Claims (6)
- 生体の刺激部位に貼着される刺激電極と、
前記生体の刺激部位と貼着された前記刺激電極との間に介装される外因性発痛物質と発熱物質の少なくともいずれか一つと、
生体の刺激部位に、前記外因性発痛物質と前記発熱物質の少なくとも一方を介装した状態で貼着された刺激電極に対し、前記生体の所望の神経線維を選択的に刺激する電源供給を行う刺激電源部と
を具備することを特徴とする痛覚神経刺激装置。 - 刺激電極は、先端を皮膚内に僅かに刺して用いる第1電極と、前記第1電極の周囲に導通せずに配置され皮膚に接触させて用いる第2の電極とにより構成され、
刺激電源部は、前記第1電極の電気的極性を+極と−極のいずれか一方とし前記第2電極の電気的極性をいずれか他方としたパルス信号を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の痛覚神経刺激装置。 - 前記外因性発痛物質は、少なくとも、カプサイシン、サンショオール、ジンゲロン、カンフル、アリルイソチオシアネート、メントールのいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の痛覚神経刺激装置。
- 前記発熱物質は、金属の酸化反応による発熱を用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の痛覚神経刺激装置。
- 前記外因性発痛物質と前記発熱物質の少なくともいずれか一つは、前記刺激電極部と一体形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の痛覚神経刺激装置。
- 前記外因性発痛物質と前記発熱物質の少なくともいずれか一つは、ワセリンにより希釈されて介装されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の痛覚神経刺激装置。
