Description
The present invention relates to a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine.
Conventionally, as a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine, a fuel injection device in which an injector for injecting fuel is arranged in a cylinder head of the internal combustion engine is known. As such a fuel injection device, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a sub-chamber diesel engine in which an injector is disposed in a cylinder head so as to inject fuel toward a vortex chamber provided in the cylinder head. . Patent Document 1 discloses a technique in which a packing having a high thermal conductivity is disposed between a tip portion of an injector and a cylinder head in order to suppress overheating of the injector during operation of the internal combustion engine. . According to the technique according to Patent Document 1, it is considered that the overheating of the injector can be suppressed by conducting the heat of the injector to the cylinder head through the high thermal conductivity packing.
In the technique according to Patent Document 1, when the internal combustion engine is stopped, the heat of the injector may be easily conducted to the cylinder head through the packing having high thermal conductivity. In this case, the temperature of the injector easily decreases, and as a result, there is a high possibility that condensation will occur in the injector. If condensation occurs on the injector, the injector may corrode.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine that can suppress overheating of the injector and also suppress the occurrence of condensation on the injector.
A fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine according to the present invention includes an injector disposed on a cylinder head of the internal combustion engine, and a gasket sandwiched between the injector and the cylinder head, and a surface of the gasket that contacts the cylinder head. And at least one of the surfaces of the gasket in contact with the injector is made of a variable thermal conductivity material, and the variable thermal conductivity material has a predetermined temperature at which the temperature of the variable thermal conductivity material is higher than a dew point temperature of water. A material in which the thermal conductivity of the variable thermal conductivity material changes such that the thermal conductivity of the variable thermal conductivity material increases as the temperature of the variable thermal conductivity material increases as the temperature rises above the temperature. It is characterized by being.
According to the fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine according to the present invention, when the temperature of the gasket is lower than a predetermined temperature (> dew point temperature), the heat radiation of the injector can be suppressed by the gasket. As a result, since the temperature drop of the injector can be suppressed, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of condensation on the injector. Further, according to the fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine according to the present invention, when the temperature of the gasket exceeds a predetermined temperature, the heat conductivity of the variable thermal conductivity material of the gasket increases. Can be made. As a result, overheating of the injector can be suppressed. Thus, according to the fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine according to the present invention, it is possible to suppress overheating of the injector and to suppress the occurrence of condensation on the injector.
In the above configuration, the thermal conductivity of the variable thermal conductivity material is at least 1 W / (m · K) to 400 W / (m when the temperature of the variable thermal conductivity material is equal to or higher than the predetermined temperature. -You may change within the range of K). According to this configuration, the gasket can exhibit high heat insulation performance like a resin at a low temperature, and can exhibit high heat dissipation performance like copper at a high temperature. Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of the dew condensation to an injector and overheating of an injector can be suppressed effectively.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the fuel-injection apparatus of the internal combustion engine which can suppress the overheating of an injector and can also suppress generation | occurrence | production of dew condensation to an injector can be provided.
Hereinafter, modes for carrying out the present invention will be described.
