Description
The present invention provides conductive by the heating means of the air heater or the like relates to an electric water heater for heating the liquid (water For example) in the liquid container, more particularly electric kettle steam-less structure which is adapted not emit vapors when kettle outside it relates to the vessel.
Electrical water heaters are generally liquid fluid of the inner container and the inner container to put the (water For example) (e.g., water) for covering the container body with a heating means for heating the, the upper opening of the container body A vapor discharge port for discharging vapor to the outside when boiling is provided on the upper surface of the lid.
The steam exhaust port introduces steam from the steam inlet port portion on the inner surface side of the lid, passes through the steam discharge passage through the overturn stop valve, and extends upward from the slit-shaped steam discharge port formed on the upper surface side to the indoor space. It is made to discharge (for example, refer patent document 1).
As a result, the pressure in the inner container at the time of boiling decreases, and the liquid (for example, hot water) in the inner container boils in a smooth shape, and after the boiling for a predetermined time is continued, the temperature is kept as needed. It will be transferred to the state.
However, in the case of the electric water heater having the above-described configuration, there are cases where the electric water heater is used while being placed on the floor surface. In such a case, a child or the like may touch the steam discharged from the steam discharge port. Moreover, if a large amount of steam is emitted, the humidity in the room becomes high, the bran and the wallpaper become wet, and if the boiling state continues more than necessary, there is a problem that power consumption increases.
Therefore, it is preferable to prevent the steam itself from being emitted to the outside or to reduce the amount of generated steam itself by some method.
In this regard, an electric rice cooker or the like has already been proposed in which steam is not discharged from a steam outlet formed in the lid (see Patent Document 2).
However, it is impossible to apply the technology in an electric rice cooker or the like to an electric water heater. For example, in the case of a type in which the steam path is cooled by passing it through a water tank, when the steam path is submerged, the steam outlet is blocked, and a dangerous state of natural discharge from the discharge port unique to the electric water heater occurs.
In addition, there is a possibility that the inside of the inner container becomes negative pressure after boiling, and the water in the water tank may be sucked up.If the hot water is discharged, there is a possibility that a malfunction peculiar to an electric water heater such as sucking up the water in the water tank may occur. is there.
Furthermore, in the case of using a fan to cool the steam to a temperature where it cannot be seen, it is very costly and the lid of the electric water heater is often detachable. There are problems such as inability.
As described above, in the case of an electric water heater, there is a problem that it is preferable not to emit steam itself or to reduce the amount of steam generated itself.
The present invention has been Do to solve the problem as this, by eliminating the steam discharge port for discharging the steam and opens to the outside from the steam outlet such lid of the lid upper surface, An object of the present invention is to provide an electric water heater having a steam-less structure in which steam is not emitted to the outside .
(1) First Problem Solving Means In the present invention, as a first means for solving the above-mentioned problems , an inner container that contains a liquid, a heating means that heats the inner container , the inner container and the heating means. A container main body, a lid that covers the upper opening of the container main body, and an upper opening of the container main body that corresponds to the rear end of the lid when the lid is covered a vapor sensor, the a steam system path provided in the lid body, the steam generated in the inner container is an electric water heater comprising as condensation in the process of flowing in the steam path, the steam the system path, a steam inlet which opens into the inner container, and the vapor outlet opening in the lid outside without opening directly to the outside space after the lid corresponding steam introduced from the steam inlet to the steam sensor After passing through the end And a steam cooling passage for guiding the steam passing through the steam detection passage in the direction of the steam outlet while changing the direction to the left and right, and the steam cooling passage and the steam detection passage, It is characterized in that is directed Ke down slope on the steam inlet side.
With the configuration like this, when the start of the boiling of water in the inner container is steam exiting, the steam is introduced into the vapor detection passage from the steam inlet, the flow to the rear end portion of the lid corresponding to the vapor sensor Then, it is detected by the steam sensor at the rear end portion that the water has boiled quickly, and for example, the heating means is controlled from the hot water state to the heat retaining state. As a result, the subsequent steam generation amount is quickly reduced.
