Description
The present invention relates to a hot water supply apparatus, and more particularly to a latent heat recovery type hot water supply apparatus capable of heating hot water by recovering latent heat of combustion gas.
When replacing an installed hot water storage type hot water supply device with an instantaneous type hot water supply device, there is a site where the installed exhaust pipe cannot be removed from the viewpoint of maintaining the appearance of the building.
In the field as described above, it is possible to cope with replacement of the hot water supply apparatus by leaving the existing exhaust pipe and inserting the exhaust pipe into the exhaust pipe. However, if the outer diameter of the exhaust pipe is large, the exhaust pipe cannot be installed in the exhaust cylinder, so it is necessary to reduce the diameter of the exhaust pipe. In order to maintain a stable combustion state even when the diameter of the exhaust pipe is reduced, it is necessary to employ an exhaust suction combustion system in the hot water supply apparatus.
This exhaust suction combustion type hot water supply apparatus is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-186617. In the hot water supply apparatus described in this publication, a heat exchanger for recovering sensible heat, a heat exchanger for recovering latent heat, and a fan are disposed downstream of the flow of combustion gas generated in the burner. Arranged in order. That is, in this type of hot water supply apparatus, the fan is disposed downstream of the flow of the combustion gas rather than the heat exchanger for recovering latent heat.
In the above-described exhaust suction combustion type hot water supply apparatus, since the fan is arranged downstream of the heat exchanger for recovering latent heat, air (from the outside of the hot water supply apparatus through the discharge pipe for discharging the drain ( Outside air) is taken inside. The direction of air flow in the discharge pipe is opposite to the direction in which the drain is discharged in the discharge pipe. For this reason, there is a problem that the drain is not easily discharged to the outside of the hot water supply apparatus through the discharge pipe, and is liable to stay in the heat exchanger for recovering latent heat.
Even if a drain seal such as the above drain pipe has a water seal structure that can block the intake of outside air due to the accumulation of drain, the drain pipe will pass through the drain pipe within the period until the drain accumulates and is sealed. Air is taken into the interior from the outside of the water heater. This causes the same problem as above.
This invention is made | formed in view of said subject, The objective is to provide the hot water supply apparatus with which a drain is hard to stay in a heat exchanger.
A hot water supply apparatus of the present invention is a latent heat recovery type hot water supply apparatus capable of heating hot water by recovering the latent heat of combustion gas, and comprises a burner, a heat exchanger, a fan, a drain discharge pipe, and an air passage pipe. And a pipe connection part. The burner is for generating combustion gas. The heat exchanger is for heating hot water flowing inside through heat exchange with combustion gas generated in the burner. The fan sucks the combustion gas after passing through the heat exchanger and discharges it to the outside of the hot water supply apparatus. The drain discharge pipe is connected to the heat exchanger in order to discharge the drain generated by collecting the latent heat in the heat exchanger to the outside of the heat exchanger. The air passage pipe is connected to the path of the combustion gas flow from the heat exchanger to the fan. The pipe connecting portion joins the drain discharge pipe and the air passage pipe, and connects the flow path after the joining to a discharge path communicating with the outside of the hot water supply apparatus. In the pipe connection portion, the diameter of the flow path on the air passage pipe side is larger than the diameter of the flow path on the drain discharge pipe side, and the diameter of the flow path on the discharge path side is larger than that on the drain discharge pipe side and the air passage pipe side. After the flow paths merge, they shrink.
According to the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, since it is an exhaust suction combustion type hot water supply apparatus, air is taken into the hot water supply apparatus from the outside of the hot water supply apparatus through the pipe connection portion. The diameter of the flow path on the air passage pipe side is larger than the diameter of the flow path on the drain discharge pipe side, and the diameter of the flow path on the discharge path side is reduced after joining the drain discharge pipe and the air passage pipe. doing. For this reason, the air that has entered the pipe connection section passes through the flow path on the discharge path side, passes through the flow path with a reduced diameter in the pipe connection section, then flows into the flow path with a larger diameter, and then drains. The flow is divided into both a flow path on the tube side and a flow path on the air passage tube side.
In the air flow path in the above-mentioned pipe connection part, a part of the air that flows into the flow path with a larger diameter from the flow path with a reduced diameter stays, whereby the flow path on the discharge path side and the drain discharge pipe side A region where air stays (hereinafter also referred to as a “stagnation region”) is generated between the first and second flow paths. Due to the occurrence of the stagnation region, the inflow of air from the flow path on the discharge path side to the drain discharge pipe side is suppressed. Therefore, it becomes easy to discharge the drain from the drain discharge pipe, and the drain is less likely to stay in the heat exchanger.
In the pipe connection part of the hot water supply device described above, the flow path on the discharge path side preferably extends in parallel with the flow path on the air passage pipe side.
As a result, air that has flowed into the discharge path from the outside of the hot water supply device easily flows from the flow path on the discharge path side into the flow path on the air passage tube side. Therefore, the drain is less likely to stay in the heat exchanger.
In the pipe connection part of the hot water supply device described above, the flow path on the discharge path side preferably extends so as to be orthogonal to the flow path on the drain discharge pipe side.
Thereby, the air that has flowed into the discharge path from the outside of the hot water supply device is less likely to flow into the flow path on the drain discharge pipe side. Therefore, the drain is less likely to stay in the heat exchanger.
In the above hot water supply apparatus, it is preferable that the apparatus further includes an exhaust box that constitutes at least a part of a flow path of the combustion gas between the heat exchanger and the fan, and the air passage pipe is connected to the exhaust box.
