- Weight Measurement For Supplying Or Discharging Of Specified Amounts Of Material (AREA)
Description
The present invention relates to a measuring device that measures an object to be weighed such as powder (detergent, fertilizer, etc.) or particles (resin pellets, grain, feed, etc.) and supplies it to a bag or the like.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a weighing device called a packer scale as a device for filling a container such as a bag with an object to be weighed made of powder or granules.
In such a weighing device, an object to be weighed is supplied from above to a weighing hopper supported by the load cell, and the weight of the object to be weighed is weighed. The weighing object is supplied to the weighing hopper by discharging the weighing object from a supply device disposed above the weighing hopper. The object to be weighed discharged from the supply device falls by its own weight and is supplied to the weighing hopper. The controller of the weighing device calculates the weight of the weighing object in the weighing hopper based on the output signal of the load cell after a predetermined time (tw) has elapsed after the weighing object is discharged from the supply device. . Here, the predetermined time tw is a time required for the output signal of the load cell to be stabilized after the object to be weighed is supplied, that is, a weighing stabilization waiting time.
The supply device in such a weighing device has a cylindrical body that is long in the vertical direction and a cut gate that opens and closes an opening at the lower end of the cylindrical body, and has an opening at the lower end of the cylindrical body filled with the object to be weighed. By opening and closing by the cut gate, the object to be weighed in the cylinder falls and is supplied to the weighing hopper.
For example,
In the weighing device as described above, it is important that foreign matters (such as wear powder) generated from the driving parts (bearing portion, link mechanism) and load cell of the weighing hopper discharge gate do not enter the object to be weighed. .
In the weighing device, it is important to improve the measurement accuracy and productivity. In order to improve productivity, the weighing time must be shortened. Here, the weighing time is the sum of the above-described weighing stabilization waiting time and the weight calculation time immediately after the weighing stabilization waiting time has elapsed. The weight calculation time is a time required for calculating the weight of the object to be weighed in the weighing hopper based on the output signal of the load cell immediately after the measurement stabilization waiting time elapses. This time is very short, and most of the weighing time is occupied by the weighing stabilization wait time.
In the configurations of
In addition, in the configuration of Patent Document 3, since the side surface of the weighing hopper is cantilevered by one load cell, the weighing hopper vibrates due to an impact when the object to be measured falls, and the vibration is It takes a long time to calm down, and the measurement stabilization waiting time and measurement time cannot be shortened. Further, for example, when a large amount (large weight) of an object to be weighed is measured with one load cell, a high-capacity load cell must be used, which is not preferable for improving the measurement accuracy. Further, in the configuration of Patent Document 3, the load cell, the discharge gate link mechanism and the driving device of the weighing hopper are arranged on different sides with respect to the hopper main body, and therefore, a wasteful space increases. It is not preferable for making the entire weighing device compact.
In any case of
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can improve the weighing accuracy, and foreign matter generated from the driving parts of the discharge gate of the weighing hopper and the load cell can be mixed into the object to be weighed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a weighing device that can prevent the above-described problem and can further reduce the overall size of the device. Another object of the present invention is to provide a weighing device capable of shortening the weighing stabilization waiting time and the weighing time and improving the productivity.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a weighing device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a weighing hopper that temporarily holds an object to be weighed dropped from above and then discharges it downward, and the weighing hopper And a weight calculation means for calculating the weight of an object to be weighed in the weighing hopper based on an output signal of the load cell, the weighing hopper in plan view A rectangular hopper body having a square shape, first and second discharge gates that form the bottom of the hopper body and the bottom is divided into two parts, and the first and second discharge gates in a plan view. According to this configuration, the driving device, the first bearing portion, the third bearing portion, and the second region partitioned by the partition wall from the first region in which the hopper body to which the object to be weighed is supplied is disposed, The first and second load cells are arranged, and the second region, the fourth bearing unit, and the third and fourth load cells are arranged in a third region partitioned by a partition wall from the first region. A fourth load cell; and weight calculating means for calculating a weight of an object to be weighed in the weighing hopper based on an output signal of the load cell, wherein the weighing hopper is a rectangular tubular hopper that is square in a plan view The main body, the first and second discharge gates forming the bottom of the hopper main body, the bottom being divided into two, and the hopper main body parallel to the