Description
(外部充電可能な車両の構成)
図1は、本発明の実施の形態による車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。なお、以下ではハイブリッド車両を単に「車両」と呼ぶ場合もある。また、ハイブリッド車両は例示であり、蓄電装置を搭載し、車両外部から充電可能に構成された車両であれば、電気自動車や、燃料電池自動車などにも本発明は適用可能である。
図4は、ケーブルロックスイッチとECUの関係を説明するための概略図である。図4を参照して、ケーブルロック機構260は、充電ケーブルをインレットに接続状態にして抜けないようにロックするための機構である。ECU170は、オートロック設定部270、タイマー充電設定部176、充電ケーブル接続検知回路312、リッド開閉検知部502およびスイッチ177からの信号を受ける。またECU170は、充電インジケータ178およびケーブルロック機構260を制御する。スイッチ177は、ケーブルロック機構260を作動させるために使用される。またスイッチ177は、タイマー充電設定部176で設定された充電開始時刻を有効または無効にするためにも使用される。
ラッチ機構313は、係止部316と、係止部316に取り付けられた回転軸317と、係止部316に取り付けられたバネ318とを含む。インレット250には段差部250Aが形成される。係止部316は、鉤状に形成された先端部316Aと、後端部316Bとを含む。回転軸317は、インレット250に対する装着部315の着脱方向(図中において矢印Aにより示す方向)に直交する方向に延在する。
実施の形態1では、ケーブルロックスイッチをタイマー解除スイッチと兼用する例を説明した。この場合は、タイマーの時刻設定がされていると特に指定がなければ、タイマー充電が行なわれるように充電システムが設計または設定されている場合であった。
Claims (6)
- 充電開始時刻が設定されている場合、設定された時間まで充電を行なわずに待機するタイマー充電を行なう車両の充電装置であって、
車両の蓄電装置に車両外部から電力を受けて充電を行なう充電器と、
前記車両に設けられたインレットに充電ケーブルの端部に設けられたコネクタを係止する係止部の動きを抑制し前記インレットと前記コネクタとを接続状態にロックするロック機構と、
前記ロック機構を操作する前記車両に設けられたスイッチの状態に基づいて、前記タイマー充電を行なうか、前記タイマー充電を行なわずに即時充電を行なうかを決定し、前記充電器を制御する制御部とを含む、車両の充電装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記充電ケーブルが前記インレットに接続されてから所定時間以内に前記スイッチが操作された場合には前記即時充電を行なうように前記充電器を制御する、請求項1に記載の車両の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記充電ケーブルが前記インレットに接続されてから所定時間以内に前記スイッチが操作されなかった場合には前記即時充電を行なうように前記充電器を制御する、請求項1に記載の車両の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記インレットに前記充電ケーブルが接続されていない場合には、前記スイッチをタイマー解除スイッチとして使用し、前記インレットに前記充電ケーブルが接続されている場合には、前記スイッチを前記ロック機構のロック状態を変更するスイッチとして使用する、請求項1に記載の車両の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記インレットに前記充電ケーブルが接続されていない場合には、前記スイッチをタイマー確定スイッチとして使用し、前記インレットに前記充電ケーブルが接続されている場合には、前記スイッチを前記ロック機構のロック状態を変更するスイッチとして使用する、請求項1に記載の車両の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記インレットに前記充電ケーブルが接続された直後は、前記スイッチを前記ロック機構に前記充電ケーブルをロックさせるスイッチとして使用し、前記充電ケーブルが前記インレットに接続されてから1回目に前記ロック機構がロック状態になってからから所定時間以内に前記スイッチが操作された場合には前記タイマー充電を有効または無効にする、請求項1に記載の車両の充電装置。
