Description

The present invention relates to an endoscope injection needle.

In recent years, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for excision of mucous membranes such as the esophagus, stomach, and large intestine have been performed under an endoscope. In such a procedure, it is necessary to peel off the mucosa layer and the muscle layer before excising the mucous membrane, and an endoscope needle is used for the peeling.

For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, an endoscope injection needle operates an inner cylinder having a puncture needle attached to the tip, an outer cylinder that is slidably inserted through the inner cylinder, and an insertion / removal of the puncture needle. To have a grip. It is a common practice to insert such an endoscope injection needle through a forceps hole of an endoscope and inject physiological saline, a drug solution, or the like into the affected area.

Saline, medicine, and the like are transmitted from the proximal end of the inner cylinder to the puncture needle attached to the distal end, and are injected into the affected area from the lumen of the puncture needle. At this time, if there is a gap between the distal end portion of the inner cylinder and the connection portion of the puncture needle, there is a possibility that physiological saline, medicine, or the like leaks out. With respect to such a problem, in Patent Document 1, when attaching the puncture needle and the inner cylinder, when the outer diameter of the puncture needle is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner cylinder, a member that fills the clearance (hereinafter referred to as a puncture needle fixing member) is used. An injection needle that connects the puncture needle and the inner cylinder is disclosed. When attaching the puncture needle and the inner cylinder, the injection needle fills the gap between the puncture needle and the inner cylinder by applying an adhesive to the puncture needle and the puncture needle fixing member and bonding the adhesive to the inner cylinder. Yes.

Japanese Patent No. 4493126

However, in the endoscope injection needle disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the adhesive is applied to the puncture needle and the puncture needle fixing member and connected to the inner cylinder, the adhesive flows beyond the proximal end surface of the puncture needle. Therefore, there is a problem that the lumen of the puncture needle is blocked.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and prevents the adhesive from blocking the lumen of the puncture needle when the puncture needle and the inner cylinder are connected via the puncture needle fixing member. The present invention provides an endoscope injection needle in which a drug solution does not leak from the gap between the puncture needle and the puncture needle fixing member.

It is the figure which showed the state made to protrude. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the vicinity of the puncture needle of FIG.

The endoscope injection needle 1 according to the present embodiment is an instrument for injecting physiological saline or a drug into an affected area. The endoscope injection needle 1 is inserted from the forceps hole of the endoscope and reaches the affected area.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an endoscope injection needle 1 according to the present embodiment includes a puncture needle 2, an inner cylinder 3 in which the puncture needle 2 is installed at a distal end portion, and the inner cylinder 3 serving as an axis. And an outer cylinder 4 having a lumen that is inserted so as to be movable forward and backward in a direction.

The puncture needle 2 is a member that is punctured in an affected area and injects physiological saline, a medicine, or the like. In the present embodiment, the puncture needle 2 has a substantially cylindrical shape having a lumen, and the proximal end portion is connected to the inner cylinder 3. Furthermore, the tip of the tip is preferably cut obliquely within an angle range of 10 ° to 40 ° so that the tip can be smoothly punctured into mucosal tissue or blood vessels.

The material of the puncture needle 2 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the pipe can be processed into a needle shape so that it can be punctured into a mucosal tissue or blood vessel, and the needle-shaped portion is broken or chipped. A metal such as stainless steel is preferable because it requires such rigidity that it does not move.

The inner cylinder 3 is a member that transmits physiological saline or medicine injected from the proximal end to the puncture needle installed at the distal end. As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the inner cylinder 3 is a long flexible tube and includes an inner cylinder grip 31 on the proximal end side.

The inner cylinder grip 31 is a member that is gripped to operate the protruding state of the puncture needle 2. When protruding the puncture needle 2 from the outer cylinder 4, the inner cylinder grip 31 is moved to the front end side. Further, when the puncture needle 2 is stored in the outer cylinder 4, the inner cylinder grip 31 is moved to the proximal end side.

