Description
Claims (9)
- 人間の身体又は動物の体からの音響信号を測定する接着式パッチであって、
接着部材(31)と変換部材(32)とを具備しており、
前記接着部材(31)は、皮ふ接触面を提供する接着面(35)と、前記皮ふ接触面に対面していない非接着式の外表面(36)とを備えていて、該接着部材は、該接着部材(31)の前記外表面(36)から前記皮ふ接触面に通じる貫通開口部(37)を有しており、
前記変換部材(32)は、内部空洞(41)を画成する円筒壁面(39)と後部壁面(40)とを有するハウジング(38)を具備しており、前記内部空洞(41)は、弾性発泡体又は同様の材料の形態の圧力処理手段(42)と、音響信号を検知してその検知した音響信号を第一の電気出力信号に変換する変換手段(43)とを収容しており、前記変換手段(43)は皮ふ接触面(46)を備えており、前記圧力処理手段(42)は、前記変換手段(43)の前記皮ふ接触面(46)とは反対側を支持するように、前記後部壁面(40)と前記変換手段(43)との間に配置されており、
該接着式パッチは、前記電気出力信号を周囲の装置に送信する送信手段を更に具備する、接着式パッチにおいて、
前記変換部材が前記接着部材に接続されたとき、前記貫通開口部(37)内に配置されている前記変換手段(43)の前記皮ふ接触面(46)は、前記接着部材(31)の前記皮ふ接触面にほぼ平行であることにより、該接着式パッチが使用者の皮ふ面に取り付けられているとき前記変換部材が前記皮ふ面に接触するという結果を招くこと、及び前記接着部材の前記皮ふ接触面から突出する一つ以上の突起(48,51)の形をしている圧縮部材(47,50)であって、前記変換手段の近くに及び/又は前記変換手段を囲んで配置される圧縮部材(47,50)を前記接着部材が前記皮ふ接触面に備えること、及び前記接着部材と前記変換部材が第一の接続手段(33)及び第二の接続手段(34)を介して互いに解放可能に接続可能であることを特徴とする、接着式パッチ。 - 前記圧縮部材(47)は、接着部材(31)の厚さの増大をもたらす傾斜した表面部分(48)として形成されており、前記接着部材は、前記貫通開口部(37)から半径方向で離れる部分で薄く、前記傾斜した表面部分(48)が前記開口部(37)に近い部分において厚くなっている、請求項1に記載の接着式パッチ。
- 前記圧縮部材(50)が、前記接着部材(31)の前記皮ふ接触面(35)における環状突起(51)の形をしている、請求項1に記載の接着式パッチ。
- 前記圧縮部材が、使用者の皮ふの表面張力を増大させるために形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の接着式パッチ。
- 前記接着部材が音響伝達層を具備しており、前記音響伝達層は、前記変換手段の外表面の少なくとも一部を覆う皮膜として設けられた音響伝達材料で作られている、請求項1に記載の接着式パッチ。
- 前記変換手段が少なくとも一つのマイクロホンを含んでいる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着式パッチ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのマイクロホンがシリコンのマイクロホン又は感圧式の接触型マイクロホンである、請求項6に記載の接着式パッチ。
- 前記第一の電気出力信号を処理してその信号を少なくとも第二の電気出力信号に変換する処理手段(9)を更に具備する、請求項1に記載の接着式パッチ。
- 前記接着部材が使い捨て式の部分であり、かつ前記変換部材は再使用可能な部分である、請求項1に記載の接着式パッチ。
