Description
Claims (7)
- 進行する鋼板の少なくとも一側に配置される装置支持体と、
前記装置支持体に前記鋼板を向くように配置される磁場発生ポール、及び前記磁場発生ポールの鋼板側端に鋼板吸引力を与えるように構成されたポール拡張部を含む鋼板安定化手段と
を含み、
前記鋼板安定化手段は、前記磁場発生ポールが磁性体からなるコア部材及び前記コア部材に巻かれる電磁気コイルで構成されるコイル型鋼板安定化手段、並びに前記磁場発生ポールが永久磁石または電磁石で形成される磁石型鋼板安定化手段のいずれか一つを含んで前記鋼板の形状の矯正または振動の抑制を具現できるように構成され、
前記ポール拡張部の幅は、前記コイル型鋼板安定化手段の前記コア部材に巻かれる前記電磁気コイルの直径の、または前記磁石型鋼板安定化手段の前記磁場発生ポールの厚さの1.5〜5倍に形成される、鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記装置支持体には少なくとも一つの鋼板安定化手段が配置され、
前記装置支持体は前記鋼板の幅方向に少なくとも一つ配列される、請求項1に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記磁場発生ポールは前記装置支持体に複数設けられ、
複数の前記磁場発生ポールは、前記鋼板の進行方向において前記装置支持体に互いに対して独立して設けられまたは連結部を介して連結される、請求項1に記載の鋼板安定化装置。 - 前記連結部を介して互いに連結される複数の前記磁場発生ポールの少なくとも一つに前記電磁気コイルが巻かれる、請求項3に記載の鋼板安定化装置。
- 前記コイル型鋼板安定化手段の前記電磁気コイルは、前記コア部材に並列に設けられる、請求項1に記載の鋼板安定化装置。
- 前記ポール拡張部と前記鋼板との間隙を測定するように構成される渦電流センサー及び距離計センサーの少なくとも一つをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板安定化装置。
- 前記装置支持体及び前記装置支持体に装着された磁場発生ポールのいずれか一つまたは両方に設けられる冷却手段をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板安定化装置。
