Description
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional decorative piece made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as an emblem, an emblem, an applique, a sticker, a ribbon, and a decorative string to be attached to clothing and the like, and a method for manufacturing the same.
A method for producing decorative pieces such as emblems, appliques, stickers and the like using thermoplastic synthetic resin film as a raw material and high-frequency dielectric heating, and decorative pieces produced by the method include, for example, the following Patent Documents 1 and 2 3 is known.
For example, according to Patent Document 1, the decorative piece includes a lower layer (vinyl chloride film 11) and an upper layer made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin (polyester sheet 1). Examples of the upper layer material include a thermoplastic synthetic resin film or sheet. As the lower layer, any material such as woven fabric, knitted fabric, synthetic resin (vinyl chloride film 11 in Patent Document 1), synthetic leather, and the like can be used. An adhesive film can also be used as the lower layer.
Thus, in order to manufacture a decorative piece made of an upper layer and a lower layer made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, it can be manufactured by high-frequency dielectric heating.
When a decorative piece is manufactured by high-frequency dielectric heating, a mold base (lower electrode 16 ′ in Patent Document 1) that is one electrode for high-frequency dielectric heating and a metal mold that is the other electrode for high-frequency dielectric heating (Patent Document 1). Then, the upper electrode 16) is used.
The engraving die has a fusing blade (blade portion 17 in Patent Document 1) and a pressing blade (projection portion 14 ′ in Patent Document 1). The fusing blade has a sharp edge along the outer contour line of the pattern to be molded, and cuts the thermoplastic synthetic resin film that is the material of the pattern piece. On the other hand, the blade edge of the pressing blade is located on a surface above the horizontal plane where the sharp blade edge exists, and is not as sharp as the sharp blade edge of the fusing blade, and forms a three-dimensional pattern on the thermoplastic synthetic resin film.
In manufacturing, if necessary, first, a pattern is printed on a thermoplastic synthetic resin film as an upper layer material. Then, a lower layer material is placed on the mold table, and a thermoplastic synthetic resin film as an upper layer material is placed thereon. Then, the film and the lower layer material are pressed from above the film, which is the upper layer material, with a die, and high frequency dielectric heating is performed. A three-dimensional pattern is formed on the thermoplastic synthetic resin film by the engraving shape of the engraving die and the pressing blade. Further, the thermoplastic synthetic resin film is melted by the fusing blade, and the outer contour line of the pattern piece is formed.
Moreover, by performing high frequency dielectric heating, the thermoplastic synthetic resin film is melted and a decorative piece integrated with the lower layer is formed. Then, an unnecessary part is removed and a decoration piece is completed.
In addition, when the decorative piece to be manufactured is a thermal adhesive film type decorative piece (the lower layer is made of a material having thermal adhesiveness and can be thermally bonded to an object such as clothes by an iron) A release paper may be disposed on the lower surface of the molded lower layer, and a transparent carrier film may be disposed on the upper surface of the pattern piece. Further, when the lower layer material is a fabric or the like, the lower layer material may be cut by other known means instead of fusing by high frequency dielectric heating.
By the way, the conventional three-dimensional decorative piece made of thermoplastic synthetic resin as described above uses a thermoplastic synthetic resin that can be molded by high-frequency dielectric heating. There was a problem that the shape was crushed or collapsed by heating and pressurizing. By displaying the prohibition of ironing on the decorative piece, this problem was dealt with. Moreover, when printing was performed on the upper layer made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, there also occurred a problem that the printed surface was discolored by heat. Further, when dry cleaning is performed, there is a problem that the upper layer is deformed or discolored depending on chemicals used in the dry cleaning.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative piece that can be manufactured by high-frequency dielectric heating and that has heat resistance and chemical resistance.
According to the present invention, it is made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, has an outer contour line, has an upper layer formed with a three-dimensional pattern, and a lower layer, and a transparent heat-resistant silicone resin layer is disposed on the upper surface of the upper layer A three-dimensional decorative piece made of synthetic resin is obtained.

Moreover, according to the present invention, a method for producing a three-dimensional decorative piece made of a synthetic resin comprising a thermoplastic synthetic resin, having an outer contour line, an upper layer formed with a three-dimensional pattern, and a lower layer,
(A) Screen-printing a primer on the upper surface of the upper layer material made of thermoplastic synthetic resin,

