Description
(第1実施形態)
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態を適用する車両用の電力供給システムの構成図である。図2は、燃料電池システムの一例を示す図である。
第2実施形態のシステムの構成は、基本的には第1実施形態と同様である。ただし、コントローラ7が、バッテリ3の状態量としてバッテリ蓄電量の他にバッテリ温度とバッテリ劣化係数を読み込む点で相違する。バッテリ温度はバッテリ温度センサで検出する。バッテリ劣化係数は、コントローラ7が算出する。バッテリ劣化係数とは、充電回数を重ねる毎に劣化するというバッテリの特性に基づく係数であり、劣化するほど大きな値となる。バッテリ劣化係数の算出は、例えば、充電回数をカウントし、予め作成しておいた充電回数と劣化度合いとの関係を示すマップを充電回数で検索する。もちろん、他の公知の手法で行ってもよい。
第3実施形態のシステムの構成は、基本的には第1実施形態と同様である。ただし、コントローラ7によるスタック出力応答要求の演算内容が第1実施形態と異なる。本実施形態では、燃料電池スタック1、パワーマネージャ5及びコンプレッサ21等を含むパワープラントの応答時定数に応じてスタック出力応答要求を演算する。なお、コントローラ7は、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と同様に、スタック出力応答要求が高くなるほど、アイドルストップ中スタック設定電圧下限値を高く算出する。また、パワープラントの応答時定数を、以下の説明ではパワープラント出力応答性能と称する。
第4実施形態のシステムの構成は、基本的には第1実施形態と同様である。ただし、コントローラ7によるスタック出力応答要求の演算内容が第1実施形態と異なる。本実施形態では、補機類6の消費電力(以下、補機消費電力という)に応じてスタック出力応答要求を演算する。なお、コントローラ7は、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と同様に、スタック出力応答要求が高くなるほど、アイドルストップ中スタック設定電圧下限値を高く算出する。

Claims (5)
- 電力の供給により移動体を走行させる駆動部と、
前記駆動部に走行のための電力を供給する燃料電池スタックと、
前記燃料電池スタックの発電に必要な燃料を供給する燃料供給装置と、
前記燃料電池スタックと燃料供給装置とを含むパワープラントを制御するコントローラと、を備える燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記コントローラが、
アイドルストップから復帰すると仮定した場合に燃料電池スタックに要求される電力応答であるスタック出力応答要求を演算するスタック出力応答要求演算部と、
アイドルストップ実行中のスタック電圧として設定するアイドルストップ中スタック設定電圧の下限値を前記スタック出力応答要求が大きいほど高く、小さいほど低く設定するアイドルストップ中スタック電圧設定部と、
アイドルストップ実行中に前記燃料電池スタックの実電圧が前記アイドルストップ中スタック設定電圧の下限値より小さくなったら燃料ガスまたは空気を供給する回復操作を実行するアイドルストップ中スタック電圧回復操作部と、
を備える燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
車速を検知する車速検知手段を備え、
前記スタック出力応答要求演算部は、車速が高いほど高いスタック出力応答要求を算出する燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
バッテリ出力可能電力を検知するバッテリ出力可能電力検知手段を備え、
前記スタック出力応答要求演算部は、前記バッテリ出力可能電力が低いほど高いスタック出力応答要求を算出する燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記パワープラントの出力応答性能を検知する手段を備え、
前記スタック出力応答要求演算部は、前記パワープラントの出力応答性能が低いほど高いスタック出力応答要求を算出する燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
補機類が消費する電力を検出する補機消費電力検出手段を備え、
前記スタック出力応答要求演算部は、前記補機消費電力が大きいほど高いスタック出力応答要求を算出する燃料電池システム。
