Claims (4)
- 配管内に配設される加熱対象を加熱する化学蓄熱装置であって、
反応媒体と化学反応して熱を発生させる反応器と、
吸着材で反応媒体を吸着して貯蔵する吸着器と、
前記反応器と前記吸着器とを接続し、前記反応器と前記吸着器との間で反応媒体を移動させる接続管と、
を備え、
前記反応器は、前記配管における加熱対象が配設されている箇所の外周面に沿って並べられた複数個の固体状の反応材と、複数個の前記反応材の外周部に形成された空間とを有し、ケーシングで封入され、
前記接続管の一端は、前記空間に開口され、
前記空間を形成するための支持体が前記反応材毎に設けられ、
前記支持体は、前記反応材を前記配管側に支持する反応材支持部を有し、
前記反応材支持部は、前記反応材の外周面に接触する反応材接触部を有し、前記反応材接触部で前記反応材を前記配管に押え付けて支持することを特徴とする化学蓄熱装置。 - 前記反応器は、前記空間と前記ケーシングとの間に配置される断熱材を有し、
前記支持体は、前記断熱材を前記ケーシング側に支持する断熱材支持部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化学蓄熱装置。 - 前記断熱材支持部は、前記断熱材の内周面に接触する断熱材接触部を有し、前記断熱材接触部で前記断熱材を前記ケーシングに押え付けて支持することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
- 前記支持体は、一端が前記配管又は前記ケーシングに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の化学蓄熱装置。
