前記支持対象を非接触で支持する支持面を備え、給気口から供給される気体を前記支持面に導く通気路およびネジ穴が形成された複数の静圧気体軸受と、
前記複数の静圧気体軸受を保持するための内壁を有するハウジングと、
複数のボルトと、を有し、
前記複数の静圧気体軸受は、
前記支持対象の軸心を含む水平面に対して非対称に前記支持面が並ぶように前記支持対象の軸心を囲む方向に配列され、前記ハウジングの内壁に対する前記支持面の位置が固定されるように前記ハウジングの内壁に取り付けられ、
前記ハウジングには、当該ハウジングの内壁を貫通する複数のボルト穴が形成され、
前記複数のボルトは、それぞれ、
前記ハウジングのボルト穴を介して前記静圧気体軸受のネジ穴に螺合して当該静圧気体軸受を前記ハウジングに固定する。
Claims (5)
- 支持対象を非接触で支持する静圧気体軸受装置であって、
前記支持対象を非接触で支持する支持面を備え、給気口から供給される気体を前記支持面に導く通気路およびネジ穴が形成された複数の静圧気体軸受と、
前記複数の静圧気体軸受を保持するための内壁を有するハウジングと、
複数のボルトと、を有し、
前記複数の静圧気体軸受は、
前記支持対象の軸心を含む水平面に対して非対称に前記支持面が並ぶように前記支持対象の軸心を囲む方向に配列され、前記ハウジングの内壁に対する前記支持面の位置が固定されるように前記ハウジングの内壁に取り付けられ、
前記ハウジングには、当該ハウジングの内壁を貫通する複数のボルト穴が形成され、
前記複数のボルトは、それぞれ、
前記ハウジングのボルト穴を介して前記静圧気体軸受のネジ穴に螺合して当該静圧気体軸受を前記ハウジングに固定する
ことを特徴とする静圧気体軸受装置。 - 請求項1に記載の静圧気体軸受装置であって、
前記支持面は、
当該支持面と対面する前記支持対象の部位に沿った形状に加工されている
ことを特徴とする静圧気体軸受装置。 - 請求項2に記載の静圧気体軸受装置であって、
前記支持対象は、円柱状であり、
前記支持面は、円弧状に加工されている
ことを特徴とする静圧気体軸受装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の静圧気体軸受装置であって、
前記ハウジングを支持する少なくとも一つのブラケットをさらに有し、
前記ブラケットは、
前記ブラケットに対する前記ハウジングの位置を調節する支持位置調整機構を備えている
ことを特徴とする静圧気体軸受装置。 - 請求項4に記載の静圧気体軸受装置であって、
前記ブラケットは、前記ハウジングが所定隙間をもって挿入される貫通穴を備え、
前記ハウジングには、前記ブラケットの前記貫通穴の径方向にネジ穴が形成され、
前記支持位置調整機構は、
前記ハウジングに形成された前記ネジ穴と螺合し、前記ブラケットに対して前記貫通穴の径方向に前記所定の隙間分前記ハウジングを移動させるボルトを備える
ことを特徴とする静圧気体軸受装置。
