Claims (4)
- 少なくとも血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)を産生させる作用を有する物質であるプロスタグランジンI2(PGI2)を合成するhPGISをコードするhPGIS遺伝子と、血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)をコードする遺伝子とを導入したアデノ随伴ウイルス(AAV)を有効成分として含有し、
上記hPGIS遺伝子よりコードされたhPGISより合成されるプロスタグランジンI 2 (PGI 2 )は、血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)を産生させ、上記血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)をコードする遺伝子により血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)の産生を誘導し、
上記hPGISより合成される上記プロスタグランジンI 2 (PGI 2 )により産生される血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)と、上記血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)をコードする遺伝子により誘導されて産生される血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)との併用により末梢動脈の血管新生作用を増強する末梢動脈疾患の治療又は予防に用いられることを特徴とする血管新生療法用医薬組成物。 - 少なくとも血管内皮増殖因子(VEGF)を産生させる作用を有する物質であるプロスタグランジンI2(PGI2)を合成するhPGISをコードするhPGIS遺伝子を導入したアデノ随伴ウイルス(AAV)と、