Preferably, in the synthetic resin three-dimensional decorative piece, an intermediate layer made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet or foam is disposed between the upper layer and the lower layer,
In the step (c), a lower layer material is placed on the mold base, an intermediate layer material is placed on the lower layer material, and an upper layer material is placed on the intermediate layer material,
In the step (e), a pattern is formed on the upper layer material and the intermediate layer material, the upper layer material and the intermediate layer material are melted, and the upper layer material and the intermediate layer material are fused together. The lower layer material may be fused.
According to the present invention, since the transparent heat-resistant silicone resin layer is arranged on the surface of the upper layer, the effect that the three-dimensional pattern piece does not deform even when ironing at a generally used temperature and time and hot pressing is performed. Play.
If the thickness of the transparent heat-resistant silicone resin layer is 20 to 50 microns, a three-dimensional pattern piece having sufficient heat resistance and sharply shaped is provided.
By placing the intermediate layer, a bulky three-dimensional pattern piece is provided.
By using the intermediate layer as a dye transfer prevention film, there is an effect that the dye of the attached object is prevented from transferring to the decorative piece due to a phenomenon such as sublimation.
When a metal vapor deposition film layer is disposed on the lower surface of the upper layer, a three-dimensional pattern piece having a metallic luster can be provided.
1-7 shows 1st Embodiment of this invention and its manufacturing method. FIG. 1 is a front view of a decorative piece 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 schematically shows a cross section taken along the line AA ′ in FIG. 1, and the thicknesses of the primer layer and the silicone resin layer are highlighted.
The three-dimensional decorative piece 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is an emblem used for a uniform. As is clear from FIG. 5, the three-dimensional decorative piece 1 includes an upper layer 3 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and a lower layer 5. A
The
Since the heat-resistant
The material 3a of the upper layer 3 is a thermoplastic synthetic resin that can be molded by high-frequency dielectric heating, and may be a film shape or a sheet shape. As a thermoplastic synthetic resin, a well-known thing can be used and a soft thermoplastic synthetic resin is mentioned.
The material of the
As shown in FIG. 5, it is possible to form a three-dimensional pattern with only the upper layer 3. However, when a bulky pattern (a pattern with a height) is required, an intermediate layer may be disposed. As the material for the intermediate layer, a thermoplastic synthetic resin can be used, and the intermediate layer material is made into a foam and made bulky by a manufacturing method as described later.
Moreover, if a metal vapor deposition film layer is disposed on the lower surface of the transparent upper layer 3 using the transparent upper layer material 3a, it is possible to obtain a pattern piece having a metallic luster.
The
In order to ensure the visibility of the pattern formed on the upper layer 3 and, if necessary, the pattern printed on the upper surface of the upper layer 3, the cured silicone resin is required to be transparent.
Further, the
Furthermore, it is required not to react with chemicals such as thinner, benzine, alcohol, gasoline, or organic solvents. Since it has chemical resistance and solvent resistance, the pattern printed on the upper layer 3 is not peeled off even by dry cleaning or the like.
As long as it is a silicone resin having the above characteristics, known resins can be used, and examples thereof include TSE3450 and TSE3032 manufactured by Momentive Performance Materials, but the present invention is limited to these. It is not a thing. As long as the silicone resin has the above characteristics, it may be a printing silicone or a molding silicone.
The thickness of the transparent heat resistant
Before applying the transparent heat-resistant
When manufacturing the three-dimensional decorative piece of the present invention, the
The surface of the mold table 31 is flat. The mold table 31 only needs to function as one electrode for high-frequency dielectric heating, and a known one in this field can be used.
The engraving die 33 has a pressing blade for shaping a three-dimensional pattern on the upper layer material. The engraving die 33 serves as the other electrode for high-frequency dielectric heating, and a known one in this field can be used. The engraving die 33 may have a cutting blade. The fusing blade has a sharp cutting edge along the outer contour line of the pattern to be molded, and can cut the upper layer material, the intermediate layer material, and the lower layer material. On the other hand, the cutting edge of the pressing blade is for shaping a three-dimensional pattern on the upper layer material and is not as sharp as the sharp cutting edge of the fusing blade. Further, the cutting edge of the pressing blade is located above the cutting edge of the fusing blade.
A known apparatus can be used for the screen printing of the primer and the screen printing of the silicone resin, and the illustration is omitted.
The manufacturing method of the three-dimensional decoration side of 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated below.
First, if necessary, solid printing or a pattern is printed on the upper surface of the upper layer material 3a by a known method, but this is not essential and is performed as necessary.
Next, the primer 13a is screen-printed on the upper surface of the upper layer material 3a. As described above, a known apparatus can be used as a screen printing apparatus for the primer.
By applying the primer, the silicone resin can be reliably attached to the upper surface of the upper layer material.
Next, the silicone resin 7a is screen-printed on the upper surface of the upper layer material 3a on which the primer 13a is applied and the
As described above, a known apparatus can be used as a screen printing apparatus for silicone resin.
A uniform thickness of the silicone resin can be ensured by screen printing the silicone resin and the primer. In spraying or coating, it is difficult to obtain a uniform thickness, and the gravure printing method requires a roll material and is difficult to apply on a sheet. In addition, by using screen printing, a consistent flow operation from surface printing to silicone application is possible, leading to a reduction in manufacturing cost. Silicone baking is also more efficient than can be done in a furnace that dries the print.
As described above, after the
Then, the decorative piece 1 is formed by cutting the outer periphery with a known technique by cutting the lower layer material or using a Thomson blade. In this case, a solid press, a line press, an emboss press, etc. may be provided on the outside of the design.
When the lower layer material is a fabric, the lower layer material is cut with a Thomson blade.

The decorative string shown in FIG. 8 has a center line extending in the length direction at the center in the width direction, and a three-dimensional pattern is formed obliquely toward the center line.

The decorative piece of the first embodiment of the present invention produced by the above method was subjected to a drying test of JIS-L-0850-1944 A-3 (heating temperature: 200 ° C. ± 2 ° C., heating temperature: 15 seconds, pressure applied) : 4 ± 1 kilopascal), and when we pressed the multi-woven interwoven fabric adjacent to each other, it has cleared grade 5 for both discoloration and contamination, and can withstand hot pressing due to the presence of a transparent heat-resistant silicone resin layer. I understood.
In addition, when the dry cleaning resistance of the JIS-L-0860-2008 A-1 method was tested, all of the grades 5 were cleared with respect to discoloration and contamination. Furthermore, although an external change (discoloration) was also tested by the JIS-L-1096 J-1 method, it was graded 5 after 50 times and grade 5 after 80 times. From the above, it was found that the presence of the transparent heat-resistant silicone resin layer does not cause discoloration or contamination even by dry cleaning.