Furthermore, the inner cylinder grip 31 has a connector 32 on the proximal end side. A syringe 32 (not shown) is connected to the connector 32 and can inject liquids such as physiological saline and chemicals.

The material of the inner cylinder 3 is not particularly limited, but considering that the inner cylinder 3 slides in the outer cylinder 4, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), tetrafluoroethylene / hexafluoropropylene (FEP) And fluororesins such as polyethylene, polyolefins such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), and nylon resins.

The material of the inner cylinder grip 31 is excellent in workability such as adhesion, and has chemical resistance that does not cause cracks even if it comes into contact with a curing agent, and is not particularly limited. For example, hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Or the like is preferred.

The outer cylinder 4 is a member that inserts the puncture needle 2 and the inner cylinder 3 and protects them. As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the outer cylinder 4 is a long flexible tube, and is provided with an outer cylinder grip 41 on the base end side.

The outer cylinder grip 41 is a member that is gripped when performing an operation such as inserting the endoscope injection needle 1 into a forceps hole of the endoscope. The outer cylinder grip 41 has a substantially cylindrical shape having an inner cavity, and the inner cylinder 3 is inserted into the inner cavity. Furthermore, in the protrusion operation of the puncture needle 2, the inner cylinder grip 31 can be accommodated and the inner cylinder grip 31 can be slid inside.

Further, the outer cylinder 4 may include a tip abutting portion 42 on the tip side. The distal end abutting portion 42 defines the protruding length of the puncture needle 2 when the distal end portion of the inner cylinder 3 comes into contact therewith.

The tip end abutting portion 42 is not particularly limited as long as the tip end portion of the inner cylinder 3 can come into contact therewith, but may be formed by tip rounding shaping by heat, insert molding, or the like.

The material of the outer cylinder 4 is not particularly limited, but considering that the inner cylinder 3 slides in the outer cylinder 4, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), tetrafluoroethylene / hexafluoropropylene (FEP) Fluorine resins such as, polyolefins such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), nylon resins and the like.

The material of the outer cylinder grip 41 is not particularly limited because it has good workability such as adhesion and does not generate cracks even when it comes into contact with a curing agent. Or the like is preferred.

Here, the typical dimension example of the injection needle 1 for endoscopes of this embodiment is demonstrated. The endoscope injection needle 1 of the present embodiment has a total length of about 1200 to 2500 mm. The puncture needle 2 has a total length of 10 to 15 mm, and the size of the needle is preferably 25 G to 20 G (outer diameter 0.5 mm to 0.9 mm). The inner cylinder 3 preferably has a length of 1200 to 2500 mm, an outer diameter of 1.6 to 2.6 mm, and an inner diameter of 0.97 to 1.97 mm. The outer diameter of the inner cylinder 3 is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 0.4 to 1.0 mm larger than the gauge size of the puncture needle 2. The length of the outer cylinder 4 is preferably 1190 to 2490 mm, the outer diameter is 2.4 to 3.0 mm, and the inner diameter is 1.9 to 2.5 mm. The length of the inner cylinder grip 31 is preferably 45 to 180 mm, and the length of the outer cylinder grip 41 is preferably 30 to 150 mm. The outer diameter and inner diameter of the inner cylinder grip 31 and the outer cylinder grip 41 are not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the inner cylinder grip 31 has a gap that allows the inner cylinder grip 31 to slide smoothly in the outer cylinder grip 41. Furthermore, the inner diameter of the tip abutting portion 42 is not particularly limited as long as the puncture needle 2 of each gauge size can pass through, but it is preferably 0.4 to 1.0 mm larger than each gauge size. Moreover, it is preferable that the protrusion length from the front-end | tip of the inner cylinder 3 of the puncture needle 2 is 3-5 mm, Although the protrusion distance from the outer cylinder 4 is not specifically limited, 2-7 mm is preferable and 3-5 mm is still more preferable. . By making the protrusion distance within the above range, it is possible to perform puncture safely and reliably.

