Claims (14)
- 各送信器モジュールが受信器に誘導的に電力を送信するため他の送信器モジュールと接続される送信器モジュールの装置であって、前記装置の送信器モジュールは、少なくとも一つの送信器セルと、電源を共有するための隣接する送信器モジュールと接続するための相互接続ユニットとを有し、各送信器セルが受信器へ電力を送信する一つの送信器コイルを持ち、前記送信器モジュールは、電力送信表面を形成するため隣接する送信器モジュールに適合するように形づくられている外周を持ち、前記少なくとも一つの送信器セルは、前記電力送信表面が前記電力送信表面に延在している隣接する送信器コイルの連続的なパターンにより構成されるように配置され、
前記送信器モジュールの前記外周が正六角形の外周の部分に従って形づくられた、送信器モジュールの装置。 - 前記送信器モジュールは、送信器セルの第1層及び送信器セルの少なくとも一つの他の層を有し、前記他の層の送信器コイルが第1層の少なくとも2つの送信器コイルに重なっている、請求項1に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記外周が、ステップ形状プロフィールを具備し、前記他の層が前記外周の一部で第1層を越えて延在する、請求項2に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記送信器モジュールの前記外周が、第1の周辺位置に延長部分と、第2の周辺位置に相補的切り欠き部分とを具備し、第1の周辺位置は、前記延長部分及び前記切り欠き部分を介して機械的固定を供給するため隣接するモジュールの第2の周辺位置と隣接している、請求項1に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記相互接続ユニットは、前記隣接する送信器モジュールの雌コネクタと接続するための雄型ピンであって、前記電力送信表面と平行の前記雄型ピンと、前記隣接する送信器モジュールの雄コネクタと接続するため、又は、前記電力送信表面と平行の連結管ピンを介して前記隣接する送信器モジュールの雌コネクタと接続するための雌コネクタと、前記隣接する送信器モジュールの雌コネクタと接続するための雄コネクタであって、前記雄型ピンが前記電力送信表面に垂直である、当該雄コネクタと、前記隣接する送信器モジュールの雄コネクタと接続するため、又は、前記電力送信表面に垂直である連結管ピンを介して前記隣接する送信器モジュールの雌コネクタと接続するための雌コネクタと、接触ばねを介して接続可能な接触領域を持つコネクタとのうちの少なくとも一つを有する構成を持つ、請求項1に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記相互接続ユニットは、逆接続安全性を供給するために、前記送信器モジュールが意図されたように配置されるとき、第1の周辺位置及び第2の周辺位置は整合し、前記送信器モジュールが意図されたように配置されていないとき、第1の周辺位置及び第2の周辺位置は整合しない、第1の周辺位置の周囲に沿って配置された接続部及び第2の周辺位置の前記隣接する送信器モジュールの相補的接続と、前記送信器モジュールが前記電力送信表面に配置されるとき、中央の位置が前記隣接する送信器モジュールの中央の位置と整合する当該中央の位置に関して複製となる、周囲に沿って配置された接続と、前記相互接続ユニット間の交差したワイヤ連結管を有する接続と、前記送信器モジュールが前記電力送信表面に配置されるとき中央の位置が整合する当該中央の位置で、周囲に沿って配置された同軸の接続と、前記送信器モジュールが前記電力送信表面に配置されるとき、中央の位置が整合する当該中央の位置で前記電力送信表面に垂直に積み重なって配置された接続とのうちの少なくとも一つを有する電気的構成を持つ、請求項1又は5に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記相互接続ユニットが、前記送信器モジュールと前記他の送信器モジュールとの間の通信接続を供給する、請求項1に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記相互接続ユニットは、少なくとも2つの別々の電力供給信号と、共通の通信バスと、ローカル通信バスと、仮想の共通の通信バスと、接続されたモジュール検知信号と、同期化信号とのうちの少なくとも一つを有する接続のために配置される、請求項7に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記送信器モジュールは、更に、前記送信器モジュールから受信器への電力送信を制御するためのコントローラを有し、前記コントローラは、前記電力送信表面に配置される種々異なる送信器モジュールの送信器セル間の電力制御を調整することと、前記電力送信表面に配置された他の送信器モジュールに関して、前記送信器モジュールの位置及び向きを決定することと、前記電力送信表面に配置された異なる送信器モジュールの少なくとも一つの他の送信器セルで少なくとも送信器セルをグループ化することと、前記電力送信表面に配置された異なる送信器モジュール間に位置される受信器を検出することとのうちの少なくとも一つのために配置される、請求項1、7又は8に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記送信器モジュールは、前記送信器モジュールを識別するための識別情報と、各送信器セルを識別するための送信器セルアドレス情報と、送信器モジュールタイプを識別するためのタイプ情報とのうちの少なくとも一つを保存するためのメモリを有し、前記コントローラは、前記相互接続ユニットを介して、前記電力送信表面に配置される異なる送信器モジュールの上記情報の少なくとも一つを送信する、請求項9に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 前記コントローラは、ユーザインタフェースを持つ制御装置を介して、位置及び向き情報を受信することと、前記送信器モジュールの接続の間、隣接する送信器モジュールの少なくとも一つの制御信号を検出することと、前記送信器モジュールの装置を有するモジュラ電力送信システムのマスターコントローラと通信することと、隣接する送信器モジュールと通信することとのうちの少なくとも一つにより、前記電力送信表面に配置される他の送信器モジュールに関して前記送信器モジュールの位置及び向きを決定する、請求項9に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 補充モジュールを更に有し、前記補充モジュールは、電力送信表面を形成する隣接する送信器モジュールへの少なくとも一つの向きに適合するように形づくられている少なくとも一つの外周部分と少なくとも一つの他の周囲部分とを持ち、送信器モジュールに隣接する外周部分は、前記隣接する送信器モジュールの外周に従って形づくられ、送信器モジュールに隣接していない他の周囲部分は、前記電力送信表面へ直線の境界を付与するために直線である、請求項1に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 拡張モジュールを更に有し、前記拡張モジュールは、電力送信表面を形成する隣接する送信器モジュールへの少なくとも一つの向きに適合するように形づくられている少なくとも一つの外周部分を持ち、送信器モジュールに隣接する外周部分は、前記隣接する送信器モジュールの外周に従って形づくられ、前記拡張モジュールは、隣接する送信器モジュールへ電源を供給するための相互接続ユニット、異なる送信器モジュール間の通信若しくは電力送信を制御するためのシステムコントローラ、異なる送信器モジュール間の通信若しくは電力送信を制御可能にするためのオペレーショナルインタフェース、又は、異なる送信器モジュール若しくは受信器間のデータ送信若しくは通信を可能にするためのデータインタフェースを有する、請求項1に記載の送信器モジュールの装置。
- 送信器モジュールが受信器に誘導的に電力を送信するために接続される、請求項1に記載の送信器モジュールの装置を有する、モジュラ電力送信システム。