arrangement direction of the first and second discharge gates in plan view Are fixed to two different side surfaces of the first and second discharge gates in cooperation with each other, and fixed to the first discharge gate, and one end of the first drive is fixed to the first drive. Connect to device The other end is connected to the second driving device and the first gate pivot shaft is fixed to the second discharge gate, and one end is connected to the first driving device and the other end is connected to the second driving device. A first gate pivot shaft is provided on one end side and the other end side of the first gate pivot shaft, away from the first gate pivot shaft and the first discharge gate, and rotatably supports the first gate pivot shaft. And a second bearing portion, and a third and a second shaft provided on one end side and the other end side of the second gate rotating shaft, apart from the second discharge gate, and rotatably supporting the second gate rotating shaft. A fourth bearing portion and first to fourth suspension portions that are fixed to the hopper main body and arranged at the top of a square in a plan view and suspended from the first to fourth load cells. The weighing hopper and the first to fourth load cells are arranged. A first region where the hopper body and the first and second discharge gates are disposed, a region on one side of the first region and a region on the other side of the first region The apparatus further comprises a partition wall that is divided into a second area and a third area, and is formed with a plurality of through holes. The second area includes the first driving device and the first bearing portion. The third bearing portion, the first and second suspension portions, and the first and second load cells are disposed, and the second drive device and the second bearing portion are disposed in the third region. The fourth bearing portion, the third and fourth suspension portions, and the third and fourth load cells are arranged, and each through hole formed in the partition wall has the first gate rotation shaft. In addition, the second gate rotation shaft penetrates in a non-contact state.
According to this configuration, the first drive device, the first bearing portion, and the third bearing portion are arranged in the second region partitioned by the partition wall from the first region in which the hopper body to which the object to be weighed is supplied is arranged. , And a first load cell, a second load cell, and the like, and a third region partitioned by a partition wall from the first region, a second drive unit, a second bearing unit, a fourth bearing unit, and a third Since the fourth load cell and the like are arranged, foreign matter generated from the discharge gate drive parts such as the first and second drive units and the first to fourth bearing portions and the load cell is prevented from being mixed into the object to be measured. can do.
The second region and the third region are provided so as to sandwich the first region where the hopper body is disposed, and the first driving device, the first bearing portion, and the third bearing portion are disposed. The first and second load cells are disposed in the second region, and the third and fourth load cells are disposed in the third region in which the second driving device, the second bearing portion, and the fourth bearing portion are disposed. Therefore, the entire apparatus can be made compact. In addition, since the weighing hopper is supported by hanging by the four load cells, it is possible to improve weighing accuracy by using a small capacity for each load cell.
Furthermore, one end of each of the first gate rotation shaft and the second gate rotation shaft is connected to the first drive device, and the other end is connected to the second drive device, so that the first discharge gate and the second discharge gate are connected. Each is configured to be opened and closed by the first and second drive devices. In other words, each of the first gate rotation shaft and the second gate rotation shaft is twisted in each shaft itself as compared to the case where the rotation power is applied from only one end by applying the rotation power from both ends. The opening and closing operation of the first and second discharge gates can be performed reliably and at high speed without occurring.
In the weighing device, the load cell may be disposed immediately above the suspension part and at a position substantially the same height as the upper end of the hopper body.
According to this configuration, compared to the conventional configuration in which the weighing hopper is suspended and supported by the load cell supported at a position higher than the cut gate above the weighing hopper, the length of the portion connecting the load cell and the weighing hopper is longer. Because of its short length, vibration of the weighing hopper due to the impact when the object to be weighed is small, and the vibration can be terminated in a short time, shortening the measurement stabilization waiting time and measuring time, and improving productivity. Improvements can be made.
The apparatus further includes a supply device disposed immediately above the weighing hopper, the supply device being provided so as to extend in the vertical direction, and a cylindrical body filled with an object to be weighed therein, and the cylindrical body Used to open and close the opening at the lower end of the container, and when the opening is opened, the object to be weighed filled in the cylinder is continuously dropped from the opening to the weighing hopper, and the opening is closed. And a cut gate configured to cut off the flow of the continuously falling weighing object and to close the opening, and the load cell is located immediately above the suspension part. And may be arranged at a position lower than the upper end of the cut gate.
