Description
Claims (7)
- 第1のネジを有する第1のギア部材と、第2のネジを有するドライバと、前記第1および前記第2のネジとそれぞれ係合する2つのネジを有する第2のギア部材とを有するギア機構と、
使用者との接触部分となるハウジングであって、その中に前記ギア機構が同軸に配置される、ハウジングと、
用量設定の間、前記ギア機構と共に回転するよう前記ギア機構に接続される用量設定部材と、
リードスクリューと、
ネジを介して前記リードスクリューと係合し、前記第2のギア部材に軸方向に接続されると共に、回転可能に前記第1のギア部材に接続される投薬ナットと
を備え、
前記第1および前記第2のネジは、反対向きであり、
前記第1のギア部材および前記ドライバは軸方向の移動を可能にする軌道により回転可能に接続され、
用量が前記用量設定部材を回転させることにより設定される場合、前記ギア機構は前記ハウジングに対して回転することを特徴とする、用量送達装置。 - 前記第1のギア部材と前記ドライバとの間の軌道が、これら第1のギア部材とドライバとの間の相対回転運動を可能にしないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のギア部材と前記ドライバとの間の回転可能な接続が、螺旋軌道であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングと螺合するダイヤルが、用量が設定される場合、用量設定部材と共に回転し、用量が注射される場合、前記用量設定部材と共に回転しないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイヤルが、一方向のラチェットを介して前記用量設定部材に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リードスクリューが前記ハウジングに対して回転がロックされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記用量設定部材は用量設定の間、前記ドライバに回転可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
