Claims (11)
- 高温液状スラグが最初トラフに注がれ、ついで固体金属粒子が、高温液状スラグが収容されている前記トラフ中に少なくとも1mの高さから落下されることによって、高温液状スラグは固体金属粒子と混合されて固化したガラス質の固体金属粒子混合スラグケーキが生成され、該スラグケーキは破砕されて高温スラグ粒子及び加熱固体粒子が生成され、これら粒子は冷却され、前記固体金属粒子はリサイクルされる方法であって、前記固体金属粒子は少なくとも2.5g/cm 3 の密度と、少なくとも2mmの直径を有することを特徴とする高温液状スラグ乾燥粒状化方法。
- 高温液状スラグ及び固体金属粒子が注がれるトラフがトラフ型ベルトコンベヤまたは回転ドラムに一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温液状スラグ乾燥粒状化方法。
- 前記固体金属粒子が球状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の高温液状スラグ乾燥粒状化方法。
- 前記固体金属粒子の直径が80mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の高温液状スラグ乾燥粒状化方法。
- 前記固体金属粒子が、鉄、スチール、銅、クロム、アルミニウム、それらの合金、及び他金属との合金から選択される金属から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の高温液状スラグ乾燥粒状化方法。
- 高温スラグ粒子及び加熱された固体金属粒子が、熱交換機中へ充填され、冷却ガスの逆流によって冷却され、及び該熱交換機から放出される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の高温液状スラグ乾燥粒状化方法であって、
前記熱交換機は複数のサブユニットに分割され、該サブユニットのそれぞれには粒子取込みポート、粒子放出ポート、冷却ガス取り入れポート及び冷却ガス排出ポートが備えられ、前記サブユニットの少なくとも1つに前記粒子取込みポートを通して高温粒子が充填され、冷却された粒子が前記少なくとも1つのサブユニットから前記粒子放出ポートを通して放出され、前記冷却ガス取り入れポート及び前記冷却ガス排出ポートは粒子の充填/放出期間中は閉じられ、及び粒子の充填及び放出と同時に他のサブユニットの少なくとも1つが冷却ガス取り入れポートを通した冷却ガス流の注入と前記冷却ガス排出ポートを通した加熱された冷却ガスの排出によって冷却され、前記粒子取込みポート及び前記粒子放出ポートは粒子の冷却期間中は閉じられ、加熱された冷却ガスはエネルギー回収に利用されることを特徴とする高温液状スラグ乾燥粒状化方法。 - スラグ粒子及び固体金属粒子が、熱交換機サブユニット中へ充填される前に、プレチャンバー中へ充填されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の乾燥粒状化方法。
- スラグ粒子及び固体金属粒子が、熱交換機サブユニットから放出された後に、ポストチャンバー中へ充填されることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の乾燥粒状化方法。
- 前記サブユニットの少なくとも1つに前記粒子取込ポートを通して高温スラグ粒子及び加熱された固体金属粒子が充填され、同時に冷却されたスラグ及び金属粒子が放出されることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の乾燥粒状化方法。
- 前記熱交換機サブユニットが1.2〜4バールの圧力下で作動されることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の乾燥粒状化方法。
- 高温液状スラグがスラグケーキに固化され、固体金属粒子との混合によって約650〜750℃まで冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の乾燥粒状化方法。