As shown in FIG. 3, the endoscope injection needle 1 of this embodiment includes a tubular puncture needle fixing member 5 between the puncture needle 2 and the inner cylinder 3. That is, the puncture needle 2 is fixed to the puncture needle fixing member 5, and the puncture needle fixing member 5 is inserted into the inner cylinder 3. The puncture needle 2 is fixed by installing the puncture needle at the distal end portion of the inner cylinder 3 via the puncture needle fixing member 5.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the proximal end portion of the puncture needle fixing member 5 has a portion (hereinafter referred to as a reduced diameter portion) 51 whose outer diameter is reduced toward the proximal end side. Specifically, the puncture needle fixing member 5 has a cylindrical shape on the distal end side and a truncated cone shape on the proximal end side. And the outer diameter of the front-end | tip part of a truncated cone is formed larger than the outer diameter of a cylinder. By configuring the puncture needle fixing member 5 with such a configuration, it is possible to effectively prevent the chemical liquid from permeating between the puncture needle 2 and the puncture needle fixing member 5 and leaking the chemical liquid from the distal end portion when the chemical liquid is injected. it can.

In other words, the puncture needle fixing member 5 of the present embodiment is formed by insert molding to the puncture needle 2, and at this time, a fine gap may exist between the puncture needle 2 and the puncture needle fixing member 5. . In the endoscope injection needle 1 of the present embodiment, since the lumen diameter of the puncture needle 2 is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner cylinder 3, when a drug solution is supplied, the distal end portion (puncture needle fixing member) of the inner cylinder 3 is supplied. The chemical solution supplied to the base end 5) is stored. Thereby, the internal pressure of the base end part (base end part of the puncture needle fixing member 5) of the inner cylinder 3 rises. Here, since the proximal end portion of the puncture needle fixing member 5 is reduced in diameter, the chemical solution supplied by the increase in internal pressure presses the reduced diameter portion 51 in the axial direction. In this way, the inner end of the proximal end portion of the puncture needle fixing member 5 is reduced in the direction of the puncture needle 2 to close the gap between the puncture needle 2 and the puncture needle fixing member 5. For this reason, the leakage of the chemical solution from the gap between the puncture needle 2 and the puncture needle fixing member 5 can be suppressed.

The material of the puncture needle fixing member 5 is not particularly limited as long as the material of the puncture needle fixing member 5 has good workability such as adhesion and does not generate cracks even when it comes into contact with a curing agent. Is preferred.

Further, the puncture needle fixing member 5 is fixed to the distal end portion of the inner cylinder 3 via an adhesive 6. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the gap between the puncture needle fixing member 5 and the inner cylinder 3 is filled with a layer of the adhesive 6. By doing so, the puncture needle fixing member 5 and the puncture needle 2 can be fixed to the inner cylinder 3. Further, the adhesive 6 effectively prevents the chemical liquid from leaking from the gap between the inner cylinder 3 and the puncture needle fixing member 5 when the chemical liquid is injected.

The type of the adhesive 6 is not particularly limited, but it can be solvent-bonded using an epoxy adhesive, an instantaneous adhesive, or the like.

As described above, the puncture needle fixing member 5 of the present embodiment has a cylindrical tip side portion and a truncated cone-like base end portion. And the outer diameter of the front-end | tip part of a base end side part is larger than the outer diameter of a front end side part. That is, a step is formed at the boundary between the distal end portion and the proximal end portion. By doing so, it is possible to effectively prevent the adhesive 6 from flowing over the reduced diameter portion 51 to the needle base and blocking the needle hole.

As shown in FIG. 3, the puncture needle fixing member 5 has a flange 52 at the tip. The outer diameter of the flange 52 is not less than the inner diameter of the inner cylinder 3 and not more than the outer diameter. By doing so, when the puncture needle 2 is inserted and connected to the inner cylinder 3, the insertion of the puncture needle 2 stops at the flange 52, so that the insertion length of the needle can be defined.
