Claims (10)
- 電源端子(220)を有するLEDパッケージ(216)を具備した光エンジン(214)と、
前記光エンジンを保持する基部リング組立体(230)であって、ヒートシンク(294)に実装されるよう構成された基部リング(240)を有し、該基部リングは固定構造(245)を有し、前記基部リング組立体は、電源コンタクト(254)を保持するコンタクトホルダ(242)を有し、前記電源コンタクトは、前記電源端子との分離可能な電源接続を形成するよう前記電源端子に向かってばね付勢される基部リング組立体と、
前記基部リングに結合される上カバー組立体(232)であって、該上カバー組立体は、前記基部リングを取り囲むカラー部(260)を有し、前記上カバー組立体は、前記基部リングに前記カラー部を結合するために前記基部リングの前記固定構造と係合する固定構造(276)を有し、前記カラー部はキャビティ(266)を有する上カバー組立体と、
前記キャビティ内に受容される光部品(234)であって、前記LEDパッケージからの光を受ける位置に配置されると共に、前記LEDパッケージが発生する光を放出するよう構成される光部品と
を具備し、
前記基部リング組立体(230)は、前記LEDパッケージ(216)が前記コンタクトホルダ(242)及び前記ヒートシンク(294)間に配置されて前記ヒートシンク(294)との間に良好な熱接続を維持するよう前記光エンジン(214)を保持することを特徴とする光モジュール。 - 前記コンタクトホルダは、電源コネクタ(310)に電気接続されるよう構成された分離可能な電源コネクタインタフェース(308)を有する回路基板(302)を具備し、
前記回路基板は前記電源コンタクトを保持し、
前記電源コンタクトは、前記回路基板の回路により前記電源コネクタインタフェースに電気接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記電源コンタクトは、前記電力端子と係合する嵌合インタフェース(286)を有するばねビーム(284)を具備し、
前記ばねビームは、前記電源端子に向かってばね力を与えるよう前記電源端子に向かって付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記コンタクトホルダは、底面(280)を有する誘電性本体を具備し、
前記誘電性本体は、前記底面に開口する複数の溝(282)を有し、
前記電源コンタクトは、対応する前記溝に受容されると共に、前記底面で露出し、
前記底面は前記LEDパッケージと係合し、
前記電源コンタクトは、前記底面を通って前記電源端子と係合することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記光モジュールは、前記上カバー組立体及び前記基部リング組立体間に配置された圧力ばね(262)をさらに具備し、
前記圧力ばねは、前記コンタクトホルダ上に前記LEDパッケージの方向に沿って付勢力を与え、前記LEDパッケージに向かって前記コンタクトホルダを強制することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記光モジュールは、前記上カバー組立体及び前記基部リング組立体間に配置された圧力ばね(262)をさらに具備し、
前記圧力ばねは前記コンタクトホルダと係合し、
前記コンタクトホルダは前記LEDパッケージと係合し、
前記圧力ばねは、前記LEDパッケージ内へ前記コンタクトホルダを強制し、前記ヒートシンク(294)に向かって前記LEDパッケージを強制することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記コンタクトホルダは、前記LEDパッケージとは別体の回路基板を具備し、
前記電源コンタクトは、前記回路基板及び前記LEDパッケージを相互接続し、
前記コンタクトホルダは、前記LEDパッケージと係合するスタンドオフ(320)を有し、
前記LEDパッケージの方向に沿った前記回路基板への圧力は、前記スタンドオフにより前記LEDパッケージに伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記固定構造は互いに係合し、前記上カバー組立体を前記基部リング組立体に螺合させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。
- 前記上カバー組立体は、前記カラー部に移動可能に結合された光ホルダ(264)を有し、
前記光部品は、前記光ホルダにより保持され、
前記光部品は、前記光ホルダが前記カラー部に対して移動すると、前記LEDパッケージに対して接近する方向及び離反する方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。 - 前記基部リング組立体の前記固定構造は、別の構造体に前記基部リングを固定するよう構成された固定具(244)を具備し、
前記上カバー組立体の前記固定構造は、前記カラー部に結合された圧力ばねを具備し、
前記圧力ばねは、前記固定具とのバヨネット型接続部を有し、前記固定具に前記圧力ばねを固定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光モジュール。
