Description
本出願は、2010年11月1日に出願された米国仮出願第61/408,800号の利益および優先権を主張し、この仮出願の内容全体が参照によって本明細書に援用される。
(1.技術分野)
本開示は、外科手術器具を関節接合させることと、回転させることとに関する。より具体的には、本開示は、クリップアプライヤなどの外科手術器具、外科手術ステープラなどの内視鏡部分の関節接合および回転を可能にする連結器に関する。
内視鏡ステープラおよびクリップアプライヤは、当該分野において公知であり、複数の独特で有用な外科手術処置に用いられる。腹腔鏡外科手術処置の場合、腹部の内部へのアクセスは、皮膚における小さな入口切開部を通って挿入される細い管またはカニューレを通って達成される。体の他の場所で行われる最小侵襲性処置は、しばしば概して内視鏡処置と呼ばれる。典型的には、管またはカニューレデバイスは、アクセスポートを提供する入口切開部を通って患者の体内に延ばされる。ポートは、外科医がトロカールを用いてそして切開部から遠くに隔たったところで外科手術処置を行うために複数の異なる外科手術器具をポートを通って挿入することを可能にする。

該駆動アセンブリの周りに位置を定められる電気連結構成要素と、
該ハウジング内から該細長い管状部材の中に延びる電気ワイヤであって、該電気ワイヤは、該電気連結構成要素の周りに巻き付けられ、該電気連結構成要素は、該細長い管状部材が該長手方向軸の周りに回転することを可能にしながら、該電気ワイヤが該ハウジングおよび該細長い管状部材内に固定されることを可能にする、電気ワイヤと
を備えている、外科手術装置。

上記らせん形カムスロットは、上記内側バンドを約700°横切る、上記項目のいずれかに記載の外科手術装置。

中立移動止めが、上記長手方向カムスロットに沿った中途に規定され、上記細長い管状部材の中立位置の触覚指標を提供する、上記項目のいずれかに記載の外科手術装置。
(項目7)
上記細長い管状部材は、上記長手方向カムスロットの近位端または遠位端のいずれかに対抗して動作する上記ボールベアリングによるさらなる回転を防止する、上記項目のいずれかに記載の外科手術装置。
(項目8)
上記電気連結構成要素は、固定部材と、回転可能部材とを含み、該固定部材は、上記ハウジングによって長手方向運動および回転運動の両方が防止され、該回転可能部材は、該固定部材および該ハウジングの両方に対して回転可能である、上記項目のいずれかに記載の外科手術装置。

上記回転可能部材は、管状スプールを含み、該管状スプールは、上記電気ワイヤに該管状スプールに沿った所定の経路を提供する螺旋状溝を規定する、上記項目のいずれかに記載の外科手術装置。
(項目10)
上記固定部材は、該固定部材を通る上記電気ワイヤに経路を提供する第1の通路を規定し、上記回転可能部材は、該回転可能部材を通る該電気ワイヤに経路を提供する第2の通路を規定する、上記項目のいずれかに記載の外科手術装置。
(項目11)
体組織において外科処置を実行する外科手術装置であって、該外科手術装置は、
ハウジングと、
該ハウジングに回転可能に接続される細長い部材と、
固定部材と回転可能部材とを有する電気連結インタフェースであって、該固定部材および該回転可能部材のうちの1つは、そこから延びるスプールを有し、該スプールは、該固定部材および該回転可能部材のもう一方に接続している、電気連結インタフェースと、
第1の部分と第2の部分と第3の部分とを有するワイヤであって、該ワイヤの第1の部分は該ハウジングに対して固定位置にあり、該ワイヤの第2の部分は該スプールの周りに巻き付けられ、該ワイヤの第3の部分は該細長い部材に対して拘束される、ワイヤと
を備えている、外科手術装置。

Claims (19)

該ハウジングから該細長い管状部材の該中央内腔の中に延びる駆動アセンブリと、
該駆動アセンブリの周りに位置を定められる電気連結構成要素と、
該ハウジング内から該細長い管状部材の中に延びるワイヤであって、該ワイヤは、該電気連結構成要素の周りに巻き付けられ、該電気連結構成要素は、該細長い管状部材が該長手方向軸の周りに回転することを可能にしながら、該ワイヤが該ハウジングおよび該細長い管状部材内に固定されることを可能にする、ワイヤと
を備え、
該電気連結構成要素は、固定部材と回転可能部材とを含み、該固定部材は、該ハウジングによって長手方向運動および回転運動の両方が防止され、該回転可能部材は、該固定部材および該ハウジングの両方に対して回転可能である、外科手術装置。 - 前記細長い管状部材に接続される電気構成要素をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の外科手術装置。

第1の部分と第2の部分と第3の部分とを有するワイヤであって、該ワイヤの第1の部分は該ハウジングに対して固定位置にあり、該ワイヤの第2の部分は該スプールの周りに巻き付けられ、該ワイヤの第3の部分は該細長い部材に対して拘束される、ワイヤと