Then, the steam that has passed through the rear end portion of the lid body is supplied to the steam cooling passage that leads to the steam outlet direction while changing the direction to the left and right through the downstream portion of the steam detection passage that is U-turned and extends forward. By flowing over time in the direction of the steam outlet while changing the direction to the left and right, most things are surely condensed. Then, as described above, the condensed water that has condensed is returned to the steam inlet through the steam cooling passage and the steam detection passage inclined downward toward the steam inlet side, and is returned to the inner container from the steam inlet. The
As a result, almost no steam is discharged from the steam outlet portion on the steam system end side, and the steam outlet itself does not open directly to the external space, for example, corresponding to a predetermined portion inside the container body. Since it is opened outside the lid in a state, steam is not directly discharged from the lid to the outside.
Therefore, it is not necessary to form a steam discharge port on the upper surface of the lid as in the prior art, and the steam itself does not come out from the water heater body. Humidity does not increase.
(2) Second Problem Solving Means In the present invention, as a second means for solving the above-described problems , an inner container that contains a liquid, a heating means that heats the inner container , the inner container and the heating means. a container body accommodating a, is supported so as to be opened and closed on the rear end side of the upper side opening of the container body, a lid for covering the upper side opening of the container body, the upper side opening of the container body Steam generated in the inner container, and provided with a steam sensor corresponding to a rear end portion of the lid on the shaft support portion side when the lid is covered, and a steam path provided in the lid. An electric water heater in which dew condensation occurs in the process of flowing in the steam path , wherein the steam system path is opened to the outside of the lid without opening directly to the external space and the steam inlet opening in the inner container a vapor outlet that is, from the steam inlet A steam detection passage that guides the introduced steam to the front after passing through the rear end of the lid corresponding to the steam sensor, and the steam outlet while changing the direction of the steam that has passed through the steam detection passage left and right A steam cooling passage that leads in a direction, and each of the steam cooling passage and the steam detection passage is inclined downward toward the steam inlet side, and the rear end of the steam detection passage corresponding to the steam sensor An opening is provided in the portion for allowing the steam sensor to face when the lid is covered, and for returning the condensed water in the steam cooling passage and the steam detection passage to the inner container when the lid is opened. It is characterized by that.
According to such a configuration, when boiling of water in the inner container starts and steam is emitted, the steam is introduced into the steam detection passage from the steam inlet, and the rear end portion on the shaft support side of the lid corresponding to the steam sensor It is detected that the steam sensor has boiled quickly at the rear end portion, and for example, the heating means is controlled from a hot water state to a heat retaining state.
In addition, in the case of the above-described configuration, the steam sensor on the container body side is allowed to face the rear end portion on the shaft support side corresponding to the steam sensor in the steam detection passage while the lid is covered, while the lid When the body is opened, an opening for returning the condensed water in the steam cooling passage and the steam detection passage into the inner container is provided. When the lid is closed using the opening, the container body side The steam sensor can be positioned in the steam detection passage, and when the lid is open, the condensed water remaining in the steam cooling passage and the steam detection passage is reliably discharged into the inner container. It can be done.
As a result, it is possible to detect boiling with higher reliability and higher responsiveness, and it is possible to more reliably collect condensed water, which is hygienic.
As a result of the above, according to the present invention, there is no conventional steam outlet such as the steam outlet on the upper surface of the lid body, and no steam is directly discharged to the outside from the lid body. As a result, the risk that children and the like will come into contact with the vapor from the lid is eliminated, and safety is increased.
In addition, since most of the steam generated in the inner container condenses almost reliably in the steam path and is collected in the inner pot, not only the lid but also the steam itself released from the container body to the outside is very small, There is no need to increase indoor humidity.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
This electric water heater has a water heater and a heat retaining function, and includes a
The
The
The
Further, in the
As shown in FIGS . 8 and 9 , the
Incidentally, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
That is, the
A communication portion between the
The
The

With the above configuration, after starting boiling, the steam S from the
Therefore, according to this configuration, the start of the boiling of the water in the
Thereafter, the steam S is to enter the
Therefore, according to the above configuration , most of the steam S is changed to the dew condensation water W in the process of flowing through the
In addition, in the above configuration, the
Therefore, it is not necessary to form a steam discharge port on the upper surface of the
Further, when the electric water heater is tilted forward or falls forward, as shown in FIG. 13, the portion excluding the portion of the condensed water W generated in the
Further, when the
Furthermore, when the electric water heater is tilted backward or falls backward, as shown in FIG. 14, the portion of the condensed water W generated in the
As described above, in the present embodiment, since most of the generated steam is condensed and recirculated into the
In the present embodiment, provided with a
