下部外装と、
ii)硬質フォーム製品であって、
(1)イソシアネートと、
(2)ポリオール混合物であって、
ポリエステルポリオールである第1のポリオールであり、
A)テレフタル酸を80モルパーセント以上含む芳香族成分と、
B)公称官能基数が2であり、分子量が150〜1000であり、ポリオキシエチレン含有量がポリエーテルポリオールの少なくとも70重量%である、少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオールと、
C)分子量が60〜250である、B以外の少なくとも1つのポリエチレングリコールと、
D)グリセリンと
の反応生成物から本質的になり、
A、B、CおよびDは、前記反応物中に、重量パーセントベースで、A)が20〜60重量パーセント、B)が20〜60重量パーセント、C)が5〜20重量パーセント、D)が5〜20重量パーセントで存在する、第1のポリオールと、
官能基数が2〜8であり、分子量が100〜2,000であるポリエーテルポリオールである、第2のポリオールとを含み、
前記第1から第2のポリオールは、ポリオール混合物の重量パーセントで、第1のポリオールが20〜90重量パーセント、第2のポリオールが10〜80重量パーセントで存在する、ポリオール混合物と
の反応生成物を含む、硬質フォーム製品と、
iii)上部外装と
を含む、複合エレメント。 - B)は数平均分子量が500未満である、請求項3に記載の複合エレメント。
- 前記芳香族成分および前記ポリエチレングリコールは、それぞれ、ポリエステルポリオールに35〜45重量パーセントの量で添加される、請求項3または4に記載の複合エレメント。
- イソシアネートインデックスが80〜200である、請求項5に記載の複合エレメント。
- 前記硬質フォームの密度が16〜64kg/m3である、請求項5または6に記載の複合エレメント。
- (i)および(iii)に付着する前記硬質フォーム(ii)を、前記イソシアネートおよびポリオール混合物を25℃〜50℃の温度で反応させることによって、(i)と(iii)との間に調製する、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の複合エレメントを調製する方法。
