Claims (16)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配され、相互に離隔されて断線された第1パターン部と第2パターン部とを有する画素電極と、
前記基板上に配され、前記画素電極の少なくとも前記第1パターン部の全域を露出させる画素定義膜と、
前記画素電極上に配され、光を発生させる中間層と、
前記中間層及び前記画素定義膜上に配される対向電極と、
前記基板と前記画素電極との間に配され、前記画素電極と電気的に連結される画素回路部と、を備え、
前記第2パターン部は、前記第1パターン部を取り囲むように配され、
前記画素回路部は、前記第1パターン部及び前記第2パターン部のうち、前記第1パターン部とのみ電気的に連結され、
前記第1パターン部上に位置する前記中間層は発光し、前記第2パターン部上に位置する前記中間層は発光しない、
ことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2パターン部は、多角形形状を有する前記第1パターン部のコーナーに配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2パターン部は、多角形形状を有する前記第1パターン部の互いに対向する辺に配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素回路部と前記画素電極との間に配される絶縁層、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素回路部は、薄膜トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素回路部は、前記画素定義膜に対応するように前記基板上に配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素回路部は、前記画素電極に対応するように前記基板上に配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 基板上に画素回路部を形成する工程と、
前記基板上に画素電極を形成する工程と、
前記画素電極を相互に離隔されて断線された第1パターン部と第2パターン部とに分離する工程と、
前記画素電極の少なくとも前記第1パターン部の全域を露出させるように、画素定義膜を形成する工程と、
前記画素電極上に中間層を形成する工程と、
前記画素定義膜及び前記画素電極上に対向電極を形成する工程と、を含み、
前記第2パターン部は、前記第1パターン部を取り囲むように配され、
前記画素回路部は、前記第1パターン部及び前記第2パターン部のうち、前記第1パターン部とのみ電気的に連結され、
前記第1パターン部上に位置する前記中間層は発光し、前記第2パターン部上に位置する前記中間層は発光しない、
ことを特徴とする有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1パターン部と前記第2パターン部とは、フォト工程によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第2パターン部は、多角形形状を有する前記第1パターン部のコーナーに配されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第2パターン部は、多角形形状を有する前記第1パターン部の互いに対向する辺に配されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記中間層は、インクジェット方式で形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記画素電極の形成前であって前記画素回路部の形成後に、
前記画素回路部を覆うように、絶縁層を形成する工程と、
前記画素回路部の一部が露出されるように、前記絶縁層にコンタクトホールを形成する工程と、をさらに含み、
前記画素電極は、前記コンタクトホールを通じて前記画素回路部と電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記画素回路部は、薄膜トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記画素回路部は、前記画素定義膜に対応するように前記基板上に配されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記画素回路部は、前記画素電極に対応するように前記基板上に配されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
