Claims (12)
- 複数の電池装置と回路基板と制御メインボードと配線を含み、
各電池装置は、少なくとも一の定位凸柱と、複数のバッテリーセルと、前記バッテリーセルに電気的に接続される少なくとも一の導電片とを含み、
前記回路基板は、
複数の導電線路及び複数の導電パッドを含む回路配置と、
複数の定位孔を設け、且つ前記回路配置が設置され、前記導電パッドが表面から露出されるプリント基板と、
前記プリント基板に設置され、且つ前記回路配置の前記導電線路により前記導電パッドとの間が電気的に接続される第1コネクタと、を含み、
そのうち、前記電池装置の前記導電片が前記回路基板へ向かって延伸し、且つ前記電池装置の前記定位凸柱がそれぞれ前記定位孔に挿入され、これにより前記電池装置の前記導電片の位置をそれぞれ前記回路配置の前記導電パッドに対応させ、又前記導電片が折り曲げられ前記導電片の端部がそれぞれ前記導電パッドと溶接され、
前記制御メインボードは、前記電池装置の前記バッテリーセルを制御し、且つ第2コネクタを含み、
前記配線は、前記回路基板の前記回路配置と前記制御メインボードとの間に電気的に接続され、前記制御メインボードを前記回路基板の前記回路配置及び前記配線を介して前記電池装置に電気的に接続させ、また、前記配線が、前記第1コネクタの構造に対応して前記第1コネクタと組み合わせることができる第3コネクタと、前記第2コネクタの構造に対応して前記第2コネクタと組み合わせることができる第4コネクタと、前記第3コネクタと前記第4コネクタとの間を電気的に接続する接続電線を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 各電池装置は、ケースを更に含み、前記バッテリーセル及び前記少なくとも一の導電片を前記ケース内に設け、且つ前記少なくとも一の導電片は前記ケースから延伸して突出し、且つ
前記少なくとも一の定位凸柱は、前記各電池装置の前記ケースから突出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記プリント基板は更に複数の開口を設け、前記電池装置の前記導電片が前記開口を貫通することを特徴とする請求項2記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記回路基板の前記回路配置に電気的に接続され、前記回路基板の前記回路配置及び前記配線を介して前記制御メインボードに電気的に接続される少なくとも一の温度センサを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各電池装置は、ケースを更に含み、前記バッテリーセル及び前記少なくとも一の導電片を前記ケース内に設け、且つ前記少なくとも一の導電片はケースから延伸して突出することを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記プリント基板は更に複数の開口を設け、前記電池装置の前記導電片が前記開口を貫通することを特徴とする請求項5記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各電池装置の前記バッテリーセルは前記少なくとも一の導電片を介して相互に並列であり、且つ前記電池装置は前記導電片を介して相互に直列であることを特徴とする請求項5記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電池装置は積み重なり、且つ前記バッテリーモジュールは、積み重なる前記電池装置を固定する少なくとも一の固定カバーを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各電池装置の前記少なくとも一の導電片は、第1方向に沿って延伸し、そのうち、前記第1方向は前記少なくとも一の固定カバーの内側面に垂直に延伸し、
前記電池装置は第2方向に沿って積み重なり、前記第2方向は前記第1方向に垂直な方向であり、
又各電池装置の前記バッテリーセルの長軸は第3方向に沿って延伸し、前記第3方向は前記第1方向と前記第2方向に垂直な方向であることを特徴とする請求項8記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは少なくとも一のねじを更に含み、
各電池装置はねじ孔を設け、前記ねじ孔の開口は前記少なくとも一の固定カバーに向き、
前記少なくとも一の固定カバーは複数の貫通孔を設け、そのうち、前記少なくとも一のねじが対応する貫通孔を貫通して対応するねじ孔に嵌入することを特徴とする請求項8記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記回路基板は前記少なくとも一の固定カバーと前記電池装置との間に位置し、前記回路基板の前記第1コネクタは前記少なくとも一の固定カバーの内側面に向かい、
前記少なくとも一の固定カバーの内側面は凹溝を更に設け、前記回路基板の前記第1コネクタと前記配線が前記凹溝内に位置することを特徴とする請求項5記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記回路基板は前記少なくとも一の固定カバーと前記電池装置との間に位置し、前記回路基板の前記第1コネクタが前記少なくとも一の固定カバーの内側面に向かい、
前記少なくとも一の固定カバーは貫通溝を更に設け、前記回路基板の前記第1コネクタが前記貫通溝内に位置し又前記少なくとも一の固定カバーの外側面から露出することを特徴とする請求項5記載のバッテリーモジュール。
