Claims (7)
- そのコア(4,24)内に複数の電子ディスプレイ・ユニット(10)を有するカード(38,48)を大量生産する際の中間生成品(40,52,54)において、
前記中間生成品(40,52,54)は、複数の開口(46)を有する不透明なプラスティック材料シート(42)で形成され、
前記複数の開口(46)は、前記複数の電子ディスプレイ・ユニット(10)用の複数のウインドウを規定し、
複数の透明材料部分(44)が、前記複数の開口(46)内にそれぞれ配置され、前記不透明なプラスティック材料シート(42)に組み込まれる
ことを特徴とするカードを大量生産する際の中間生成品。 - 前記複数の透明材料部分(44)の各透明材料部分は透明なプレートで形成され、前記透明なプレートが、前記複数の開口(46)の各開口内に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の中間生成品。 - 複数のプリントされたパターン(14)が、前記不透明なプラスティック材料シート(42)表面に配置されており、
透明なフィルム(12)が、前記不透明なプラスティック材料シート(42)の前記複数のプリントされたパターン(14)が配置されている側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の中間生成品。 - 接着層(34)が、前記透明なフィルム(12)と前記透明材料部分(44)が開口(46)内に配置された不透明なプラスティック材料シート(42)との間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の中間生成品。 - 請求項2記載の中間生成品(40,52,54)を製造する方法において、
(A)複数の透明なプレート(44)を形成するステップと、
(B)前記(A)ステップで形成された複数の透明なプレート(44)を、プラスティック材料シート(42)の開口(46)内に配置するステップと、
(C)前記複数の透明なプレートを前記開口(46)内に、溶接方法、接着方法、積層方法のいずれかにより、保持するステップと
を有し、
前記(C)ステップの溶接方法、接着方法、積層方法のいずれかにより、前記各透明なプレート(44)の側面が対応する前記開口(46)の側面に取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の中間生成品を製造する方法。 - 請求項4記載の中間生成品(40,52,54)を製造する方法において、
(A)複数の透明なプレート(44)を形成するステップと、
(B)前記(A)ステップで形成された透明なプレート(44)を、プラスティック材料シート(42)の開口(46)内に配置するステップと、
(C)接着層(34)が付着した透明なフィルム(12)を、前記(A)−(B)ステップで形成したプラスティック材料シート(42)の面に当てて配置するステップと
を有し、
前記接着層(34)が、前記透明なプレート(44)を対応する前記開口(46)内に保持する
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の中間生成品を製造する方法。 - 前記(C)ステップの前に、
(X)前記不透明なプラスティック材料シート(42)の面に複数のパターンを印刷するステップ
を更に有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の方法。
