Description
The present invention relates to a decontamination apparatus and method for decontaminating buildings, soil, water, and the like.
For example, when a disaster occurs in a nuclear power plant, radioactivity leaks to the outside and the buildings and soil are contaminated. Therefore, it is necessary to remove radioactive substances attached to the buildings and soil. As a conventional decontamination apparatus, it is common to decontaminate a radioactive substance adhering to a building with water.
In addition, hazardous waste can be detoxified, reduced in volume, and recycled at the place where it is generated, and hazardous waste generated quantitatively can be circulated and processed in a short period of time. For example, Patent Document 1 shown below can be used to efficiently process waste in a place where a large amount of hazardous waste is generated.
Although decontamination of buildings is possible by washing with water, if the washed water is not collected and flows into a side ditch or public sewage, radioactive material accumulates in the sediment in the ditch and a hot spot is formed. End up. In addition, when the washed water flows into public sewage, radioactive materials accumulate in the sewage sludge, making it impossible to dispose of the sludge (incineration, landfill), and storage on the premises is difficult. . In addition, soil decontamination is carried out by accumulating in the site after peeling off the surface soil. Even in this case, it is difficult to secure a storage location. In addition, it is conceivable to install decontamination equipment such as a large plant locally to treat radioactive waste liquid and contaminated soil in a concentrated manner. However, exposure and secondary pollution during transport of these, and treated water And there are issues such as securing the destination for soil.
This invention solves the subject mentioned above, and aims at providing the decontamination apparatus and method which make it possible to perform decontamination with respect to a building, soil, water, etc. efficiently.

As shown in FIG. 1, the first vehicle 12 is a self-propelled vehicle. The
As shown in FIG. 2, the

In this case, the
Here, the decontamination method by the decontamination apparatus of a present Example is demonstrated based on FIGS. 1-5.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the decontamination apparatus of this example performs decontamination processing on a house where a radioactive substance is attached to the roof or outer wall. In this case, the first vehicle 12 on which the
In the
In the
In the waste
The radioactive material recovered by washing the contaminated soil with the
Thus, in the decontamination apparatus of the present embodiment, the first vehicle 12 on which the
Accordingly, the cleaning
Moreover, in the decontamination apparatus of the present embodiment, the cleaning
In the decontamination apparatus of the present embodiment, the
Moreover, in the decontamination apparatus of the present embodiment, the waste
Moreover, in the decontamination apparatus of the present embodiment, the waste
Thus, according to the decontamination apparatus of the present embodiment, the contaminated soil and water are purified at the treatment site, and the treated soil and treated water are returned to their original positions. The amount of contaminated soil can be greatly reduced. In addition, since various types of processing can be performed by each of the
Further, since the decontamination waste liquid is discharged after the radioactivity is adsorbed and removed, the formation of hot spots and the amount of radioactivity accumulated in the sewage sludge can be greatly suppressed. And since each
In addition, in the Example mentioned above, when performing a decontamination process with respect to a house, the 1st vehicle 12 in which the
