Claims (7)
- タンク内部(5)の境界を定めるタンク壁(14)を有する還元剤タンク(2)を有する液体還元剤を提供するための装置(1)であって、前記タンク壁(14)は、金属壁部分(22)を有し、前記金属壁部分は、前記タンク壁(14)の境界から前記タンク内部(5)の領域に延びる金属ポット(10)によって形成され、前記金属ポット(10)は、その内部にポット壁(21)によって別個のチャンバ(4)を形成し、
前記装置(1)は、計量ユニット(6)および温度センサ(13)を有し、前記計量ユニット(6)は、前記別個のチャンバ(4)内に配置されて、前記還元剤タンク(2)から還元剤を抽出するように構成され、前記温度センサ(13)は、前記別個のチャンバ(4)内において前記ポット壁(21)の内側に取り付けられて、前記ポット壁(21)を通して前記還元剤タンク(2)内の還元剤の温度を決定するように構成される、装置(1)。 - 前記別個のチャンバ(4)は、タンク底部(3)に配置される、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記温度センサ(13)は、前記金属壁部分(22)に取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記温度センサ(13)は、前記温度センサ(13)を前記金属壁部分(22)に取り付けるのに適合する材料によって前記金属壁部分(22)に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の装置(1)。
- 計量ユニット(6)は、以下のコンポーネントのグループ、
ポンプ、
フィルタ、
圧力センサ、および
バルブ、
から少なくとも1つのコンポーネントを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記還元剤タンク(2)は、プラスチックのタンク壁(14)を含み、前記金属壁部分(22)は、前記タンク壁(14)に着脱不可能に挿入される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 内燃機関(19)ならびに、還元剤のためのインジェクタ(17)および請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)を有する排ガス後処理システム(20)を有する自動車両(18)であって、前記インジェクタ(17)は、還元剤ライン(16)を介して前記装置(1)と接続している、自動車両(18)。