Even when the air passage pipe is connected to the exhaust box in this way, the air that enters the hot water supply apparatus from the outside of the hot water supply apparatus through the pipe connection section is divided into both the drain discharge pipe and the air passage pipe from the pipe connection section. Can do. This makes it difficult for the drain to stay in the heat exchanger as described above.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a hot water supply apparatus in which drain does not easily stay in the heat exchanger.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, the configuration of a hot water supply apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
Referring mainly to FIGS. 1 and 2, hot water supply device 1 of the present embodiment is an exhaust suction combustion type latent heat recovery type hot water supply device. The hot water supply device 1 includes a
The
Above the
Referring mainly to FIG. 2, the
Referring mainly to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the
The
In the
The
An
The
Referring mainly to FIGS. 2 and 4, the
The
Referring mainly to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the
This
The
Referring mainly to FIG. 4,
Referring mainly to FIG. 1, the
Referring mainly to FIG. 2, the combustion gas generated in the
Referring mainly to FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, the
The internal space of the
The
A
In order to discharge the drain in the
Referring mainly to FIGS. 1 and 6, the
With the above arrangement, in the three-way pipe joint 10d, the flow on the opening 10da side connected to the
A drain / branch branched from the
In the drain /
In the drain /
Referring to FIG. 6, in the three-way pipe joint 10d, the diameter DB of the flow path on the
The reduced portion 10dd is configured so that the virtual contact surface C of the flow path and the merge area on the drain
As shown in FIG. 6, in the three-way pipe joint 10d according to the present embodiment, the flow path is reduced immediately after the flow path on the
Referring mainly to FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Next, the operation and effect of the hot water supply apparatus of the present embodiment will be described in comparison with Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.
First, in the hot water supply apparatus of Comparative Example 1 shown in FIG. 7, the
The hot water supply apparatus of this comparative example is an exhaust suction combustion type hot water supply apparatus, similar to the hot water supply apparatus 1 of the present embodiment shown in FIG. In this type of hot water supply apparatus, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the air flowing direction (white arrow in the figure) in the
If the drain in the
On the other hand, according to the hot water supply apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the other end of the
As shown in FIG. 1, an
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, in the three-way pipe joint 10d, the diameter DB of the flow path on the
In the above air inflow path, when the diameter of the flow path suddenly changes when flowing from the reduced portion 10dd into the merged area, the air flow direction and flow velocity change greatly between the upstream side and the downstream side of the changed area. To do. Due to this change, a stagnation region where air stays is generated. This is because a part of air flows like a vortex due to the above change. This stagnation region is likely to occur in a region where the diameter of the flow path suddenly increases in the air flow direction.
If the reduced portion 10dd is provided with the contact surface A and the contact surface C kept in contact with each other as in the hot water supply apparatus of Comparative Example 2 shown in FIG. 8, the stagnation region is hatched with a hatched line in FIG. It tends to occur in the area shown. In addition, since it is as substantially the same as the structure of the hot water supply apparatus of this Embodiment mentioned above in the structure of the comparative example other than this, the description is not repeated. This stagnation area is not located between the flow path on the drain
On the other hand, according to the hot water supply apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the reduced portion 10dd is provided so that the contact surface A and the contact surface C are separated as shown in FIG. In this case, the stagnation region is likely to occur in a region indicated by hatching in FIG. Since this stagnation region is located between the flow path on the drain
The degree of reduction of the reduction portion 10dd is not particularly limited, but in order to generate a stagnation region that can sufficiently suppress the flow of air to the
In the hot water supply device 1 of the present embodiment described above, the flow path on the drain
In the hot water supply apparatus 1 of the present embodiment described above, the flow path on the drain
In the present embodiment, when the diameter DC of the reduced portion 10dd of the three-way pipe joint 10d is larger than the diameter DA of the flow path on the
On the other hand, when the diameter DC of the reduced portion 10dd of the three-way pipe joint 10d is equal to or smaller than the diameter DA of the flow path on the
In the configuration shown in FIG. 1, the configuration in which the
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, the
Thereby, the
Referring to FIG. 4, the
Since this region R is a region facing the
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, by connecting the
Further, in the present embodiment, the exhaust suction combustion type hot water supply apparatus 1 is used as described above, and therefore, even when the diameter of the
In a so-called exhaust pushing hot water supply apparatus, a fan, a burner, a primary heat exchanger, and a secondary heat exchanger are arranged in this order from the upstream side to the downstream side of the flow of combustion gas. That is, the combustion gas generated in the burner flows into the exhaust pipe outside the hot water supply device through the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger by the fan.
The combustion gas pushed out of the fan is subjected to flow resistance by the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger before reaching the exhaust pipe, so the blowing pressure of the combustion gas immediately before the exhaust pipe is equal to this flow resistance. Lower. For this reason, in order to push combustion gas into the exhaust pipe having a small diameter, it is necessary to increase the blowing pressure by the fan. However, if the fan blowing pressure is increased, the internal pressure in the burner case increases. For this reason, when the supply pressure of the fuel gas supplied to the burner is low, the combustion operation becomes unstable.
On the other hand, according to the exhaust suction combustion system of the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment described in detail above, the hot water supply device 1 provided with the
Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the three-way pipe joint is so arranged that the central axis of the flow path on the drain
Further, as shown in FIG. 12, in the three-way pipe joint 10d, the lower side of the contact surface A in the figure (the position closest to the flow path on the drain
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, in the three-way pipe joint 10d, after the
10 to 13 other than the configuration described above is substantially the same as the configuration of the hot water supply device 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, and thus the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals.
