Claims (12)
- 予め定められた範囲の1以上の地域内にそれぞれ設けられた1以上の充電スタンドにおいて、公共の電力系統から供給される系統電力と、非公共の電源から供給される非系統電力とを、車両への充電に供する充電システムであって、
前記充電スタンドにそれぞれ設けられて、前記系統電力と前記非系統電力とのうち、少なくとも前記系統電力を車両への充電に供する充電機能を有する1以上の充電装置と、
前記充電装置を管理する充電管理装置と
を備え、
前記充電管理装置は、
前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要の相対的な大きさに応じて、前記系統電力と前記非系統電力のうち、車両への充電に供する電力を変更させるように、当該地域内の前記充電装置を制御する充電装置制御部と、
前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要の相対的な大きさに応じて、当該地域内の前記充電装置により供する電力の交換価値を調節する交換価値調節部と
を有する充電システム。 - 前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要が相対的に小さい場合、前記充電装置制御部は、前記非系統電力よりも前記系統電力を優先的に車両への充電に供させるように、当該地域内の前記充電装置を制御する
請求項1に記載の充電システム。 - 前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要が相対的に大きい場合、前記充電装置制御部は、前記系統電力よりも前記非系統電力を優先的に車両への充電に供させるように、当該地域内の前記充電装置を制御する
請求項1又は2に記載の充電システム。 - 前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要が相対的に大きい場合に、当該地域内の前記充電装置のうち、前記非系統電力を車両への充電に供することができない充電装置がある場合、前記充電装置制御部は、前記系統電力と前記非系統電力のいずれの電力も供させないように、当該充電装置を制御する
請求項3に記載の充電システム。 - 前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要が相対的に小さい場合、前記交換価値調節部は、当該地域内の前記充電装置により供する電力の交換価値を引き下げるべく調節する

請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の充電システム。 - 前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要が相対的に大きい場合に、当該地域内の前記充電装置のうち、前記非系統電力を車両への充電に供することができない充電装置があり、前記充電装置制御部が当該充電装置の充電機能を休止させるべく制御しない場合、前記交換価値調節部は、当該充電装置により供する電力の交換価値を更に引き上げるべく調節する

を含む充電管理方法。 - 予め定められた範囲の1以上の地域内にそれぞれ設けられた1以上の充電スタンドにそれぞれ設けられて、公共の電力系統から供給される系統電力と、非公共の電源から供給される非系統電力とのうち、少なくとも前記系統電力を車両への充電に供する充電機能を有する1以上の充電装置を管理する充電管理装置として、コンピュータを機能させるプログラムであって、

前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要の相対的な大きさに応じて、前記系統電力と前記非系統電力のうち、車両への充電に供する電力を変更させるように、前記地域内の前記充電装置を制御する充電装置制御部、
前記地域における前記系統電力の供給量に対する需要の相対的な大きさに応じて、当該地域内の前記充電装置により供する電力の交換価値を調節する交換価値調節部
として機能させるプログラム。
