Description
The present invention relates to a microbubble nanobubble generating apparatus that generates nanobubbles from microbubbles.
Microbubbles are names for fine bubbles with a diameter of 50 μm or less, and those with a small diameter of 1 μm that are generated during the reduction process are called nanobubbles. As a method for obtaining microbubbles, a pressure-reduced pressure method and a gas-liquid (cutting) cutting method are known. In order to generate micro bubbles, a nozzle for generating fine bubbles is used in the last step. This nozzle is used to make microbubbles into microbubbles, and its basic configuration is almost fixed as seen in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-043642.
Methods and apparatuses for generating nanobubbles are also known, and various types have been proposed. However, conventional methods and devices for producing nanobubbles are generally special and expensive compared to producing microbubbles. For example, according to the method for producing nanobubbles disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-245817, as means for applying physical stimulation to microbubbles contained in a liquid, discharge by a discharge generator, ultrasonic waves by an ultrasonic oscillator, Although means and methods including flow by operating a rotating body are listed, each has a problem that a special device is required.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and its object is to make it possible to make microbubbles into nanobubbles without using a special or special apparatus. Another object of the present invention is to provide a microbubble nanobubble generation device that can be continuously nanobubbled on the extension of microbubble generation by adding a relatively simple element to the microbubble generation device. It is.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention mixes a gas taken in from a gas intake unit and a liquid taken in from a liquid intake unit, and sends out the obtained gas-liquid mixed fluid from a pump, By applying expansion, contraction, and stirring to the gas-liquid mixed fluid, a microbubble generating unit having a nozzle hole that generates microbubbles and ejects them to the outside, and has a winding diameter and the number of windings of a predetermined radius. A nanobubble generator having a spiral flow path wound in a spiral shape, and the microbubble generator is provided with a nozzle body, and the nozzle body has an inlet into which gas-liquid mixed fluid flows at one end. A hollow nozzle case having an end face where the fluid collides with the other end, and a resistance to the moving fluid in the interior from the inlet to the wall surface of the hollow nozzle case. An expansion / contraction stirrer installed to make the nozzle face formed in the peripheral surface so as to surround the end face from the fluid flow direction outward in order to eject the fluid after colliding with the end face to the outside. The nozzle case has a coupling means with the fluid supply side on the outer peripheral surface on the inlet side, and a part of the expansion / contraction stirring unit is pressurized against the fluid supply side when coupled with the fluid supply side. The expansion / contraction stirring part has a shape protruding in the fluid flow direction at the center part, and has a filter member made of an elastic material, and between the filter member and the spacer ring, It has a configuration in which a collision plate having a small hole through which a fluid is allowed to pass is disposed, and one end of the helical flow channel is connected to a microbubble generating unit, and nanobubbles are connected from the other end of the helical flow channel. Configure to spill In which it took measures that.
As clearly shown in the above configuration, the apparatus of the present invention includes a gas-liquid mixed fluid generation unit, a microbubble generation unit, and a nanobubble generation unit. Among these, the gas-liquid mixed fluid generating unit and the microbubble generating unit are also used for generating microbubbles in the present inventor and are well known. Therefore, in the apparatus of the present invention, the nanobubble generator corresponds to a relatively simple element added on the extension of the microbubble generator.
The gas-liquid mixed fluid generation unit has a basic configuration in which the gas taken in from the gas intake unit and the liquid taken in from the liquid intake unit are mixed and the obtained gas-liquid mixed fluid is sent out from the pump. For example, air is formed into fine bubbles and mixed with water by the gas-liquid mixed fluid generation unit, and many of the fine bubbles at this stage are larger than 50 μm in diameter. In addition to air and water, for example, gas such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen and ozone, or various functional waters such as medical sterilizing water, washing water, electrolyzed water, and ozone water mainly containing water. (According to the Japan Society of Functional Hydrology), and all kinds of liquids such as food additives.
