Claims (5)
- 生体組織を加熱して治療するための治療用処置装置であって、
前記生体組織に接触して前記生体組織に熱を伝える第1の伝熱部と、
前記第1の伝熱部に対して相対的に移動して、前記第1の伝熱部とともに前記生体組織を把持して前記生体組織に熱を伝える第2の伝熱部と、
前記第1の伝熱部に配置され、電力が投入されることによって前記第1の伝熱部を加熱する第1の発熱素子と、
前記第2の伝熱部に配置され、電力が投入されることによって前記第2の伝熱部を加熱する第2の発熱素子と、
前記第1の伝熱部の温度である第1の温度、及び前記第2の伝熱部の温度である第2の温度を取得する温度取得部と、
前記第1の温度と前記第2の温度とを比較し、前記第1の温度と前記第2の温度とのうち低い方を基準として第1の制御値及び第2の制御値を決定し、前記第1の温度及び前記第2の温度が予め設定された目標温度に到達したら、前記第1の温度に基づいて前記第1の制御値を決定し、前記第2の温度に基づいて前記第2の制御値を決定する制御部と、
前記第1の発熱素子に前記第1の制御値に基づく電力を投入し、前記第2の発熱素子に前記第2の制御値に基づく電力を投入する電力投入部と、
を具備することを特徴とする治療用処置装置。 - 前記第1の発熱素子及び前記第2の発熱素子は、電気抵抗パターンであって、
前記第1の制御値及び前記第2の制御値は、前記電気抵抗パターンに印加される電圧値又は電力値である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の治療用処置装置。 - 前記第1の発熱素子及び前記第2の発熱素子は電気抵抗パターンであって、
前記温度取得部は、前記電気抵抗パターンの抵抗値の変化に基づいて前記第1の温度及び前記第2の温度を取得する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の治療用処置装置。 - 前記第1の伝熱部と前記第2の伝熱部とに配置され、前記第1の温度及び前記第2の温度を取得する温度センサをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の治療用処置装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の温度と前記第2の温度とのうち低い方を基準として、互いに等しい前記第1の制御値及び前記第2の制御値を決定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうち何れか1項に記載の治療用処置装置。