A
The
The
本実施例においては、制御装置100の一例として、CPU(Central Processing Unit)101、ROM(Read Only Memory)102およびRAM(Random Access Memory)103を備える電子制御装置(Electronic Control Unit)を用いる。
The
The
Next, details of the
The
The
Further, a
FIG. 1C is a schematic view showing the vicinity of the
Further, the
The
Next, details of the variable thermal conductivity material according to the present embodiment will be described. FIG. 2A is a schematic diagram showing a temperature change of the thermal conductivity of the variable thermal conductivity material. The vertical axis in FIG. 2A indicates the thermal conductivity of the variable thermal conductivity material, and the horizontal axis indicates the temperature of the variable thermal conductivity material. On the horizontal axis in FIG. 2 (a), the temperatures T 1 represents the dew point temperature of the water. In addition, the dew point temperature of water means the temperature at which water is condensed. Hereinafter, the dew point temperature means the dew point temperature of water unless otherwise specified. Note A specific value of the temperature T 1, it is possible to use a 50 ° C.. On the horizontal axis in FIG. 2 (a), the temperature T 2 is a predetermined temperature higher than the temperature T 1. As an example of the temperature T 2 in the present embodiment, using a 100 ° C. higher than the temperature T 1. Temperature T 3 is a further predetermined temperature higher than the temperature T 2. As an example of the temperature T 3 in the present embodiment, using a higher temperature further 50 ° C. than the temperature T 2. As a result, the temperature T 3 according to the present example is higher by 150 ° C. than the temperature T 1 . A
As can be seen from the
As a specific configuration of the variable thermal conductivity material showing the temperature change of the thermal conductivity as described above, for example, the variable thermal conductivity material disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-236636 or the University of Tokyo was developed. A cosmos heat pipe (COSMOS HEAT PIPE; hereinafter abbreviated as CHP) or the like can be used. In addition, if an example in the case of using the variable thermal conductivity material disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-236636 as the variable thermal conductivity material of the
In this embodiment, CHP is used as an example of the variable thermal conductivity material of the
In FIG. 2B, a line (uppermost line) indicated as CHP (SiO 2 ) is obtained by creating a flow path of CHP with SiO 2 (glass). A line (second line from the top) displayed as CHP (Al) is a CHP channel made of Al (aluminum). The variable width of the thermal conductivity of CHP (SiO 2 ) is larger than that of CHP (Al). In the present embodiment, CHP (SiO 2 ) is used as an example of CHP used for the variable thermal conductivity material of the
As described above, the thermal conductivity of CHP (SiO 2 ) can be changed by changing the period and amplitude of the vibration flow of the liquid in the flow path. As an example of the mechanism, the following mechanism is used in the present embodiment. First, a vibrator that vibrates the liquid in CHP (SiO 2 ) is disposed inside CHP (SiO 2 ) constituting the
Here, the thermal conductivity α 1 shown in FIG. 2A is a thermal conductivity equivalent to a resin, specifically, a thermal conductivity in the range of about 10 −1 to 10 1 (W / (m · K)). Is preferred. In the present embodiment, as an example of thermal conductivity alpha 1 using 1 (W / (m · K )). The thermal conductivity alpha 3 shown in FIG. 2 (a), the thermal conductivity of copper equivalent, in particular preferably not less than 400 (W / (m · K )). In the present embodiment, 400 (W / (m · K)), which is the thermal conductivity of copper, is used as the thermal conductivity α 2 that is slightly lower than the thermal conductivity α 3 . Thus, the thermal conductivity alpha 3 according to the present embodiment has a higher thermal conductivity than the thermal conductivity of copper. That is, the variable thermal conductivity material according to this example has a thermal conductivity of at least 1 (W / (m · K)) when the temperature is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature (T 2 ). To 400 (W / (m · K)).
Next, the function and effect of the
On the other hand, according to the
The variable thermal conductivity material according to this example has a thermal conductivity of at least 1 (W / (m · K)) to 400 (W / (m · K) when the temperature is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature (T 2 ). K)) can be changed within the range, so that a high heat insulation performance can be exhibited like a resin at a low temperature, and a high heat radiation performance like a copper can be exhibited at a high temperature. Thereby, according to the
The operation and effect of the
In the vertical axis of FIG. 3 (a), temperatures T 1 represents the dew point temperature of the water. The horizontal axis of FIG. 3 (a), the time t 0 indicates the time at which the operation is stopped in the
Referring to FIG. 3A, the temperature of the
If the fuel injection device according to a comparative example, the temperature of the injector is made at time t 1 the dew point temperature T 1, As a result, it is considered that condensation in the injector according to the comparative example is generated at time t 1. Further, the injector according to the comparative example is at a lower temperature than the
On the other hand, in the
Furthermore, the time t 2 when the
FIG. 3B is a schematic diagram for explaining the effect of suppressing overheating of the
In FIG. 3B, the
(Modification)
In the
The
A
以上説明したガスケット90a〜ガスケット90d(すなわちシリンダヘッド側面91またはインジェクタ側面92が可変熱伝導率材料によって構成されたガスケット)においても、前述したガスケット90と同様の効果を奏することができる。
In the
The