The microbubble generating unit includes a nozzle hole for generating microbubbles by applying expansion, contraction, and stirring to the gas-liquid mixed fluid and ejecting the microbubbles to the outside. For example, the microbubble generator is provided with a nozzle body having one end opened as an inlet and the other end closed as an end face, and having a nozzle hole in a radial direction at the other closed end as described later. ing. In this case, the gas-liquid mixed fluid flows into the hollow interior from the inlet at one end of the nozzle, is changed to a fine bubble by the expansion / contraction stirrer, changes its direction in the radial direction, and is ejected from the nozzle hole to the outside. In the microbubble generating unit, it is desirable that the microbubble generation proceeds in three stages in the compression / expansion member, the filter unit, and the nozzle hole as described above. The microbubbles can be generated stably.
The nanobubble generator has a spiral flow path wound in a spiral shape having a winding diameter and the number of turns of a predetermined radius. The gas-liquid mixed fluid that has passed through the upstream microbubble generator and is filled with microbubbles composed of microbubbles flows into the nanobubble generator and is converted into nanobubbles while passing through the helical channel. The conversion of microbubbles into nanobubbles by such an apparatus has been identified by an applicant company engaged in the manufacture and sale of microbubble generation apparatuses. Specifically, when a helical member is connected to the microbubble generator and the microbubble generator is operated, the gas-liquid mixed fluid that appears to turn white if microbubbles changes from white to almost colorless and transparent. Recognizing the changing facts, we confirmed that nanobubbles are progressing.
The other end of the helical flow path in the nanobubble generating part is connected to a liquid tank that stores nanobubbles, and the liquid tank and the liquid intake part of the gas-liquid mixed fluid generating part are connected by a circulation path. This is desirable for the present invention. The gas-liquid mixed fluid composed of microbubbles does not turn into 100% nanobubbles just after passing through the nanobubble generation unit, but it is possible to promote nanobubble formation by circulating through the circulation path. However, even when a circulating water tank is used, a method of always adding clean water and draining at a constant water level in the water tank can also be adopted. Moreover, the method of pouring nano bubble water on a target object without collecting in a water tank can also be taken.
The helical channel can be formed by, for example, a tube made of synthetic resin, and the tube is configured by closely winding a single continuous tube. Leads to. As for the tube, one made of metal, synthetic resin or other material can be used, and the winding method is also such that the coil elements are wound at intervals like a compression coil spring. In addition, the winding method of the tubular body in the present invention can be appropriately selected so that there are some in which coil elements are wound in close contact like a coil spring such as a tension spring.
Note that microbubbles are described as, for example, a supersaturation phenomenon of gas dissolution, and the size of the microbubbles is variously defined depending on the field. Therefore, the range of 50 to 1 μm in diameter is a microbubble, but in the present invention, the one having a diameter between them is when microbubbles are ejected from the microbubble generator. Those having a diameter of less than 1 μm are referred to as nanobubbles. Therefore, in the present invention, the above is defined as nanobubbles. The microbubbles generated in this way pass through the helical flow path of the nanobubble generating part, and some of the microbubbles flowing out from the other end are nanobubbled.
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, a gas-liquid mixed fluid composed of microbubbles can be removed from a helical channel composed of an arbitrary material without using a special or special device. By passing the formed nanobubble generation unit, the microbubbles can be converted into nanobubbles. In addition, according to the present invention, by adding a relatively simple element made of a synthetic resin tube as a spiral flow path to the microbubble generating device, the microbubble generating device can be continuously extended on extension of microbubble generation. It is possible to provide a microbubble nanobubble generation apparatus that enables nanobubble generation.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 shows an example of a

Specifically, the
The above-described

The
In the expansion /
The expansion /
Therefore, the spring constants of the spacer rings 32 and 33 are k 1 and k 2 , the spring constant of the
The
The gas-liquid mixed fluid flows from the
The
The
The
The
a. Inner diameter of tube: 10 to 30 mm
b. Helical winding diameter r: 120-300mm
c. Total length of spiral part: 10-30m
In FIG. 5, 15 b is an upstream inflow port through which microbubbles flow in, and 15 c is a downstream outflow port through which nanobubbles flow out. In addition, the water flow containing a microbubble may be flowed in the reverse direction of the said
Furthermore, in the
When the
The
The gas-liquid mixed fluid containing the nanobubbles NB and the microbubbles MB generated by the
The
