Description
前記液晶表示パネルを真空吸着によって保持し、前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを真空吸着によって保持し、前記液晶表示パネルと前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを、前記紫外線硬化樹脂を介して位置合わせをしながら重ね合わせ、その後、前記液晶表示パネル及び前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを真空吸着から解除し、その後、紫外線を照射して前記液晶表示パネルと前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを紫外線硬化樹脂によって仮止めし、その後、さらに紫外線を照射して前記シール材を本硬化させることによって前記液晶表示パネルと前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを接着することを特徴とする3次元画像表示装置の製造方法である。
Claims (4)
- 第1の基板と第2の基板を有する液晶表示パネルの第2の基板側に、バリア基板と対向基板を有する液晶パララックスバリアパネルを紫外線硬化樹脂による接着材によって、接着し、液晶表示パネルの背面にバックライトを配置し、前記液晶表示パネルにおける第1の基板あるいは第2の基板の板厚が0.2mm以下である3次元画像表示装置の製造方法であって、
前記液晶表示パネルを真空吸着によって保持し、
前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを真空吸着によって保持し、
前記液晶表示パネルと前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを、前記紫外線硬化樹脂を介して位置合わせをしながら重ね合わせ、
その後、前記液晶表示パネル及び前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを真空吸着から解除し、
その後、紫外線を照射して前記液晶表示パネルと前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを紫外線硬化樹脂によって仮止めし、
その後、さらに紫外線を照射して前記紫外線硬化樹脂を本硬化させることによって前記液晶表示パネルと前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを接着することを特徴とする3次元画像表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記接着材を紫外線によって前記本硬化させた後、さらに熱硬化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元画像表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記液晶表示パネル及び前記液晶パララックスバリアパネルを真空吸着から解除した後、さらに液晶表示パネルと液晶パララックスバリアパネルの位置合わせを行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元画像表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記液晶表示パネルはIPS方式の液晶表示パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の3次元画像表示装置の製造方法。
