Description
本発明の課題は、母型工具若しくは父型工具の再研磨を補償する際に、補償ディスクを用いてプロセスの信頼性を高めることである。
この課題を解決した本発明によれば、冒頭に述べた形式の補償ディスクにおいて、補償ディスクのディスク厚をコード化した符号が設けられていることによって解決された。
Claims (11)
- 母型工具(11)又は父型工具(9)の再研磨長さを補償するための補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)において、
補償ディスクとして種々異なる厚さの複数の補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)が積み重ねられており、
前記補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)のディスク厚(d1,d2,d3)をコード化した符号(31,34)が設けられており、
前記符号(31,34)が、ディスク厚(d1,d2,d3)のための前もって規定された寸法単位に相当する少なくとも1つのコード化マーク(31a,31b,31c,31d,31e;34a,34b,34c,34d,34e)を有しており、
前記ディスク厚(d1,d2,d3)が、前もって規定された寸法単位の整数倍であって、該整数倍が前記コード化マーク(31a,31b,31c,31d,31e;34a,34b,34c,34d,34e)の数に相当し、
前記符号が異形成形部(31,34)として構成されており、
前記異形成形部(31)が、前記補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c)の外側縁部(32)に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする、母型工具又は父型工具の再研磨長さを補償するための補償ディスク。 - 少なくとも1つの補償ディスクが円環状に構成されており、該補償ディスクは母型工具の最大直径を超えない、請求項1記載の補償ディスク。
- 前記コード化マーク(31a,31b,31c,31d,31e;34a,34b,34c,34d,34e)の前もって規定された寸法単位が、0.05mm〜0.2mmの間の範囲内である、請求項2記載の補償ディスク。
- 前記コード化マーク(31a,31b,31c,31d,31e;34a,34b,34c,34d,34e)の前もって規定された寸法単位が、0.1mmである、請求項3記載の補償ディスク。
- 前記コード化マークは、溝(31a,31b,31c,31d,31e)として構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の補償ディスク。
- 前記異形成形部(34)が表面側に設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の補償ディスク。
- 前記コード化マークは、貫通孔(34a,34b,34c,34d,34e)として構成されている、請求項6記載の補償ディスク。
- 母型工具(11)又は父型工具(9)、並びに請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)を有している工具装置(11,30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)であって、前記補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)が、再研磨長さを補償するために母型工具(11)又は父型工具(9)の下に置かれており、
種々異なるディスク厚(d1〜d3)を有する複数の補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)が設けられており、これらの各補償ディスク(30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)のディスク厚(d1,d2,d3)が前もって規定された寸法単位の整数倍である、工具装置(11,30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)。 - 少なくとも1つの補償ディスクが円環状に構成されており、該補償ディスクは母型工具の最大直径を超えない、請求項8記載の工具装置。
- プレート状のワーク(4)を切断加工及び/又は成形加工するための工作機械(1)において、請求項8又は9記載の少なくとも1つの工具装置(11,30a,30b,30c;33a,33b,33c)を有することを特徴とする、工作機械(1)。
- 前記ワーク(4)は金属薄板である、請求項10記載の工作機械(1)。