The weighing device according to still another embodiment of the present invention includes a weighing hopper that temporarily holds an object to be weighed and dropped from above, and then discharges it downward, and a first suspending and supporting the weighing hopper. A fourth load cell, weight calculating means for calculating the weight of an object to be weighed in the weighing hopper based on an output signal of the load cell, and a supply device disposed immediately above the weighing hopper, The supply device is provided so as to extend in the vertical direction, and is used to open and close a cylindrical body filled with an object to be weighed, and an opening at a lower end of the cylindrical body, and when the opening is opened An object to be weighed filled in the cylinder is continuously dropped from the opening to the weighing hopper, and the flow of the object to be weighed continuously is traversed when the opening is closed. Cut off and close the opening The weighing hopper has a rectangular tube-shaped hopper body that is square in a plan view, a bottom portion of the hopper body, and the bottom portion is divided into two parts. 1 and second discharge gates, and first to fourth suspension parts that are fixed to the hopper main body and arranged at the tops of squares in plan view and suspended from the first to fourth load cells, respectively. The load cell is arranged directly above the suspension and at a position lower than the upper end of the cut gate.
In addition, since the weighing hopper is supported by hanging by the four load cells, it is possible to improve weighing accuracy by using a small capacity for each load cell.
The present invention has the above-described configuration, can improve the weighing accuracy, and can prevent foreign matters generated from the driving parts of the discharge gate of the weighing hopper and the load cell from entering the object to be weighed. In addition, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a weighing device capable of reducing the overall size of the device. In addition, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a weighing device capable of shortening the weighing stabilization waiting time and the weighing time and improving productivity.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Fig.1 (a) is the schematic schematic diagram which looked at the weighing | measuring device of the one structural example of embodiment of this invention from the front, FIG.1 (b) is the schematic schematic diagram which looked at the same weighing device from the side. is there. Moreover, FIG.1 (c) is the schematic plan view which looked at the principal part of the weighing | measuring device from upper direction. In the following, for convenience of explanation, “front”, “back”, “left”, and “right” are determined as shown in FIG. 1C, for example. In addition, components having equivalent functions arranged in front and rear or left and right are given the same reference numerals.
The weighing device includes a weighing
Further, in this weighing device, a

As described above, the front and rear mounting
With the above configuration, when the
Further, as shown in FIG. 1C, the
Next, the weighing
As shown in FIG. 1C, the two load cells LC1 and LC2 on the front side are arranged in the second region Q near the outside of the four corners of the

The load cell LC1 is fixed to the
The
Note that a load cell unit in which the load cell LC1 is fixed on the
A
The lower portion of the
With the above configuration, the
FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating an outline of a control system of the weighing device according to the present embodiment.
The
The
The
For example, the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, a second region Q and a third region R are provided so as to sandwich the first region P where the
Further, one end of each of the first
Moreover, in this embodiment, the attachment position of the height direction of the four
Further, in one configuration example of the present embodiment, the four load cells LC1 to LC4 are arranged such that the longitudinal direction of the load cells LC1 to LC4 is the left-right direction as shown in FIG. The second and third regions Q and R can be made narrow, and the entire weighing device can be made more compact.
Further, in one configuration example of the present embodiment, the four load cells LC1 to LC4 are arranged so that the longitudinal direction of the load cells LC1 to LC4 is the left-right direction as shown in FIG. It is not limited to. FIG. 4 is another example showing the horizontal arrangement of four load cells in the present embodiment. In this case, the four load cells LC <b> 1 to LC <b> 4 are arranged radially around the center of gravity G of the weighing
In the present embodiment, a bending type load cell is used as the load cells LC1 to LC4. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other types of load cells may be used.
The present invention can improve the weighing accuracy, can prevent foreign matters generated from the driving parts of the discharge gate of the weighing hopper and the load cell from entering the object to be weighed, and further reduce the overall size of the apparatus.
