Claims (4)
- ポンプから送られる作動油が油圧シリンダへ送られることにより少なくとも一部の作動が行われる成形装置において、
サーボモータまたはインバータにより制御されるモータにより駆動されるポンプと、
1成形サイクル内において一定時間前記ポンプの作動を停止するとともに油圧シリンダへ作動油の送油を開始する前から前記ポンプの作動を開始し所定の設定条件に到達したら前記ポンプの回転数を待機回転数とする制御装置と、が備えられたことを特徴とする成形装置。 - 前記ポンプはベーンポンプであり、
前記ベーンポンプまたは前記ベーンポンプに接続される管路に設けられ前記ベーンポンプの吐出圧を検出する油圧センサが備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形装置。 - ポンプから送られる作動油により少なくとも一部の作動が行われる成形装置の制御方法において、
サーボモータまたはインバータにより制御されるモータにより駆動されるポンプが設けられ、
1成形サイクル内において一定時間ポンプの作動を停止するとともに、
油圧シリンダへ作動油の送油を開始する前からポンプの作動を開始し、
所定の設定条件に到達したらポンプの回転数を待機回転数とすることを特徴とする成形装置の制御方法。 - 前記ポンプの作動を開始するタイミングは、予め設定されたタイミングまたは成形装置のセンサの検出値が所定の設定条件に到達したことの少なくとも一方であることを特徴とするとする請求項3に記載の成形装置の制御方法。
