Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つのポンピング段(2)と、
潤滑された支持軸受(7a、7b)によって支持された少なくとも1本の回転シャフト(3)と、
回転シャフトに装着された、潤滑された支持軸受(7a、7b)とリングシール(13)の間に装着された少なくとも1つの潤滑剤偏向板(12)、および潤滑剤偏向板(12)とポンピング段(2)の間に装着された少なくとも1つのリングシール(13)と、
液状潤滑剤の第1の貯留物(16a)を含有する第1のリザーバ(28)であって、第1の容積(V1)内の潤滑された支持軸受(7a、7b)と連通する第1のリザーバ(28)と、
第1のリザーバ(28)内の回転シャフト(3)上に装着された潤滑剤分散ユニットであって、潤滑剤分散ユニットの一方の端部が、液状潤滑剤の第1の貯留物(16a)中に入れられている、潤滑剤分散ユニットとを備える、ドライ型真空ポンプであって、
真空ポンプが、液状潤滑剤の第2の貯留物(16b)を含む第2のリザーバ(15)を有し、第2のリザーバ(15)が、液状潤滑剤の第1の貯留物および第2の貯留物(16a、16b)を連通させる連通開口(34)を有する分離壁(20)によって第1のリザーバ(28)から分離され、前記潤滑剤偏向板(12)に面するように位置付けられた1つの入口(18)を有する潤滑剤戻りチャネル(17)が、第2のリザーバの第2の容積(V2)内の、液状潤滑剤の第2の貯留物(16b)の上方に開口している、ドライ型真空ポンプ。 - 第2のリザーバ(15)および前記潤滑剤戻りチャネル(17)が、前記真空ポンプ(1)のモータ駆動コンパートメント(5)のケーシング(6)内に作り出される、請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 潤滑剤戻りチャネル(17)の開口部(19)の内径のサイズが、5ミリメートルより小さい、請求項1または2に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 分離壁内のシャフト通路(35)の直径と回転シャフト(3)の直径の間の空隙が、3ミリメートルより小さい、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
- 環状溝(14)が、潤滑剤偏向板(12)の周囲端部の正面のケーシング(6)内に作り出され、前記潤滑剤戻りチャネル(17)の入口(18)と連通する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の真空ポンプ。
- それぞれの潤滑された支持軸受(7a、7b)によって各々が支持された2本の回転シャフト(3)を備え、前記潤滑剤戻りチャネル(17)が、第1の潤滑された支持軸受(7a)に関連付けられた第1のチャネル部分(17a)と、第2の潤滑剤支持軸受(7b)に関連付けられた第2のチャネル部分(17b)と、前記第1および第2のチャネル部分(17a、17b)に共通のチャネル部分(17c)とを備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の真空ポンプ。
- 潤滑剤戻りチャネル(17)が、前記第1のチャネル部分(17a)と前記第2のチャネル部分(17b)の間に連通溝(36)を有し、前記潤滑剤戻りチャネル(17)が、前記連通溝(36)と接合されるようになり接合チューブ(38)内に開口する接続要素(37)を備える、請求項6に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記接続要素(37)が、前記連通する溝(36)を閉じるプレート(39)と、前記プレート(39)から垂直に突出する中心からずれた接合チューブ(38)とを備える、請求項7に記載の真空ポンプ。
